📖 This chapter exists in 3 other originals — side by side (Hebrew Old Testament, Vulgate, Ge'ez Bible)
ℹ️ This corpus has no verse-level morphological tagging. Lemmas come mainly from word-level tagging of other books in the same language (not from this verse), falling back to dictionary form-matching for the rest. Rare homographs can still be misread; verify against the original and a specialist lexicon where precision matters.
ℹ️ The Chinese and English alongside are this site's own translation, made directly from the original text on this page (not the CUV or the WEB, which follow the Masoretic Text and a different textual tradition).

1:1
Blessed is the man who did not walk in the counsel of the ungodly, and did not stand in the way of sinners, and did not sit on the seat of pestilent men;
那人便為有福,他沒有行在不敬虔之人的計謀中,沒有站在罪人的道路上,也沒有坐在瘟疫之人的座位上;
1:2
but rather his will is in the law of the Lord, and on his law he will meditate day and night.
And he will be like the tree planted beside the outlets of the waters, which will give its fruit in its season, and its leaf will not fall off; and all whatever he does will prosper.
Not so the ungodly, not so; but rather like the chaff which the wind drives away from the face of the earth.
Therefore the ungodly will not rise up in the judgement, nor sinners in the counsel of the righteous;
因此,不敬虔的人在審判中必站立不住,罪人也不能站在義人的議會中;
1:6
for the Lord knows the way of the righteous, but the way of the ungodly will perish.
