📖 This chapter exists in 3 other originals — side by side (Hebrew Old Testament, Vulgate, Ge'ez Bible)
ℹ️ This corpus has no verse-level morphological tagging. Lemmas come mainly from word-level tagging of other books in the same language (not from this verse), falling back to dictionary form-matching for the rest. Rare homographs can still be misread; verify against the original and a specialist lexicon where precision matters.
ℹ️ The Chinese and English alongside are this site's own translation, made directly from the original text on this page (not the CUV or the WEB, which follow the Masoretic Text and a different textual tradition).

And I will put sinews upon you and bring up flesh upon you and stretch skin over you, and I will put my spirit into you, and you shall live; and you shall know that I am the Lord.
And I prophesied as he commanded me. And it happened, while I was prophesying, that behold, there was a shaking; and the bones drew together, each one to its own joint.
And he said to me, Prophesy, son of man, prophesy to the spirit and say to the spirit, Thus says the Lord: Come from the four winds and breathe into these dead, and let them live.
And the Lord spoke to me, saying, Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel; and they say, Our bones have become dry, our hope has perished, we are undone.
Therefore prophesy and say, Thus says the Lord: Behold, I am opening your tombs, and I will bring you up out of your tombs and bring you into the land of Israel.
And I will put my spirit into you, and you shall live; and I will set you upon your own land, and you shall know that I the Lord have spoken, and I will do it, says the Lord.
Son of man, take for yourself a rod and write upon it Judah and the sons of Israel who are attached to him; and you shall take for yourself a second rod and write upon it, For Joseph, the rod of Ephraim, and all the sons of Israel who were added to him.
then you shall say to them, Thus says the Lord: Behold, I am taking the tribe of Joseph, which is by the hand of Ephraim, and the tribes of Israel that are attached to him, and I will put them upon the tribe of Judah; and they shall be one rod in the hand of Judah.
And you shall say to them, Thus says the Lord Lord: Behold, I am taking the whole house of Israel out of the midst of the nations where they went, and I will gather them from all those round about them, and I will bring them into the land of Israel.
And I will make them one nation in my land and on the mountains of Israel, and one ruler shall be over them; and they shall no longer be two nations, nor shall they be divided any more into two kingdoms,
so that they may no longer be defiled with their idols. And I will deliver them from all their lawless deeds by which they sinned, and I will cleanse them; and they shall be my people, and I the Lord will be their God.
And my servant David shall be ruler in their midst, and there shall be one shepherd over them all; for they shall walk in my commands and keep my judgements and do them.
And they shall dwell upon their land which I gave to my servant Jacob, where their fathers dwelt; and they themselves shall dwell upon it, and David my servant shall be their ruler for ever.
