38:1

ἐγένετο δὲ ἐν τῷ καιρῷ ἐκείνῳ ἐμαλακίσθη Εζεκιας ἕως θανάτου καὶ ἦλθεν πρὸς αὐτὸν Ησαιας υἱὸς Αμως ὁ προφήτης καὶ εἶπεν πρὸς αὐτόν τάδε λέγει κύριος τάξαι περὶ τοῦ οἴκου σου ἀποθνῄσκεις γὰρ σὺ καὶ οὐ ζήσῃ

Now it happened at that time that Hezekiah fell sick to the point of death. And Esaias son of Amos the prophet came to him and said to him, "Thus says the Lord: Give orders concerning your house, for you are dying and will not live."

那時候，希西家病得要死。亞摩斯的兒子先知以賽亞來見他，對他說：「主如此說：你當為你的家安排後事，因為你必死，不能活了。」

38:2

καὶ ἀπέστρεψεν Εζεκιας τὸ πρόσωπον αὐτοῦ πρὸς τὸν τοῖχον καὶ προσηύξατο πρὸς κύριον

And Hezekiah turned his face to the wall and prayed to the Lord,

希西家就轉臉朝牆，向主禱告，

38:3

λέγων μνήσθητι κύριε ὡς ἐπορεύθην ἐνώπιόν σου μετὰ ἀληθείας ἐν καρδίᾳ ἀληθινῇ καὶ τὰ ἀρεστὰ ἐνώπιόν σου ἐποίησα καὶ ἔκλαυσεν Εζεκιας κλαυθμῷ μεγάλῳ

saying, "Remember, O Lord, how I walked before you in truth, with a true heart, and did what was pleasing before you." And Hezekiah wept with a great weeping.

說：「主啊，求你記念我怎樣以真誠、用真實的心行在你面前，又做了你面前看為喜悅的事。」希西家就大聲痛哭。

38:4

καὶ ἐγένετο λόγος κυρίου πρὸς Ησαιαν λέγων

And the word of the Lord came to Esaias, saying:

主的話臨到以賽亞，說：

38:5

πορεύθητι καὶ εἰπὸν Εζεκια τάδε λέγει κύριος ὁ θεὸς Δαυιδ τοῦ πατρός σου ἤκουσα τῆς φωνῆς τῆς προσευχῆς σου καὶ εἶδον τὰ δάκρυά σου ἰδοὺ προστίθημι πρὸς τὸν χρόνον σου ἔτη δέκα πέντε

"Go and say to Hezekiah: Thus says the Lord, the God of David your father: I have heard the voice of your prayer and seen your tears. Behold, I am adding fifteen years to your time.

「你去告訴希西家：主你祖大衛的神如此說：我聽見了你禱告的聲音，看見了你的眼淚。看哪，我要在你的年日上加添十五年。

38:6

καὶ ἐκ χειρὸς βασιλέως Ἀσσυρίων σώσω σε καὶ ὑπὲρ τῆς πόλεως ταύτης ὑπερασπιῶ

And I will save you out of the hand of the king of the Assyrians, and I will shield this city.

我必救你脫離亞述王的手，也必保護這城。

38:7

τοῦτο δέ σοι τὸ σημεῖον παρὰ κυρίου ὅτι ὁ θεὸς ποιήσει τὸ ῥῆμα τοῦτο

And this shall be for you the sign from the Lord, that God will do this thing:

這要作你從主而來的兆頭，證明神必成就這話：

38:8

τὴν σκιὰν τῶν ἀναβαθμῶν οὓς κατέβη ὁ ἥλιος τοὺς δέκα ἀναβαθμοὺς τοῦ οἴκου τοῦ πατρός σου ἀποστρέψω τὸν ἥλιον τοὺς δέκα ἀναβαθμούς καὶ ἀνέβη ὁ ἥλιος τοὺς δέκα ἀναβαθμούς οὓς κατέβη ἡ σκιά

"As for the shadow of the steps which the sun went down, the ten steps of your father's house, I will turn the sun back the ten steps." And the sun went up the ten steps which the shadow had gone down.

日頭在你父家的臺階上已經下了十級，那日影我要使日頭退回十級。」於是日頭就在日影下去的那十級上又上升了十級。

38:9

προσευχὴ Εζεκιου βασιλέως τῆς Ιουδαίας ἡνίκα ἐμαλακίσθη καὶ ἀνέστη ἐκ τῆς μαλακίας αὐτοῦ

A prayer of Hezekiah king of Judea, when he fell sick and rose up from his sickness.

猶太王希西家患病、又從病中痊癒時所作的禱告。
