And I looked, and behold, above the firmament that was over the head of the cherubim there was as it were a sapphire stone, the likeness of a throne over them.
And he said to the man clothed with the robe, Go in among the wheels that are under the cherubim, and fill your hands with coals of fire from among the cherubim, and scatter them over the city. And he went in before my eyes.
And the glory of the Lord went up from the cherubim to the open court of the house, and the cloud filled the house, and the court was filled with the brightness of the glory of the Lord.
And it came to pass, when he commanded the man clothed with the holy robe, saying, Take fire from among the wheels, from among the cherubim, that he went in and stood beside the wheels.
And he stretched out his hand into the midst of the fire that was among the cherubim, and took some and put it into the hands of the one clothed with the holy robe; and he took it and went out.
And I looked, and behold, four wheels stood beside the cherubim, one wheel beside one cherub; and the appearance of the wheels was like the appearance of a carbuncle stone.
When they moved, they went toward their four directions; they did not turn as they went, for to whatever place the one head looked, they went, and they did not turn as they went.
And when the cherubim went, the wheels went, these also being beside them; and when the cherubim lifted up their wings to rise from the earth, their wheels did not turn away.
And the cherubim lifted up their wings and rose from the earth before my eyes as they went out, and the wheels were beside them; and they stood at the entrance of the gate of the house of the Lord that is opposite, and the glory of the God of Israel was above them.
And as for the likeness of their faces, these are the faces that I saw beneath the glory of the God of Israel at the river Chobar; and each of them went according to their face.
