Psalms 64

Latin original · 11 verses · some words can be tapped for a gloss

← ch. 63ch. 65 →
📖 This chapter exists in 3 other originals — side by side (Hebrew Old Testament, Septuagint, Ge'ez Bible)
⚠️ Psalms use Masoretic (Hebrew) numbering, which differs from printed Vulgate and Septuagint editions: Ps 64 here = Ps 63 in print. Convert before citing a printed edition.
ℹ️ This corpus has no morphological tagging. Glosses are matched by word form against a dictionary — a match does not prove it is the same word (an inflected form can coincide with another word’s lemma). Verify against the original and a specialist lexicon where precision matters.
⚠️ The Chinese and English alongside are the CUV and the WEB, both translated from the Masoretic Text; they follow a different textual tradition from the Greek and Latin shown here and will disagree in places.
ℹ️ Some verses here have no matching verse in the public-domain translations (the Psalm superscriptions are not numbered verses in the CUV or the WEB). Those verses were translated by this site with AI (Claude), not taken from the WEB.

To the end. A Psalm of David.
大衛的詩,交與伶長。

Exaudi, Deus, orationem meam cum deprecor ; a timore inimici eripe animam meam.
Hear my voice, God, in my complaint. Preserve my life from fear of the enemy.
上帝啊,我哀歎的時候,求你聽我的聲音! 求你保護我的性命,不受仇敵的驚恐!
64:2
Protexisti me a conventu malignantium, a multitudine operantium iniquitatem.
Hide me from the conspiracy of the wicked, from the noisy crowd of the ones doing evil;
求你把我隱藏, 使我脫離作惡之人的暗謀和作孽之人的擾亂。
64:3
Quia exacuerunt ut gladium linguas suas ; intenderunt arcum rem amaram,
who sharpen their tongue like a sword, and aim their arrows, deadly words,

64:5
Subito sagittabunt eum, et non timebunt ; firmaverunt sibi sermonem nequam. Narraverunt ut absconderent laqueos ; dixerunt : Quis videbit eos ?
They encourage themselves in evil plans. They talk about laying snares secretly. They say, “Who will see them?”
他們彼此勉勵設下惡計; 他們商量暗設網羅, 說:誰能看見?
64:6
Scrutati sunt iniquitates ; defecerunt scrutantes scrutinio. Accedet homo ad cor altum,
They plot injustice, saying, “We have made a perfect plan!” Surely man’s mind and heart are cunning.
他們圖謀奸惡, 說:我們是極力圖謀的。 他們各人的意念心思是深的。
64:7
et exaltabitur Deus. Sagittae parvulorum factae sunt plagae eorum,
But God will shoot at them. They will be suddenly struck down with an arrow.
但上帝要射他們; 他們忽然被箭射傷。
64:8
et infirmatae sunt contra eos linguae eorum. Conturbati sunt omnes qui videbant eos,
Their own tongues shall ruin them. All who see them will shake their heads.
他們必然絆跌,被自己的舌頭所害; 凡看見他們的必都搖頭。
64:9
et timuit omnis homo. Et annuntiaverunt opera Dei, et facta ejus intellexerunt.
All mankind shall be afraid. They shall declare the work of God, and shall wisely ponder what he has done.
眾人都要害怕, 要傳揚上帝的工作, 並且明白他的作為。
64:10
Laetabitur justus in Domino, et sperabit in eo, et laudabuntur omnes recti corde.
The righteous shall be glad in Yahweh, and shall take refuge in him. All the upright in heart shall praise him!
義人必因耶和華歡喜, 並要投靠他; 凡心裏正直的人都要誇口。
