If a person has on the skin of his body a scar of a bright mark, and a mark of leprosy comes on the skin of his body, then he shall be brought to Aaron the priest or to one of his sons the priests.
And the priest shall look at the mark on the skin of his body; and if the hair in the mark has turned white and the appearance of the mark is lower than the skin of the body, it is a mark of leprosy; and the priest shall look and shall declare him unclean.
But if the bright spot on the skin of his body is white and its appearance is not lower than the skin, and its hair has not turned white, but it is dim, then the priest shall shut up the mark for seven days.
And the priest shall look at the mark on the seventh day; and behold, if the mark remains before him and the mark has not spread in the skin, then the priest shall shut him up for a second seven days.
And the priest shall look at him a second time on the seventh day; and behold, if the mark is dim and the mark has not spread in the skin, then the priest shall pronounce him clean, for it is only a mark; and he shall wash his garments and be clean.
And the priest shall look; and behold, if there is a white scar in the skin and it has turned the hair white, and there is some healthy living flesh in the scar,
But if the leprosy breaks out abundantly in the skin and the leprosy covers all the skin of the one with the mark, from head to foot, as far as the priest can see,
then the priest shall look; and behold, if the leprosy has covered all the skin of his body, then the priest shall pronounce the mark clean, because it has all turned white; he is clean.
13:14
καὶᾗἂνἡμέρᾳὀφθῇἐναὐτῷχρὼςζῶνμιανθήσεται
但他身上何日顯出活肉來,他就沾染不潔了。
But on whatever day living flesh appears on him, he shall be defiled.
And the priest shall look; and behold, if its appearance is lower than the skin and its hair has turned white, then the priest shall declare him unclean; it is leprosy that has broken out in the boil.
But if the priest looks, and behold, there is no white hair in it and it is not lower than the skin of the body, but it is dim, then the priest shall shut him up for seven days.
And if there is a burn from fire on the skin of a person's body, and on his skin the healed part of the burn becomes a shining bright spot, white and reddish or very white,
then the priest shall look at him; and behold, if the hair in the shining spot has turned white and its appearance is lower than the skin, it is leprosy that has broken out in the burn; and the priest shall declare him unclean; it is a mark of leprosy.
But if the priest looks, and behold, there is no white hair in the shining spot and it is not lower than the skin, but it is dim, then the priest shall shut him up for seven days.
And the priest shall look at him on the seventh day; and if it spreads greatly in the skin, then the priest shall declare him unclean; it is a mark of leprosy that has broken out in the boil.
But if the shining spot remains in its place and does not spread in the skin, but it is dim, it is the scar of the burn, and the priest shall pronounce him clean, for it is the mark of the burn.
then the priest shall look at the mark; and behold, if its appearance is deeper than the skin and there is thin yellowish hair in it, then the priest shall declare him unclean; it is a scall, it is leprosy of the head or leprosy of the beard.
And if the priest looks at the mark of the scall, and behold, its appearance is not deeper than the skin and there is no yellowish hair in it, then the priest shall shut up the mark of the scall for seven days.
And the priest shall look at the mark on the seventh day; and behold, if the scall has not spread and there is no yellowish hair in it and the appearance of the scall is not deeper than the skin,
And the priest shall look at the scall on the seventh day; and behold, if the scall has not spread in the skin after he has been shaved and the appearance of the scall is not deeper than the skin, then the priest shall pronounce him clean; and he shall wash his garments and be clean.
then the priest shall look; and behold, if the scall has spread in the skin, the priest shall not examine concerning the yellowish hair; he is unclean.
But if the scall remains before him in its place and black hair grows in it, the scall is healed; he is clean, and the priest shall pronounce him clean.
then the priest shall look; and behold, if there are bright spots, shining and whitish, on the skin of his flesh, it is a white tetter; he is clean; it has broken out on the skin of his flesh; he is clean.
And the priest shall look at him; and behold, if the appearance of the mark on his bald head or on his bald forehead is white and reddish, like the appearance of leprosy on the skin of his flesh,
And the leper on whom the mark is, let his garments be left loose and his head uncovered, and let him cover himself about the mouth, and he shall be called unclean.
and if the mark is greenish or reddish in the skin or in the garment or in the warp or in the woof or in any workable article of leather, it is a mark of leprosy, and it shall be shown to the priest.
And the priest shall look at the mark on the seventh day; and if the mark has spread in the garment or in the warp or in the woof or in the skin, in anything that is made of skins for work, the mark is a persistent leprosy; it is unclean.
He shall burn the garment or the warp or the woof, whether in the woolens or in the linens, or any article of leather in which the mark is, because it is a persistent leprosy; it shall be burned in fire.
And after it has been washed the priest shall look at the mark; and behold, if the mark has not changed its appearance and the mark has not spread, it is unclean; it shall be burned in fire; it is fixed in the garment or in the warp or in the woof.
And if the priest looks and the mark is dim after it has been washed, then he shall tear it out from the garment or from the skin or from the warp or from the woof.
But if it appears again in the garment, or in the warp, or in the woof, or in any leather article, it is a leprosy breaking out; the thing in which the mark is shall be burned up with fire.
And the garment, or the warp, or the woof, or any leather article which is washed and the mark departs from it — it shall be washed a second time, and it shall be clean.
This is the law of the mark of leprosy of a garment of wool or of tow, or of warp, or of woof, or of any leather article, to declare it clean or to declare it defiled.
