ℹ️ This corpus has no morphological tagging. Glosses are matched by word form against a dictionary — a match does not prove it is the same word (an inflected form can coincide with another word’s lemma). Verify against the original and a specialist lexicon where precision matters.

Gregory to Fortunatus, bishop of Naples. Januaria, a religious woman, requests that the relics of the blessed Severinus the confessor and of Saint Juliana the martyr, which have been offered, ought by petition to be granted to her, so that an oratory constructed at her own expense in their name may be solemnly consecrated. And therefore, most dear brother, it befits you to obey the desires of the aforesaid woman according to our injunction, so that she may attain the effect of her devotion in the consecration which she requests.
