民數記 第 19 章

And the Lord spoke to Moses and Aaron, saying:

This is the distinction of the law which the Lord commanded, saying: Speak to the sons of Israel, and let them bring to you a red heifer without blemish, which has no spot in it, and upon which no yoke has been laid.

And you shall give her to Eleazar the priest, and they shall lead her outside the camp to a clean place, and they shall slaughter her before him.

And Eleazar shall take some of her blood and shall sprinkle some of her blood seven times in front of the tent of witness.

And they shall burn her before him; her hide and her flesh and her blood, together with her dung, shall be burned.

And the priest shall take cedar wood and hyssop and scarlet, and they shall cast them into the midst of the burning of the heifer.

And the priest shall wash his garments and shall bathe his body in water, and after that he shall enter the camp; and the priest shall be unclean until evening.

And the one who burns her shall wash his garments and bathe his body, and he shall be unclean until evening.

And a clean man shall gather the ashes of the heifer and lay them up outside the camp in a clean place; and it shall be for the congregation of the sons of Israel, for keeping, water of sprinkling; it is a purification.

And the one who gathers the ashes of the heifer shall wash his garments, and he shall be unclean until evening. And this shall be a perpetual ordinance for the sons of Israel and for the sojourners who attach themselves to them.

He who touches the dead body of any human soul shall be unclean seven days.

This one shall purify himself on the third day and on the seventh day, and he shall be clean; but if he is not purified on the third day and on the seventh day, he shall not be clean.

Everyone who touches the dead body of a human soul, if he has died, and does not purify himself, has defiled the tent of the Lord; that soul shall be utterly destroyed from Israel, because the water of sprinkling was not sprinkled upon him; he is unclean, his uncleanness is still in him.

And this is the law: If a man dies in a house, everyone who enters the house, and whatever is in the house, shall be unclean seven days.

And every open vessel which has no binding fastened upon it is unclean.

And everyone who touches, on the face of the field, one slain, or a dead body, or a human bone, or a grave, shall be unclean seven days.

And for the unclean person they shall take some of the burnt ashes of the purification, and they shall pour living water upon it into a vessel.

And a clean man shall take hyssop and dip it in the water, and he shall sprinkle it upon the house and upon the vessels and upon the souls who may be there, and upon the one who touched the human bone, or the slain, or the dead, or the grave.

And the clean person shall sprinkle upon the unclean on the third day and on the seventh day, and he shall be purified on the seventh day; and he shall wash his garments and bathe in water, and he shall be unclean until evening.

And a man who is defiled and does not purify himself, that soul shall be utterly destroyed from the midst of the congregation, because he has defiled the holy things of the Lord; because the water of sprinkling was not sprinkled upon him, he is unclean.

And this shall be a perpetual ordinance for you. And the one who sprinkles the water of sprinkling shall wash his garments; and the one who touches the water of sprinkling shall be unclean until evening.

And everything that the unclean person touches shall be unclean; and the soul that touches it shall be unclean until evening.
