(Verse 15) — Do you desire to keep the path of the ages, which wicked men have trodden? 13. The path of Christ is humility, the path of the world is pride. — As the path of our Redeemer is humility, so the path of the ages is pride. The path of the ages, therefore, wicked men tread, because through the desires of this life they walk about in exaltation. Of which wicked ones it is still subjoined:
