And these are the names of the tribes: from the beginning toward the north, along the portion of the descent that divides around, to the entrance of Hemath, the court of Ainan, the border of Damascus toward the north, along the portion of Hemath court; and they shall have the parts toward the east as far as toward the sea—Dan, one.
And from the borders of Iouda, from the parts toward the east as far as those toward the sea, shall be the first fruit of the separated portion: twenty-five thousand in width, and in length like one of the portions from the east as far as toward the sea; and the holy place shall be in the midst of them.
Of these shall be the first fruit of the holy things for the priests: toward the north twenty-five thousand, and toward the sea a breadth of ten thousand, and toward the east a breadth of ten thousand, and toward the south a length of twenty-five thousand; and the mountain of the holy things shall be in the midst of it.
For the priests, the sanctified ones, sons of Saddouk, who keep the charges of the house, who did not go astray in the going astray of the sons of Israel, in the manner the Levites went astray.
And to the Levites, the parts adjoining the borders of the priests: length twenty-five thousand and width ten thousand; all the length twenty-five thousand and width twenty thousand.
But the five thousand that remain over in the breadth, alongside the twenty-five thousand, shall be a forewall for the city, for dwelling and for its open space; and the city shall be in the midst of it.
And these are its measurements: from the north side, four thousand five hundred; and from the south, four thousand five hundred; and from the east, four thousand five hundred; and from the seaward side, four thousand five hundred.
And the city shall have an open space: toward the north two hundred fifty, and toward the south two hundred fifty, and toward the east two hundred fifty, and toward the sea two hundred fifty.
And the remainder of the length adjoining the first fruits of the holy things: ten thousand toward the east and ten thousand toward the sea; and these shall be the first fruits of the holy place; and its produce shall be for bread for those who work the city.
The whole first fruit: twenty-five thousand by twenty-five thousand, a square; you shall set apart of it the first fruit of the holy place from the possession of the city.
And what remains shall be for the leader, from this side and from that side, from the first fruits of the holy place and toward the possession of the city, along twenty-five thousand in length as far as the borders toward the east; and toward the sea along twenty-five thousand as far as the borders toward the sea, adjoining the portions of the leader; and the first fruit of the holy things and the sanctuary of the house shall be in the midst of it.
And from the possession of the Levites and from the possession of the city, it shall be in the midst of the leaders; between the borders of Iouda and between the borders of Beniamin it shall belong to the leaders.
And from the borders of Gad as far as the parts toward the southwest; and its borders shall be from Thaiman and the water of Marimoth Kades of the inheritance, as far as the Great Sea.
And the gates of the city shall be by the names of the tribes of Israel: three gates toward the north—the gate of Rouben, one; and the gate of Iouda, one; and the gate of Leui, one.
And the parts toward the east: four thousand five hundred; and three gates—the gate of Ioseph, one; and the gate of Beniamin, one; and the gate of Dan, one.
And the parts toward the south: four thousand five hundred by measure; and three gates—the gate of Symeon, one; and the gate of Issachar, one; and the gate of Zaboulon, one.
And the parts toward the sea: four thousand five hundred by measure; and three gates—the gate of Gad, one; and the gate of Aser, one; and the gate of Nephthalim, one.
