Yet this we presume not in our own strength, but in him who makes the tongues of infants eloquent, for the Spirit of the Lord has filled the whole world, and that which contains all things has knowledge of the voice. For almighty God is the Word of the almighty Father, and we who desire to speak of him shall by no means be dumb in him.
