καὶ ταῦτα τὰ δικαιώματα ἃ παραθήσεις ἐνώπιον αὐτῶν
「這些就是你要擺在他們面前的典章:
"And these are the ordinances that you shall set before them.
21:2▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ἐὰν κτήσῃ παῖδα Εβραῖον ἓξ ἔτη δουλεύσει σοι τῷ δὲ ἑβδόμῳ ἔτει ἀπελεύσεται ἐλεύθερος δωρεάν
你若買希伯來人作僕人,他要服事你六年;到第七年他可以白白地自由出去。
If you acquire a Hebrew servant, he shall serve you six years; but in the seventh year he shall go out free, without payment.
21:3▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ἐὰν αὐτὸς μόνος εἰσέλθῃ καὶ μόνος ἐξελεύσεται ἐὰν δὲ γυνὴ συνεισέλθῃ μετ’ αὐτοῦ ἐξελεύσεται καὶ ἡ γυνὴ μετ’ αὐτοῦ
他若獨自進來,也要獨自出去;他若有妻子與他一同進來,他的妻子也要與他一同出去。
If he comes in alone, he shall also go out alone; but if a wife comes in with him, his wife shall also go out with him.
21:4▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ἐὰν δὲ ὁ κύριος δῷ αὐτῷ γυναῖκα καὶ τέκῃ αὐτῷ υἱοὺς ἢ θυγατέρας ἡ γυνὴ καὶ τὰ παιδία ἔσται τῷ κυρίῳ αὐτοῦ αὐτὸς δὲ μόνος ἐξελεύσεται
他的主人若給他妻子,妻子給他生了兒子或女兒,妻子和孩子都要歸他的主人,他要獨自出去。
But if his master gives him a wife and she bears him sons or daughters, the wife and the children shall belong to his master, and he shall go out alone.
21:5▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ἐὰν δὲ ἀποκριθεὶς εἴπῃ ὁ παῖς ἠγάπηκα τὸν κύριόν μου καὶ τὴν γυναῖκα καὶ τὰ παιδία οὐκ ἀποτρέχω ἐλεύθερος
僕人若回答說:「我愛我的主人和我的妻子、兒女,我不願自由離去」,
But if the servant answers and says, 'I have loved my master and my wife and my children; I will not go away free,'
21:6▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
προσάξει αὐτὸν ὁ κύριος αὐτοῦ πρὸς τὸ κριτήριον τοῦ θεοῦ καὶ τότε προσάξει αὐτὸν ἐπὶ τὴν θύραν ἐπὶ τὸν σταθμόν καὶ τρυπήσει αὐτοῦ ὁ κύριος τὸ οὖς τῷ ὀπητίῳ καὶ δουλεύσει αὐτῷ εἰς τὸν αἰῶνα
他的主人就要把他帶到神的審判處,然後把他帶到門前,靠著門框,主人要用錐子穿他的耳朵,他就永遠服事主人。
his master shall bring him to the judgment seat of God, and then shall bring him to the door, to the doorpost, and his master shall pierce his ear with an awl, and he shall serve him forever.
21:7▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ἐὰν δέ τις ἀποδῶται τὴν ἑαυτοῦ θυγατέρα οἰκέτιν οὐκ ἀπελεύσεται ὥσπερ ἀποτρέχουσιν αἱ δοῦλαι
人若賣自己的女兒作婢女,她不可像女奴那樣出去。
If someone sells his own daughter as a household servant, she shall not go out as the female slaves go out.
21:8▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ἐὰν μὴ εὐαρεστήσῃ τῷ κυρίῳ αὐτῆς ἣν αὑτῷ καθωμολογήσατο ἀπολυτρώσει αὐτήν ἔθνει δὲ ἀλλοτρίῳ οὐ κύριός ἐστιν πωλεῖν αὐτήν ὅτι ἠθέτησεν ἐν αὐτῇ
她若不得那與她立過約的主人的喜悅,主人就要讓她被贖;主人無權把她賣給外邦人,因為他背約待她。
If she does not please her master, who had pledged her to himself, he shall let her be redeemed; but he has no authority to sell her to a foreign nation, because he has dealt faithlessly with her.
21:9▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ἐὰν δὲ τῷ υἱῷ καθομολογήσηται αὐτήν κατὰ τὸ δικαίωμα τῶν θυγατέρων ποιήσει αὐτῇ
他若把她許配給自己的兒子,就要照待女兒的規矩待她。
But if he pledges her to his son, he shall deal with her according to the ordinance for daughters.
21:10▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ἐὰν δὲ ἄλλην λάβῃ ἑαυτῷ τὰ δέοντα καὶ τὸν ἱματισμὸν καὶ τὴν ὁμιλίαν αὐτῆς οὐκ ἀποστερήσει
他若另娶一個,就不可減少前者的食物、衣服和同房之分。
But if he takes another for himself, he shall not deprive her of her necessities, her clothing, and her conjugal company.
21:11▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ἐὰν δὲ τὰ τρία ταῦτα μὴ ποιήσῃ αὐτῇ ἐξελεύσεται δωρεὰν ἄνευ ἀργυρίου
他若不向她行這三樣,她就可以白白出去,不用付銀子。
But if he does not do these three things for her, she shall go out free, without money.
21:12▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ἐὰν δὲ πατάξῃ τίς τινα καὶ ἀποθάνῃ θανάτῳ θανατούσθω
人若打了人,以致那人死了,必要把他治死。
If someone strikes another and he dies, let him be put to death.
21:13▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ὁ δὲ οὐχ ἑκών ἀλλὰ ὁ θεὸς παρέδωκεν εἰς τὰς χεῖρας αὐτοῦ δώσω σοι τόπον οὗ φεύξεται ἐκεῖ ὁ φονεύσας
他若不是出於故意,而是神把那人交在他手中的,我就給你指定一個地方,讓殺人的可以逃到那裡。
But if he did not do it willingly, but God delivered him into his hands, I will give you a place where the one who killed may flee.
21:14▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ἐὰν δέ τις ἐπιθῆται τῷ πλησίον ἀποκτεῖναι αὐτὸν δόλῳ καὶ καταφύγῃ ἀπὸ τοῦ θυσιαστηρίου μου λήμψῃ αὐτὸν θανατῶσαι
人若蓄意攻擊鄰舍,用詭計殺他,他就是逃去躲避,你也要從我的壇那裡把他帶去治死。
But if someone attacks his neighbor to kill him by treachery, and he flees for refuge, you shall take him from my altar to put him to death.
21:15▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ὃς τύπτει πατέρα αὐτοῦ ἢ μητέρα αὐτοῦ θανάτῳ θανατούσθω
打父親或母親的,必要把他治死。
Whoever strikes his father or his mother shall be put to death.
21:16▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ὁ κακολογῶν πατέρα αὐτοῦ ἢ μητέρα αὐτοῦ τελευτήσει θανάτῳ
咒罵父親或母親的,必被處死。
Whoever speaks evil of his father or his mother shall die the death.
21:17▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ὃς ἐὰν κλέψῃ τίς τινα τῶν υἱῶν Ισραηλ καὶ καταδυναστεύσας αὐτὸν ἀποδῶται καὶ εὑρεθῇ ἐν αὐτῷ θανάτῳ τελευτάτω
人若拐帶以色列子孫中的一個,欺壓他、把他賣了,或是那人仍在他手中被查出,就必被處死。
Whoever steals any one of the sons of Israel and, having overpowered him, sells him, or he is found in his possession, let him die the death.
21:18▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ἐὰν δὲ λοιδορῶνται δύο ἄνδρες καὶ πατάξῃ τις τὸν πλησίον λίθῳ ἢ πυγμῇ καὶ μὴ ἀποθάνῃ κατακλιθῇ δὲ ἐπὶ τὴν κοίτην
人若彼此爭吵,這人用石頭或用拳頭打那鄰舍,那人沒有死,卻躺臥在床,
If two men quarrel and one strikes his neighbor with a stone or with a fist, and he does not die but takes to his bed,
21:19▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ἐὰν ἐξαναστὰς ὁ ἄνθρωπος περιπατήσῃ ἔξω ἐπὶ ῥάβδου ἀθῷος ἔσται ὁ πατάξας πλὴν τῆς ἀργίας αὐτοῦ ἀποτείσει καὶ τὰ ἰατρεῖα
那人若能起來,扶杖到外面行走,打他的就可免罪,只要賠償他停工的損失和醫藥費。
if the man gets up and walks about outside with a staff, the one who struck him shall be innocent; only he shall pay for his loss of time and for the medical expenses.
21:20▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ἐὰν δέ τις πατάξῃ τὸν παῖδα αὐτοῦ ἢ τὴν παιδίσκην αὐτοῦ ἐν ῥάβδῳ καὶ ἀποθάνῃ ὑπὸ τὰς χεῖρας αὐτοῦ δίκῃ ἐκδικηθήτω
人若用棍子打他的僕人或婢女,以致死在他手下,就要按判決受懲罰。
If someone strikes his male servant or his female servant with a rod, and the servant dies under his hands, let it be avenged with a penalty.
21:21▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ἐὰν δὲ διαβιώσῃ ἡμέραν μίαν ἢ δύο οὐκ ἐκδικηθήσεται τὸ γὰρ ἀργύριον αὐτοῦ ἐστιν
若那人存活一天或兩天,就不受懲罰,因為那是他的銀子買來的。
But if the servant survives a day or two, he shall not be punished, for it is his money.
21:22▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ἐὰν δὲ μάχωνται δύο ἄνδρες καὶ πατάξωσιν γυναῖκα ἐν γαστρὶ ἔχουσαν καὶ ἐξέλθῃ τὸ παιδίον αὐτῆς μὴ ἐξεικονισμένον ἐπιζήμιον ζημιωθήσεται καθότι ἂν ἐπιβάλῃ ὁ ἀνὴρ τῆς γυναικός δώσει μετὰ ἀξιώματος
若有兩個人爭鬥,打了懷孕的婦人,她的胎兒掉出來,卻尚未成形,那人必要受罰;婦人的丈夫怎樣索取,他就照著給,並要按估定的數目繳付。
If two men fight and strike a woman who is pregnant, and her child comes out not yet fully formed, he shall be fined a penalty: whatever the woman's husband imposes, he shall give it according to assessment.
21:23▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ἐὰν δὲ ἐξεικονισμένον ἦν δώσει ψυχὴν ἀντὶ ψυχῆς
但胎兒若已成形,他就要以命償命,
But if it was fully formed, he shall give life for life,
21:24▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ὀφθαλμὸν ἀντὶ ὀφθαλμοῦ ὀδόντα ἀντὶ ὀδόντος χεῖρα ἀντὶ χειρός πόδα ἀντὶ ποδός
以眼還眼,以牙還牙,以手還手,以腳還腳,
eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot,
21:25▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
κατάκαυμα ἀντὶ κατακαύματος τραῦμα ἀντὶ τραύματος μώλωπα ἀντὶ μώλωπος
以烙傷還烙傷,以創傷還創傷,以鞭傷還鞭傷。
burn for burn, wound for wound, bruise for bruise.
21:26▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ἐὰν δέ τις πατάξῃ τὸν ὀφθαλμὸν τοῦ οἰκέτου αὐτοῦ ἢ τὸν ὀφθαλμὸν τῆς θεραπαίνης αὐτοῦ καὶ ἐκτυφλώσῃ ἐλευθέρους ἐξαποστελεῖ αὐτοὺς ἀντὶ τοῦ ὀφθαλμοῦ αὐτῶν
人若打壞他家僕的一隻眼,或打壞他使女的一隻眼,以致瞎了,就要因他們的眼放他們自由出去。
If someone strikes the eye of his household servant or the eye of his maidservant and blinds it, he shall send them away free in return for their eye.
21:27▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ἐὰν δὲ τὸν ὀδόντα τοῦ οἰκέτου ἢ τὸν ὀδόντα τῆς θεραπαίνης αὐτοῦ ἐκκόψῃ ἐλευθέρους ἐξαποστελεῖ αὐτοὺς ἀντὶ τοῦ ὀδόντος αὐτῶν
他若打掉他家僕的一顆牙,或他使女的一顆牙,就要因他們的牙放他們自由出去。
And if he knocks out the tooth of his household servant or the tooth of his maidservant, he shall send them away free in return for their tooth.
21:28▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ἐὰν δὲ κερατίσῃ ταῦρος ἄνδρα ἢ γυναῖκα καὶ ἀποθάνῃ λίθοις λιθοβοληθήσεται ὁ ταῦρος καὶ οὐ βρωθήσεται τὰ κρέα αὐτοῦ ὁ δὲ κύριος τοῦ ταύρου ἀθῷος ἔσται
公牛若牴死男人或女人,那牛必用石頭打死,牠的肉不可吃,牛的主人卻可免罪。
If a bull gores a man or a woman and that one dies, the bull shall be stoned with stones and its flesh shall not be eaten, but the owner of the bull shall be innocent.
21:29▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ἐὰν δὲ ὁ ταῦρος κερατιστὴς ᾖ πρὸ τῆς ἐχθὲς καὶ πρὸ τῆς τρίτης καὶ διαμαρτύρωνται τῷ κυρίῳ αὐτοῦ καὶ μὴ ἀφανίσῃ αὐτόν ἀνέλῃ δὲ ἄνδρα ἢ γυναῖκα ὁ ταῦρος λιθοβοληθήσεται καὶ ὁ κύριος αὐτοῦ προσαποθανεῖται
但那公牛若素來牴人,從前天和前第三天就是這樣,並且有人向牛的主人作過警告,他竟不把牛除掉,以致牛害死了男人或女人,那牛就要用石頭打死,牛的主人也要一同處死。
But if the bull was given to goring in time past, from yesterday and from the day before, and warning has been given to its owner, and he did not destroy it, and the bull kills a man or a woman, the bull shall be stoned and its owner shall also die with it.
21:30▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ἐὰν δὲ λύτρα ἐπιβληθῇ αὐτῷ δώσει λύτρα τῆς ψυχῆς αὐτοῦ ὅσα ἐὰν ἐπιβάλωσιν αὐτῷ
若給他定了贖價,他就要照所定的一切,給銀子贖他的命。
But if a ransom is imposed on him, he shall give as ransom for his life whatever they impose on him.
21:31▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ἐὰν δὲ υἱὸν ἢ θυγατέρα κερατίσῃ κατὰ τὸ δικαίωμα τοῦτο ποιήσουσιν αὐτῷ
牛若牴了人的兒子或女兒,也要照這典章辦理。
And if it gores a son or a daughter, they shall deal with him according to this ordinance.
21:32▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ἐὰν δὲ παῖδα κερατίσῃ ὁ ταῦρος ἢ παιδίσκην ἀργυρίου τριάκοντα δίδραχμα δώσει τῷ κυρίῳ αὐτῶν καὶ ὁ ταῦρος λιθοβοληθήσεται
公牛若牴了僕人或婢女,牛主要把三十個銀的二德拉克馬給他們的主人,那牛也要用石頭打死。
If the bull gores a male servant or a female servant, he shall give thirty silver didrachmas to their master, and the bull shall be stoned.
21:33▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ἐὰν δέ τις ἀνοίξῃ λάκκον ἢ λατομήσῃ λάκκον καὶ μὴ καλύψῃ αὐτόν καὶ ἐμπέσῃ ἐκεῖ μόσχος ἢ ὄνος
人若敞開井口,或挖鑿井穴而不遮蓋,有牛犢或驢掉在裡面,
If someone opens a pit or hews out a pit and does not cover it, and a calf or a donkey falls in there,
21:34▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ὁ κύριος τοῦ λάκκου ἀποτείσει ἀργύριον δώσει τῷ κυρίῳ αὐτῶν τὸ δὲ τετελευτηκὸς αὐτῷ ἔσται
井的主人要賠償,把銀子給牠們的主人,死的牲畜要歸自己。
the owner of the pit shall make restitution; he shall give money to their owner, and the dead animal shall be his.
21:35▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ἐὰν δὲ κερατίσῃ τινὸς ταῦρος τὸν ταῦρον τοῦ πλησίον καὶ τελευτήσῃ ἀποδώσονται τὸν ταῦρον τὸν ζῶντα καὶ διελοῦνται τὸ ἀργύριον αὐτοῦ καὶ τὸν ταῦρον τὸν τεθνηκότα διελοῦνται
人的公牛若牴了鄰舍的公牛,以致牛死了,他們就要把活牛賣了,平分賣牛的銀子,也要平分死牛。
If someone's bull gores his neighbor's bull and it dies, they shall sell the live bull and divide the money for it, and they shall also divide the dead bull.
21:36▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ἐὰν δὲ γνωρίζηται ὁ ταῦρος ὅτι κερατιστής ἐστιν πρὸ τῆς ἐχθὲς καὶ πρὸ τῆς τρίτης ἡμέρας καὶ διαμεμαρτυρημένοι ὦσιν τῷ κυρίῳ αὐτοῦ καὶ μὴ ἀφανίσῃ αὐτόν ἀποτείσει ταῦρον ἀντὶ ταύρου ὁ δὲ τετελευτηκὼς αὐτῷ ἔσται
若知道那公牛素來牴人,從前天和前第三天就是這樣,並且有人向牛的主人作過警告,他竟不把牛除掉,他就要以牛還牛,死牛要歸自己。
But if the bull is known to have been given to goring in time past, from yesterday and from the third day before, and warnings have been given to its owner, and he did not destroy it, he shall repay bull for bull, and the dead one shall be his.
21:37▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ἐὰν δέ τις κλέψῃ μόσχον ἢ πρόβατον καὶ σφάξῃ αὐτὸ ἢ ἀποδῶται πέντε μόσχους ἀποτείσει ἀντὶ τοῦ μόσχου καὶ τέσσαρα πρόβατα ἀντὶ τοῦ προβάτου
人若偷牛犢或羊,把牠宰了或賣了,就要以五隻牛犢賠一隻牛犢,以四隻羊賠一隻羊。
If someone steals a calf or a sheep and slaughters it or sells it, he shall repay five calves for the calf and four sheep for the sheep.
