18:1
καὶ ἐγένετο λόγος κυρίου πρός με λέγων
耶和華的話臨到我，說：
And the word of the Lord came to me, saying:
18:2
υἱὲ ἀνθρώπου τί ὑμῖν ἡ παραβολὴ αὕτη ἐν τοῖς υἱοῖς Ισραηλ λέγοντες οἱ πατέρες ἔφαγον ὄμφακα καὶ οἱ ὀδόντες τῶν τέκνων ἐγομφίασαν
「人子啊，你們在以色列眾子中用這比喻是甚麼意思？你們說：『父親吃了酸葡萄，兒女的牙齒就酸倒了。』
Son of man, what is this proverb to you among the sons of Israel, saying: The fathers ate an unripe grape, and the children's teeth were set on edge?
18:3
ζῶ ἐγώ λέγει κύριος ἐὰν γένηται ἔτι λεγομένη ἡ παραβολὴ αὕτη ἐν τῷ Ισραηλ
主耶和華說：我指著自己永活起誓，這比喻在以色列必不再有人提說。
As I live, says the Lord, this proverb shall surely no longer be spoken in Israel.
18:4
ὅτι πᾶσαι αἱ ψυχαὶ ἐμαί εἰσιν ὃν τρόπον ἡ ψυχὴ τοῦ πατρός οὕτως καὶ ἡ ψυχὴ τοῦ υἱοῦ ἐμαί εἰσιν ἡ ψυχὴ ἡ ἁμαρτάνουσα αὕτη ἀποθανεῖται
因為一切的魂都是我的；父親的魂怎樣，兒子的魂也怎樣，都是我的。犯罪的魂，這魂必死。
For all souls are mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son — they are mine. The soul that sins, that soul shall die.
18:5
ὁ δὲ ἄνθρωπος ὃς ἔσται δίκαιος ὁ ποιῶν κρίμα καὶ δικαιοσύνην
人若是義人，行公平與公義，
But the man who will be righteous, who does judgment and righteousness —
18:6
ἐπὶ τῶν ὀρέων οὐ φάγεται καὶ τοὺς ὀφθαλμοὺς αὐτοῦ οὐ μὴ ἐπάρῃ πρὸς τὰ ἐνθυμήματα οἴκου Ισραηλ καὶ τὴν γυναῖκα τοῦ πλησίον αὐτοῦ οὐ μὴ μιάνῃ καὶ πρὸς γυναῖκα ἐν ἀφέδρῳ οὖσαν οὐ προσεγγιεῖ
不在山上吃，不舉目仰望以色列家的意念之物，不玷污鄰舍的妻子，不親近在經期中的婦人；
he shall not eat upon the mountains, and he shall not lift up his eyes to the notions of the house of Israel, and he shall not defile his neighbor's wife, and he shall not approach a woman while she is in her menstrual separation;
18:7
καὶ ἄνθρωπον οὐ μὴ καταδυναστεύσῃ ἐνεχυρασμὸν ὀφείλοντος ἀποδώσει καὶ ἅρπαγμα οὐχ ἁρπᾶται τὸν ἄρτον αὐτοῦ τῷ πεινῶντι δώσει καὶ γυμνὸν περιβαλεῖ
不欺壓人，把欠債之人的當頭歸還，不搶奪掠物，把自己的餅給飢餓的人，用衣服遮蔽赤身的人；
and he shall not oppress anyone; he shall return the pledge of a debtor; he does not seize plunder; he shall give his bread to the hungry and clothe the naked;
18:8
καὶ τὸ ἀργύριον αὐτοῦ ἐπὶ τόκῳ οὐ δώσει καὶ πλεονασμὸν οὐ λήμψεται καὶ ἐξ ἀδικίας ἀποστρέψει τὴν χεῖρα αὐτοῦ κρίμα δίκαιον ποιήσει ἀνὰ μέσον ἀνδρὸς καὶ ἀνὰ μέσον τοῦ πλησίον αὐτοῦ
不放債取利，不索取增值，縮手不行不義，在人與鄰舍之間施行公義的審判；
and he shall not lend his silver at interest, nor take increase; he shall turn his hand away from injustice; he shall execute righteous judgment between a man and his neighbor;
18:9
καὶ τοῖς προστάγμασίν μου πεπόρευται καὶ τὰ δικαιώματά μου πεφύλακται τοῦ ποιῆσαι αὐτά δίκαιος οὗτός ἐστιν ζωῇ ζήσεται λέγει κύριος
遵行我的律例，謹守我的典章去實行這些——這人是義人，他必定存活。這是耶和華說的。
and he has walked in my ordinances and has kept my judgments so as to do them — this man is righteous; he shall surely live, says the Lord.
18:10
καὶ ἐὰν γεννήσῃ υἱὸν λοιμὸν ἐκχέοντα αἷμα καὶ ποιοῦντα ἁμαρτήματα
他若生一個兒子，是殘暴之徒，流人的血，又犯罪孽，
And if he begets a son who is a pest, shedding blood and committing sins,
18:11
ἐν τῇ ὁδῷ τοῦ πατρὸς αὐτοῦ τοῦ δικαίου οὐκ ἐπορεύθη ἀλλὰ καὶ ἐπὶ τῶν ὀρέων ἔφαγεν καὶ τὴν γυναῖκα τοῦ πλησίον αὐτοῦ ἐμίανεν
不行他義父所行的道，反倒在山上吃，又玷污鄰舍的妻子，
and he did not walk in the way of his righteous father, but even ate upon the mountains and defiled his neighbor's wife,
18:12
καὶ πτωχὸν καὶ πένητα κατεδυνάστευσεν καὶ ἅρπαγμα ἥρπασεν καὶ ἐνεχυρασμὸν οὐκ ἀπέδωκεν καὶ εἰς τὰ εἴδωλα ἔθετο τοὺς ὀφθαλμοὺς αὐτοῦ ἀνομίαν πεποίηκεν
欺壓困苦窮乏的人，搶奪掠物，不歸還當頭，舉目仰望偶像，行了不法的事，
and oppressed the poor and needy, and seized plunder, and did not return the pledge, and set his eyes upon the idols, and has committed lawlessness,
18:13
μετὰ τόκου ἔδωκε καὶ πλεονασμὸν ἔλαβεν οὗτος ζωῇ οὐ ζήσεται πάσας τὰς ἀνομίας ταύτας ἐποίησεν θανάτῳ θανατωθήσεται τὸ αἷμα αὐτοῦ ἐπ’ αὐτὸν ἔσται
放債取利，索取增值——這人必不得存活。他行了這一切不法的事，必定被處死，他的血必歸到他自己身上。
he lent at interest and took increase — this one shall not live. He has done all these lawless deeds; he shall surely be put to death; his blood shall be upon him.
18:14
ἐὰν δὲ γεννήσῃ υἱόν καὶ ἴδῃ πάσας τὰς ἁμαρτίας τοῦ πατρὸς αὐτοῦ ἃς ἐποίησεν καὶ φοβηθῇ καὶ μὴ ποιήσῃ κατὰ ταύτας
但他若生一個兒子，這兒子看見他父親所犯的一切罪，就懼怕，不照樣去行：
But if he begets a son, and the son sees all the sins of his father which he committed, and fears, and does not act according to them:
18:15
ἐπὶ τῶν ὀρέων οὐ βέβρωκεν καὶ τοὺς ὀφθαλμοὺς αὐτοῦ οὐκ ἔθετο εἰς τὰ ἐνθυμήματα οἴκου Ισραηλ καὶ τὴν γυναῖκα τοῦ πλησίον αὐτοῦ οὐκ ἐμίανεν
他沒有在山上吃，沒有舉目仰望以色列家的意念之物，沒有玷污鄰舍的妻子，
he has not eaten upon the mountains, and he has not set his eyes on the notions of the house of Israel, and he has not defiled his neighbor's wife,
18:16
καὶ ἄνθρωπον οὐ κατεδυνάστευσεν καὶ ἐνεχυρασμὸν οὐκ ἐνεχύρασεν καὶ ἅρπαγμα οὐχ ἥρπασεν τὸν ἄρτον αὐτοῦ τῷ πεινῶντι ἔδωκεν καὶ γυμνὸν περιέβαλεν
沒有欺壓人，沒有強取當頭，沒有搶奪掠物，把自己的餅給了飢餓的人，用衣服遮蔽了赤身的人，
and he did not oppress anyone, and did not take a pledge, and did not seize plunder; he gave his bread to the hungry and clothed the naked,
18:17
καὶ ἀπ’ ἀδικίας ἀπέστρεψε τὴν χεῖρα αὐτοῦ τόκον οὐδὲ πλεονασμὸν οὐκ ἔλαβεν δικαιοσύνην ἐποίησεν καὶ ἐν τοῖς προστάγμασίν μου ἐπορεύθη οὐ τελευτήσει ἐν ἀδικίαις πατρὸς αὐτοῦ ζωῇ ζήσεται
縮手不行不義，不取利息，也不索取增值，行了公義，遵行我的律例——他必不因他父親的罪孽而死，他必定存活。
and he turned his hand away from injustice, took neither interest nor increase, did righteousness, and walked in my ordinances — he shall not die for the iniquities of his father; he shall surely live.
18:18
ὁ δὲ πατὴρ αὐτοῦ ἐὰν θλίψει θλίψῃ καὶ ἁρπάσῃ ἅρπαγμα ἐναντία ἐποίησεν ἐν μέσῳ τοῦ λαοῦ μου καὶ ἀποθανεῖται ἐν τῇ ἀδικίᾳ αὐτοῦ
至於他的父親，因為他大肆欺壓，搶奪掠物，在我百姓中行了相悖的事，他必因自己的罪孽而死。
But as for his father, because he grievously oppressed and seized plunder, he did contrary things in the midst of my people, and he shall die in his own iniquity.
18:19
καὶ ἐρεῖτε τί ὅτι οὐκ ἔλαβεν τὴν ἀδικίαν ὁ υἱὸς τοῦ πατρὸς αὐτοῦ ὅτι ὁ υἱὸς δικαιοσύνην καὶ ἔλεος ἐποίησεν πάντα τὰ νόμιμά μου συνετήρησεν καὶ ἐποίησεν αὐτά ζωῇ ζήσεται
你們還說：『兒子為何不擔當父親的罪孽呢？』因為兒子行了公義和憐憫，謹守遵行我一切的律例，他必定存活。
And you will say: Why has the son not borne the iniquity of his father? Because the son did righteousness and mercy, kept all my statutes and did them — he shall surely live.
18:20
ἡ δὲ ψυχὴ ἡ ἁμαρτάνουσα ἀποθανεῖται ὁ δὲ υἱὸς οὐ λήμψεται τὴν ἀδικίαν τοῦ πατρὸς αὐτοῦ οὐδὲ ὁ πατὴρ λήμψεται τὴν ἀδικίαν τοῦ υἱοῦ αὐτοῦ δικαιοσύνη δικαίου ἐπ’ αὐτὸν ἔσται καὶ ἀνομία ἀνόμου ἐπ’ αὐτὸν ἔσται
惟有犯罪的魂必死。兒子必不擔當父親的罪孽，父親也必不擔當兒子的罪孽。義人的義必歸到他自己身上，不法之人的不法也必歸到他自己身上。
But the soul that sins shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of his father, nor shall the father bear the iniquity of his son. The righteousness of the righteous shall be upon himself, and the lawlessness of the lawless shall be upon himself.
18:21
καὶ ὁ ἄνομος ἐὰν ἀποστρέψῃ ἐκ πασῶν τῶν ἀνομιῶν αὐτοῦ ὧν ἐποίησεν καὶ φυλάξηται πάσας τὰς ἐντολάς μου καὶ ποιήσῃ δικαιοσύνην καὶ ἔλεος ζωῇ ζήσεται οὐ μὴ ἀποθάνῃ
不法的人若回轉離開他所行的一切不法之事，謹守我一切的誡命，行公義和憐憫，他必定存活，必不至死亡。
And if the lawless one turns from all his lawless deeds which he has done, and keeps all my commandments, and does righteousness and mercy, he shall surely live; he shall not die.
18:22
πάντα τὰ παραπτώματα αὐτοῦ ὅσα ἐποίησεν οὐ μνησθήσεται ἐν τῇ δικαιοσύνῃ αὐτοῦ ᾗ ἐποίησεν ζήσεται
他所犯的一切過犯都必不被記念；他必因所行的義而活著。
All his transgressions, as many as he committed, shall not be remembered; in his righteousness which he did he shall live.
18:23
μὴ θελήσει θελήσω τὸν θάνατον τοῦ ἀνόμου λέγει κύριος ὡς τὸ ἀποστρέψαι αὐτὸν ἐκ τῆς ὁδοῦ τῆς πονηρᾶς καὶ ζῆν αὐτόν
耶和華說：我豈真喜悅不法之人的死亡，而不喜悅他回轉離開惡道而存活嗎？
Do I at all desire the death of the lawless one, says the Lord, as much as that he should turn from his evil way and live?
18:24
ἐν δὲ τῷ ἀποστρέψαι δίκαιον ἐκ τῆς δικαιοσύνης αὐτοῦ καὶ ποιήσῃ ἀδικίαν κατὰ πάσας τὰς ἀνομίας ἃς ἐποίησεν ὁ ἄνομος πᾶσαι αἱ δικαιοσύναι αὐτοῦ ἃς ἐποίησεν οὐ μὴ μνησθῶσιν ἐν τῷ παραπτώματι αὐτοῦ ᾧ παρέπεσεν καὶ ἐν ταῖς ἁμαρτίαις αὐτοῦ αἷς ἥμαρτεν ἐν αὐταῖς ἀποθανεῖται
但義人若轉離他的義，行了不義，照著不法之人所行的一切不法之事去行，他所行的一切義都必不被記念；他必因自己所犯的過犯、所犯的罪，在其中死亡。
But when a righteous one turns from his righteousness and commits injustice, according to all the lawless deeds which the lawless one did — all his righteous acts which he did shall not be remembered; in his transgression by which he fell away and in his sins by which he sinned, in them he shall die.
18:25
καὶ εἴπατε οὐ κατευθύνει ἡ ὁδὸς κυρίου ἀκούσατε δή πᾶς οἶκος Ισραηλ μὴ ἡ ὁδός μου οὐ κατευθύνει οὐχὶ ἡ ὁδὸς ὑμῶν οὐ κατευθύνει
你們還說：『耶和華的道不公正。』以色列全家啊，你們要聽：難道是我的道不公正嗎？豈不是你們的道不公正嗎？
And you said: The way of the Lord is not right. Hear now, all the house of Israel: Is it my way that is not right? Is it not your way that is not right?
18:26
ἐν τῷ ἀποστρέψαι τὸν δίκαιον ἐκ τῆς δικαιοσύνης αὐτοῦ καὶ ποιήσῃ παράπτωμα καὶ ἀποθάνῃ ἐν τῷ παραπτώματι ᾧ ἐποίησεν ἐν αὐτῷ ἀποθανεῖται
義人轉離他的義，行了過犯而死亡，他就必因所行的過犯，在其中死亡。
When the righteous one turns from his righteousness and commits a transgression and dies, in the transgression which he committed, in it he shall die.
18:27
καὶ ἐν τῷ ἀποστρέψαι ἄνομον ἀπὸ τῆς ἀνομίας αὐτοῦ ἧς ἐποίησεν καὶ ποιήσῃ κρίμα καὶ δικαιοσύνην οὗτος τὴν ψυχὴν αὐτοῦ ἐφύλαξεν
不法的人轉離他所行的不法，行公平與公義，這人必保全自己的魂。
And when a lawless one turns from his lawlessness which he has done, and does judgment and righteousness, this one has preserved his soul.
18:28
καὶ ἀπέστρεψεν ἐκ πασῶν τῶν ἀσεβειῶν αὐτοῦ ὧν ἐποίησεν ζωῇ ζήσεται οὐ μὴ ἀποθάνῃ
他既回轉離開他所行的一切不敬虔之事，就必定存活，必不至死亡。
And he turned from all his impieties which he had done; he shall surely live, he shall not die.
18:29
καὶ λέγουσιν ὁ οἶκος τοῦ Ισραηλ οὐ κατορθοῖ ἡ ὁδὸς κυρίου μὴ ἡ ὁδός μου οὐ κατορθοῖ οἶκος Ισραηλ οὐχὶ ἡ ὁδὸς ὑμῶν οὐ κατορθοῖ
以色列家還說：『耶和華的道不正直。』以色列家啊，難道是我的道不正直嗎？豈不是你們的道不正直嗎？
And the house of Israel says: The way of the Lord is not straight. Is it my way that is not straight, O house of Israel? Is it not your way that is not straight?
18:30
ἕκαστον κατὰ τὴν ὁδὸν αὐτοῦ κρινῶ ὑμᾶς οἶκος Ισραηλ λέγει κύριος ἐπιστράφητε καὶ ἀποστρέψατε ἐκ πασῶν τῶν ἀσεβειῶν ὑμῶν καὶ οὐκ ἔσονται ὑμῖν εἰς κόλασιν ἀδικίας
耶和華說：以色列家啊，我必按各人所行的道審判你們。你們當回轉，離開你們一切不敬虔的事，這些就不再成為你們罪孽的刑罰。
I will judge you, each according to his own way, O house of Israel, says the Lord. Turn back and turn away from all your impieties, and they shall not become for you a punishment of iniquity.
18:31
ἀπορρίψατε ἀπὸ ἑαυτῶν πάσας τὰς ἀσεβείας ὑμῶν ἃς ἠσεβήσατε εἰς ἐμέ καὶ ποιήσατε ἑαυτοῖς καρδίαν καινὴν καὶ πνεῦμα καινόν καὶ ἵνα τί ἀποθνῄσκετε οἶκος Ισραηλ
你們要把所犯得罪我的一切不敬虔之事從自己身上丟棄，為自己造一個新心和新靈。以色列家啊，你們何必死亡呢？
Cast away from yourselves all your impieties by which you acted impiously against me, and make for yourselves a new heart and a new spirit. And why should you die, O house of Israel?
18:32
διότι οὐ θέλω τὸν θάνατον τοῦ ἀποθνῄσκοντος λέγει κύριος
耶和華說：因為我不喜悅那將死之人的死亡。」
For I do not desire the death of the one who dies, says the Lord.
