Ver. 17. And as the noonday brightness shall it rise upon thee toward evening. 33. Virtue is renewed in temptation. For the noonday brightness in the evening is the renewal of virtue in temptation, so that by a sudden fervor of charity the mind may flourish, which just now feared that the light of grace had set for it.
