Since therefore Viulandus, the bearer of these presents, implores the hearing of your Fraternity against the deacon Gravinianus, against whom he declares he has a case, let your Fraternity cause him to be summoned to your court; and, all delay set aside, let it examine the truth of the case by subtle inquiry, and whatever the order of justice shall dictate and your sentence shall have determined, let both parties be compelled by every means to observe and fulfill.
