ἔστιν γὰρ ἀργυρίῳ τόπος ὅθεν γίνεται τόπος δὲ χρυσίῳ ὅθεν διηθεῖται
For silver has a place where it comes from, and gold a place where it is refined.
銀子有出產的地方,金子有濾煉的地方。
28:2▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
σίδηρος μὲν γὰρ ἐκ γῆς γίνεται χαλκὸς δὲ ἴσα λίθῳ λατομεῖται
For iron comes out of the earth, and copper is quarried like stone.
鐵從地裡出來,銅像石頭一樣被鑿出。
28:3▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
τάξιν ἔθετο σκότει καὶ πᾶν πέρας αὐτὸς ἐξακριβάζεται λίθος σκοτία καὶ σκιὰ θανάτου
He set an order for darkness, and he searches out every limit exactly: the stone is darkness and the shadow of death.
他為黑暗定了次序,一切的盡頭他都查得精確:那石頭是幽暗和死蔭。

διακοπὴ χειμάρρου ἀπὸ κονίας οἱ δὲ ἐπιλανθανόμενοι ὁδὸν δικαίαν ἠσθένησαν ἐκ βροτῶν
A torrent breaks a channel through the dust; but those who forget the way of justice grew weak, away from mortals.
溪流從塵土中衝開一道裂口;那些忘記公義之路的人,離了必死的人而衰弱了。
28:5▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
γῆ ἐξ αὐτῆς ἐξελεύσεται ἄρτος ὑποκάτω αὐτῆς ἐστράφη ὡσεὶ πῦρ
As for the earth, out of it comes bread, but underneath it is turned up as by fire.
至於地,糧食從其中出來,地的底下卻翻騰如火。
28:6▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
τόπος σαπφείρου οἱ λίθοι αὐτῆς καὶ χῶμα χρυσίον αὐτῷ
Its stones are the place of sapphire, and its dust holds gold.
它的石頭是藍寶石的產地,塵土之中也有金子。
28:7▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
τρίβος οὐκ ἔγνω αὐτὴν πετεινόν καὶ οὐ παρέβλεψεν αὐτὴν ὀφθαλμὸς γυπός
No bird has known that path, and the vulture's eye has not glimpsed it.
飛鳥不知道那條路徑,鷲鷹的眼睛也未曾瞥見它。
28:8▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
οὐκ ἐπάτησαν αὐτὴν υἱοὶ ἀλαζόνων οὐ παρῆλθεν ἐπ’ αὐτῆς λέων
The sons of the arrogant have not trodden it, nor has a lion passed over it.
狂傲者的子孫未曾踐踏它,獅子也未曾從它上面經過。
28:9▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ἐν ἀκροτόμῳ ἐξέτεινεν χεῖρα αὐτοῦ κατέστρεψεν δὲ ἐκ ῥιζῶν ὄρη
He stretched out his hand against the flinty rock and overturned mountains from their roots.
他向堅硬的磐石伸手,又把山從根基翻倒。
28:10▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
δίνας δὲ ποταμῶν ἔρρηξεν πᾶν δὲ ἔντιμον εἶδέν μου ὁ ὀφθαλμός
He broke open the eddies of rivers, and my eye saw everything precious.
他鑿開江河的漩渦;我的眼看見了一切寶貴之物。
28:11▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
βάθη δὲ ποταμῶν ἀνεκάλυψεν ἔδειξεν δὲ ἑαυτοῦ δύναμιν εἰς φῶς
He uncovered the depths of rivers and brought his own power to light.
他揭開江河的深處,又把自己的能力顯明出來。
28:12▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ἡ δὲ σοφία πόθεν εὑρέθη ποῖος δὲ τόπος ἐστὶν τῆς ἐπιστήμης
But where was wisdom found? And what is the place of knowledge?
但智慧從何處尋見?知識的所在又是哪裡呢?
28:13▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
οὐκ οἶδεν βροτὸς ὁδὸν αὐτῆς οὐδὲ μὴ εὑρεθῇ ἐν ἀνθρώποις
A mortal does not know her way, nor shall she be found among men.
必死的人不知道她的道路,她也絕不在人中間被尋見。
28:14▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ἄβυσσος εἶπεν οὐκ ἔστιν ἐν ἐμοί καὶ θάλασσα εἶπεν οὐκ ἔστιν μετ’ ἐμοῦ
The abyss said, She is not in me; and the sea said, She is not with me.
深淵說:她不在我裡面;海說:她不與我同在。
28:15▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
οὐ δώσει συγκλεισμὸν ἀντ’ αὐτῆς καὶ οὐ σταθήσεται ἀργύριον ἀντάλλαγμα αὐτῆς
One shall not give sealed-up treasure in exchange for her, nor shall silver stand as her exchange price.
人不能拿封存的寶物換取她,銀子也不能當作她的交換價。
28:16▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
καὶ οὐ συμβασταχθήσεται χρυσίῳ Ωφιρ ἐν ὄνυχι τιμίῳ καὶ σαπφείρῳ
She shall not be weighed together with the gold of Ophir, nor with precious onyx and sapphire.
她不能與俄斐的金子一同稱量,也不能與寶貴的縞瑪瑙和藍寶石一同衡量。
28:17▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
οὐκ ἰσωθήσεται αὐτῇ χρυσίον καὶ ὕαλος καὶ τὸ ἄλλαγμα αὐτῆς σκεύη χρυσᾶ
Gold and glass shall not be made equal to her, nor vessels of gold be her exchange.
金子和玻璃不能與她相等,金器也不能作她的交換物。
28:18▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
μετέωρα καὶ γαβις οὐ μνησθήσεται καὶ ἕλκυσον σοφίαν ὑπὲρ τὰ ἐσώτατα
Things lofty and gabis shall not be mentioned; draw wisdom above the innermost things.
高舉之物與迦比斯都不必題起;你要汲取智慧,過於那至內之物。
28:19▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
οὐκ ἰσωθήσεται αὐτῇ τοπάζιον Αἰθιοπίας χρυσίῳ καθαρῷ οὐ συμβασταχθήσεται
The topaz of Ethiopia shall not be made equal to her; she shall not be weighed with pure gold.
埃塞俄比亞的黃玉不能與她相等,她也不能與純金一同稱量。
28:20▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ἡ δὲ σοφία πόθεν εὑρέθη ποῖος δὲ τόπος ἐστὶν τῆς συνέσεως
But where was wisdom found? And what is the place of understanding?
但智慧從何處尋見?聰明的所在又是哪裡呢?
28:21▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
λέληθεν πάντα ἄνθρωπον καὶ ἀπὸ πετεινῶν τοῦ οὐρανοῦ ἐκρύβη
She has escaped the notice of every man, and was hidden from the birds of the sky.
她向一切的人隱藏,也向天空的飛鳥隱匿了。
28:22▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ἡ ἀπώλεια καὶ ὁ θάνατος εἶπαν ἀκηκόαμεν δὲ αὐτῆς τὸ κλέος
Destruction and Death said, But we have heard her fame.
滅亡和死亡說:我們倒聽見過她的名聲。
28:23▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ὁ θεὸς εὖ συνέστησεν αὐτῆς τὴν ὁδόν αὐτὸς δὲ οἶδεν τὸν τόπον αὐτῆς
God has well established her way, and he himself knows her place.
神善於安排她的道路,惟有他知道她的所在。
28:24▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
αὐτὸς γὰρ τὴν ὑπ’ οὐρανὸν πᾶσαν ἐφορᾷ εἰδὼς τὰ ἐν τῇ γῇ πάντα ἃ ἐποίησεν
For he surveys all that is under heaven, knowing all things in the earth that he made.
因為他鑒察天下的一切,知道他所造的地上萬物。
28:25▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ἀνέμων σταθμὸν ὕδατός τε μέτρα
the weight of the winds and the measures of water.
就是眾風的重量和水的度量。
28:26▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ὅτε ἐποίησεν οὕτως ὑετὸν ἠρίθμησεν καὶ ὁδὸν ἐν τινάγματι φωνάς
When he made it so, he numbered the rain, and a way for the voices in the shaking.
他這樣造的時候,數點了雨水,又為那震動中的聲音定了路。
28:27▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
τότε εἶδεν αὐτὴν καὶ ἐξηγήσατο αὐτήν ἑτοιμάσας ἐξιχνίασεν
Then he saw her and declared her; having prepared her, he tracked her out.
那時他看見了她,也述說了她;他預備之後,就查考出她來。
28:28▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
εἶπεν δὲ ἀνθρώπῳ ἰδοὺ ἡ θεοσέβειά ἐστιν σοφία τὸ δὲ ἀπέχεσθαι ἀπὸ κακῶν ἐστιν ἐπιστήμη
And he said to man, Behold, godliness is wisdom, and to abstain from evils is knowledge.
他又對人說:看哪,敬虔就是智慧,遠離諸惡就是知識。
