37:1
הָיְתָ֣ה עָלַי֮ יַד־יְהֹוָה֒ וַיּוֹצִאֵ֤נִֽי בְר֙וּחַ֙ יְהֹוָ֔ה וַיְנִיחֵ֖נִי בְּת֣וֹךְ הַבִּקְעָ֑ה וְהִ֖יא מְלֵאָ֥ה עֲצָמֽוֹת׃
καὶ ἐγένετο ἐπ’ ἐμὲ χεὶρ κυρίου καὶ ἐξήγαγέν με ἐν πνεύματι κύριος καὶ ἔθηκέν με ἐν μέσῳ τοῦ πεδίου καὶ τοῦτο ἦν μεστὸν ὀστέων ἀνθρωπίνων
Facta est super me manus Domini, et eduxit me in spiritu Domini, et dimisit me in medio campi qui erat plenus ossibus.
ወኮነ፡ ላዕሌየ፡ እደ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ወአውፅአኒ፡ በመንፈሰ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ወአንበረኒ፡ በማእከለ፡ ገዳም፣፡ ወምሉእ፡ ህየ፡ አዕፅምተ፡ ሰብእ።
Yahweh’s hand was on me, and he brought me out in Yahweh’s Spirit, and set me down in the middle of the valley; and it was full of bones.
37:2
וְהֶעֱבִירַ֥נִי עֲלֵיהֶ֖ם סָבִ֣יב׀סָבִ֑יב וְהִנֵּ֨ה רַבּ֤וֹת מְאֹד֙ עַל־פְּנֵ֣י הַבִּקְעָ֔ה וְהִנֵּ֖ה יְבֵשׁ֥וֹת מְאֹֽד׃
καὶ περιήγαγέν με ἐπ’ αὐτὰ κυκλόθεν κύκλῳ καὶ ἰδοὺ πολλὰ σφόδρα ἐπὶ προσώπου τοῦ πεδίου ξηρὰ σφόδρα
Et circumduxit me per ea in gyro : erant autem multa valde super faciem campi, siccaque vehementer.
ወአዖደኒ፡ ውስቴቶሙ፡ ምዕዋዳተ፡ ውስተ፡ ገዳም፡ ኀበ፡ ሀለዉ፡ ይቡሳት፡ ጥቀ።
He caused me to pass by them all around; and behold, there were very many in the open valley, and behold, they were very dry.
37:3
וַיֹּ֣אמֶר אֵלַ֔י בֶּן־אָדָ֕ם הֲתִֽחְיֶ֖ינָה הָעֲצָמ֣וֹת הָאֵ֑לֶּה וָאֹמַ֕ר אֲדֹנָ֥י יֱהֹוִ֖ה אַתָּ֥ה יָדָֽעְתָּ׃
καὶ εἶπεν πρός με υἱὲ ἀνθρώπου εἰ ζήσεται τὰ ὀστᾶ ταῦτα καὶ εἶπα κύριε σὺ ἐπίστῃ ταῦτα
Et dixit ad me : Fili hominis, putasne vivent ossa ista ? Et dixi : Domine Deus, tu nosti.
ወይቤለኒ፡ ወልደ፡ እጓለ፡ ሕመሕያው፣፡ የሐይዉኑ፡ እሉ፡ አዕፅምት፡ ወእቤ፡ እግዚኦ፡ እግዚኦ፡ አንተ፡ ተአምር።
He said to me, “Son of man, can these bones live?” I answered, “Lord Yahweh, you know.”
37:4
וַיֹּ֣אמֶר אֵלַ֔י הִנָּבֵ֖א עַל־הָעֲצָמ֣וֹת הָאֵ֑לֶּה וְאָמַרְתָּ֣ אֲלֵיהֶ֔ם הָֽעֲצָמוֹת֙ הַיְבֵשׁ֔וֹת שִׁמְע֖וּ דְּבַר־יְהֹוָֽה׃
καὶ εἶπεν πρός με προφήτευσον ἐπὶ τὰ ὀστᾶ ταῦτα καὶ ἐρεῖς αὐτοῖς τὰ ὀστᾶ τὰ ξηρά ἀκούσατε λόγον κυρίου
Et dixit ad me : Vaticinare de ossibus istis, et dices eis : Ossa arida, audite verbum Domini.
ወይቤለኒ፡ ተነበይ፡ ለዝ፡ አዕፅምት፡ ወበሎሙ፡ ስምዑ፡ አዕፅምት፡ ይቡሳን፡ ቃለ፡ እግዚአብሔር።
Again he said to me, “Prophesy over these bones, and tell them, ‘You dry bones, hear Yahweh’s word.
37:5
כֹּ֤ה אָמַר֙ אֲדֹנָ֣י יֱהֹוִ֔ה לָעֲצָמ֖וֹת הָאֵ֑לֶּה הִנֵּ֨ה אֲנִ֜י מֵבִ֥יא בָכֶ֛ם ר֖וּחַ וִחְיִיתֶֽם׃
τάδε λέγει κύριος τοῖς ὀστέοις τούτοις ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ φέρω εἰς ὑμᾶς πνεῦμα ζωῆς
Haec dicit Dominus Deus ossibus his : Ecce ego intromittam in vos spiritum, et vivetis.
ከመዝ፡ ይቤ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ እግዚእ፡ ለዝ፡ አዕፅምት፡ ናሁ፡ አነ፡ አመጽእ፡ መንፈሰ፡ ሕይወት፡ ላዕሌክሙ።
The Lord Yahweh says to these bones: “Behold, I will cause breath to enter into you, and you will live.
37:6
וְנָתַתִּי֩ עֲלֵיכֶ֨ם גִּידִ֜ים וְֽהַעֲלֵתִ֧י עֲלֵיכֶ֣ם בָּשָׂ֗ר וְקָרַמְתִּ֤י עֲלֵיכֶם֙ ע֔וֹר וְנָתַתִּ֥י בָכֶ֛ם ר֖וּחַ וִחְיִיתֶ֑ם וִידַעְתֶּ֖ם כִּֽי־אֲנִ֥י יְהֹוָֽה׃
καὶ δώσω ἐφ’ ὑμᾶς νεῦρα καὶ ἀνάξω ἐφ’ ὑμᾶς σάρκας καὶ ἐκτενῶ ἐφ’ ὑμᾶς δέρμα καὶ δώσω πνεῦμά μου εἰς ὑμᾶς καὶ ζήσεσθε καὶ γνώσεσθε ὅτι ἐγώ εἰμι κύριος
Et dabo super vos nervos, et succrescere faciam super vos carnes, et superextendam in vobis cutem, et dabo vobis spiritum, et vivetis : et scietis quia ego Dominus.
ወእሁበክሙ፡ ሥርወ፡ ወአለብሰክሙ፡ ሥጋ፡ ወእሰፍሕ፡ ላዕሌክሙ፡ ማእሰ፡ ወእወዲ፡ ውስቴትክሙ፡ መንፈሰ፡ ወተሐይዉ፣፡ ወተአምሩ፡ ከመ፡ አነ፡ ውእቱ፡ እግዚአብሔር።
I will lay sinews on you, and will bring up flesh on you, and cover you with skin, and put breath in you, and you will live. Then you will know that I am Yahweh.”’”
37:7
וְנִבֵּ֖אתִי כַּאֲשֶׁ֣ר צֻוֵּ֑יתִי וַֽיְהִי־ק֤וֹל כְּהִנָּֽבְאִי֙ וְהִנֵּה־רַ֔עַשׁ וַתִּקְרְב֣וּ עֲצָמ֔וֹת עֶ֖צֶם אֶל־עַצְמֽוֹ׃
καὶ ἐπροφήτευσα καθὼς ἐνετείλατό μοι καὶ ἐγένετο ἐν τῷ ἐμὲ προφητεῦσαι καὶ ἰδοὺ σεισμός καὶ προσήγαγε τὰ ὀστᾶ ἑκάτερον πρὸς τὴν ἁρμονίαν αὐτοῦ
Et prophetavi sicut praeceperat mihi : factus est autem sonitus, prophetante me, et ecce commotio : et accesserunt ossa ad ossa, unumquodque ad juncturam suam.
ወተነበይኩ፡ በከመ፡ አዘዘኒ፡ ወመጽአ፡ ድምፀ፡ ቃል፡ ሶበ፡ ተነበይኩ፣፡ ወናሁ፡ ድልቅልቅ፡ አስተጋብኦሙ፡ ለአዕፅምት፡ ወተጋብኡ፡ አዕፅምት፡ ኀበ፡ አዕፅምት፡ ውስተ፡ መለያልዩ፡ ዘዘዚአሁ።
So I prophesied as I was commanded. As I prophesied, there was a noise, and behold, there was an earthquake. Then the bones came together, bone to its bone.
37:8
וְרָאִ֜יתִי וְהִנֵּֽה־עֲלֵיהֶ֤ם גִּדִים֙ וּבָשָׂ֣ר עָלָ֔ה וַיִּקְרַ֧ם עֲלֵיהֶ֛ם ע֖וֹר מִלְמָ֑עְלָה וְר֖וּחַ אֵ֥ין בָּהֶֽם׃
καὶ εἶδον καὶ ἰδοὺ ἐπ’ αὐτὰ νεῦρα καὶ σάρκες ἐφύοντο καὶ ἀνέβαινεν ἐπ’ αὐτὰ δέρμα ἐπάνω καὶ πνεῦμα οὐκ ἦν ἐν αὐτοῖς
Et vidi, et ecce super ea nervi et carnes ascenderunt, et extenta est in eis cutis desuper : et spiritum non habebant.
ወነጸርኩ፡ ወርኢኩ፡ ሥርወ፡ ላዕሌሆሙ፡ ወበቈለ፡ ሥጋሆሙ፡ ወዐርገ፡ ማእስ፡ ዲቤሆሙ፡ ወአልቦ፡ መንፈስ፡ ላዕሌሆሙ።
I saw, and, behold, there were sinews on them, and flesh came up, and skin covered them above; but there was no breath in them.
37:9
וַיֹּ֣אמֶר אֵלַ֔י הִנָּבֵ֖א אֶל־הָר֑וּחַ הִנָּבֵ֣א בֶן־אָ֠דָ֠ם וְאָמַרְתָּ֨ אֶל־הָר֜וּחַ {ס} כֹּה־אָמַ֣ר׀ אֲדֹנָ֣י יֱהֹוִ֗ה מֵאַרְבַּ֤ע רוּחוֹת֙ בֹּ֣אִי הָר֔וּחַ וּפְחִ֛י בַּהֲרוּגִ֥ים הָאֵ֖לֶּה וְיִֽחְיֽוּ׃
καὶ εἶπεν πρός με προφήτευσον υἱὲ ἀνθρώπου προφήτευσον ἐπὶ τὸ πνεῦμα καὶ εἰπὸν τῷ πνεύματι τάδε λέγει κύριος ἐκ τῶν τεσσάρων πνευμάτων ἐλθὲ καὶ ἐμφύσησον εἰς τοὺς νεκροὺς τούτους καὶ ζησάτωσαν
Et dixit ad me : Vaticinare ad spiritum : vaticinare, fili hominis, et dices ad spiritum : Haec dicit Dominus Deus : A quatuor ventis veni, spiritus, et insuffla super interfectos istos, et reviviscant.
ወይቤለኒ፡ ወልደ፡ እጓለ፡ እመሕያው፡ ተነበይ፡ ወበላ፡ ለመንፈስ፡ ከመዝ፡ ይቤ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ እም፬ነፋሳት፡ ትምጻእ፡ ወትንፋኅ፡ ላዕለ፡ እሉ፡ አብድንት፡ ወይሕየዉ።
Then he said to me, “Prophesy to the wind, prophesy, son of man, and tell the wind, ‘The Lord Yahweh says: “Come from the four winds, breath, and breathe on these slain, that they may live.”’”
37:10
וְהִנַּבֵּ֖אתִי כַּאֲשֶׁ֣ר צִוָּ֑נִי וַתָּבוֹא֩ בָהֶ֨ם הָר֜וּחַ וַיִּֽחְי֗וּ וַיַּֽעַמְדוּ֙ עַל־רַגְלֵיהֶ֔ם חַ֖יִל גָּד֥וֹל מְאֹד־מְאֹֽד׃
καὶ ἐπροφήτευσα καθότι ἐνετείλατό μοι καὶ εἰσῆλθεν εἰς αὐτοὺς τὸ πνεῦμα καὶ ἔζησαν καὶ ἔστησαν ἐπὶ τῶν ποδῶν αὐτῶν συναγωγὴ πολλὴ σφόδρα
Et prophetavi sicut praeceperat mihi : et ingressus est in ea spiritus, et vixerunt : steteruntque super pedes suos, exercitus grandis nimis valde.
ወተነበይኩ፡ በከመ፡ አዘዘኒ፡ ወቦአ፡ መንፈስ፡ ላዕሌሆሙ፡ ወሐይዉ፡ ወቆሙ፡ በእገሪሆሙ፡ ብዙኃን፡ ሠራዊት፡ ጥቀ።
So I prophesied as he commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they lived, and stood up on their feet, an exceedingly great army.
37:11
וַיֹּ֘אמֶר֮ אֵלַי֒ בֶּן־אָדָ֕ם הָעֲצָמ֣וֹת הָאֵ֔לֶּה כׇּל־בֵּ֥ית יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל הֵ֑מָּה הִנֵּ֣ה אֹמְרִ֗ים יָבְשׁ֧וּ עַצְמוֹתֵ֛ינוּ וְאָבְדָ֥ה תִקְוָתֵ֖נוּ נִגְזַ֥רְנוּ לָֽנוּ׃
καὶ ἐλάλησεν κύριος πρός με λέγων υἱὲ ἀνθρώπου τὰ ὀστᾶ ταῦτα πᾶς οἶκος Ισραηλ ἐστίν καὶ αὐτοὶ λέγουσιν ξηρὰ γέγονεν τὰ ὀστᾶ ἡμῶν ἀπόλωλεν ἡ ἐλπὶς ἡμῶν διαπεφωνήκαμεν
Et dixit ad me : Fili hominis, ossa haec universa, domus Israël est. Ipsi dicunt : Aruerunt ossa nostra, et periit spes nostra, et abscissi sumus.
ወነበበኒ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ወይቤለኒ፡ ወልደ፡ እጓለ፡ እመሕያው፡ ዝኵሉ፡ አዕፅምት፡ ዘቤተ፡ እስራኤል፡ ውእቱ፡ ወይብሉ፡ እሙንቱ፡ የብሱ፡ አዕፅምቲነ፡ ወተሐጕለ፡ ተስፋነ፡ ወማሰነ።
Then he said to me, “Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel. Behold, they say, ‘Our bones are dried up, and our hope is lost. We are completely cut off.’
37:12
לָכֵן֩ הִנָּבֵ֨א וְאָמַרְתָּ֜ אֲלֵיהֶ֗ם כֹּה־אָמַר֮ אֲדֹנָ֣י יֱהֹוִה֒ הִנֵּה֩ אֲנִ֨י פֹתֵ֜חַ אֶת־קִבְרֽוֹתֵיכֶ֗ם וְהַעֲלֵיתִ֥י אֶתְכֶ֛ם מִקִּבְרוֹתֵיכֶ֖ם עַמִּ֑י וְהֵבֵאתִ֥י אֶתְכֶ֖ם אֶל־אַדְמַ֥ת יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
διὰ τοῦτο προφήτευσον καὶ εἰπόν τάδε λέγει κύριος ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ ἀνοίγω ὑμῶν τὰ μνήματα καὶ ἀνάξω ὑμᾶς ἐκ τῶν μνημάτων ὑμῶν καὶ εἰσάξω ὑμᾶς εἰς τὴν γῆν τοῦ Ισραηλ
Propterea vaticinare, et dices ad eos : Haec dicit Dominus Deus : Ecce ego aperiam tumulos vestros, et educam vos de sepulchris vestris, populus meus, et inducam vos in terram Israël.
በእንተ፡ ዝንቱ፡ ተነበይ፡ ወበል፡ ከመዝ፡ ይቤ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ እግዚእ፡ ናሁ፡ አነ፡ እከሥት፡ መቃብሪክሙ፡ ወአበውአክሙ፡ ውስተ፡ ምድረ፡ እስራኤል።
Therefore prophesy, and tell them, ‘The Lord Yahweh says: “Behold, I will open your graves, and cause you to come up out of your graves, my people; and I will bring you into the land of Israel.
37:13
וִידַעְתֶּ֖ם כִּֽי־אֲנִ֣י יְהֹוָ֑ה בְּפִתְחִ֣י אֶת־קִבְרֽוֹתֵיכֶ֗ם וּבְהַעֲלוֹתִ֥י אֶתְכֶ֛ם מִקִּבְרוֹתֵיכֶ֖ם עַמִּֽי׃
καὶ γνώσεσθε ὅτι ἐγώ εἰμι κύριος ἐν τῷ ἀνοῖξαί με τοὺς τάφους ὑμῶν τοῦ ἀναγαγεῖν με ἐκ τῶν τάφων τὸν λαόν μου
Et scietis quia ego Dominus, cum aperuero sepulchra vestra, et eduxero vos de tumulis vestris, popule meus,
ወተአምሩ፡ ከመ፡ አነ፡ ውእቱ፡ እግዚአብሔር፣፡ ሶበ፡ አርኀውኩ፡ መቃብሪክሙ፡ ከመ፡ አውፅእክሙ፡ እምውስተ፡ ዝኅርክሙ፡ ለሕዝብየ።
You will know that I am Yahweh, when I have opened your graves and caused you to come up out of your graves, my people.
37:14
וְנָתַתִּ֨י רוּחִ֤י בָכֶם֙ וִחְיִיתֶ֔ם וְהִנַּחְתִּ֥י אֶתְכֶ֖ם עַל־אַדְמַתְכֶ֑ם וִידַעְתֶּ֞ם כִּֽי־אֲנִ֧י יְהֹוָ֛ה דִּבַּ֥רְתִּי וְעָשִׂ֖יתִי נְאֻם־יְהֹוָֽה׃ {פ}
καὶ δώσω τὸ πνεῦμά μου εἰς ὑμᾶς καὶ ζήσεσθε καὶ θήσομαι ὑμᾶς ἐπὶ τὴν γῆν ὑμῶν καὶ γνώσεσθε ὅτι ἐγὼ κύριος λελάληκα καὶ ποιήσω λέγει κύριος
et dedero spiritum meum in vobis, et vixeritis : et requiescere vos faciam super humum vestram, et scietis quia ego Dominus locutus sum, et feci, ait Dominus Deus.
ወእሁብ፡ መንፈስየ፡ ላዕሌክሙ፡ ወተሐይዉ፡ ወትገብኡ፡ ውስተ፡ ምድርክሙ፣፡ ወተአምሩ፡ ከመ፡ አነ፡ ውእቱ፡ እግዚአብሔር። ወእገብር፡ ዘነበብኩ፡ ይቤ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ እግዚእ።
I will put my Spirit in you, and you will live. Then I will place you in your own land; and you will know that I, Yahweh, have spoken it and performed it,” says Yahweh.’”
37:15
וַיְהִ֥י דְבַר־יְהֹוָ֖ה אֵלַ֥י לֵאמֹֽר׃
καὶ ἐγένετο λόγος κυρίου πρός με λέγων
Et factus est sermo Domini ad me, dicens :
ወነበበኒ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ወይቤለኒ።
Yahweh’s word came again to me, saying,
37:16
וְאַתָּ֣ה בֶן־אָדָ֗ם קַח־לְךָ֙ עֵ֣ץ אֶחָ֔ד וּכְתֹ֤ב עָלָיו֙ לִֽיהוּדָ֔ה וְלִבְנֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל חֲבֵרָ֑ו וּלְקַח֙ עֵ֣ץ אֶחָ֔ד וּכְת֣וֹב עָלָ֗יו לְיוֹסֵף֙ עֵ֣ץ אֶפְרַ֔יִם וְכׇל־בֵּ֥ית יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל חֲבֵרָֽו׃
υἱὲ ἀνθρώπου λαβὲ σεαυτῷ ῥάβδον καὶ γράψον ἐπ’ αὐτὴν τὸν Ιουδαν καὶ τοὺς υἱοὺς Ισραηλ τοὺς προσκειμένους ἐπ’ αὐτόν καὶ ῥάβδον δευτέραν λήμψῃ σεαυτῷ καὶ γράψεις αὐτήν τῷ Ιωσηφ ῥάβδον Εφραιμ καὶ πάντας τοὺς υἱοὺς Ισραηλ τοὺς προστεθέντας πρὸς αὐτόν
Et tu, fili hominis, sume tibi lignum unum, et scribe super illud : Judae, et filiorum Israël sociorum ejus : et tolle lignum alterum, et scribe super illud : Joseph, ligno Ephraim, et cunctae domui Israël sociorumque ejus.
ወልደ፡ እጓለ፡ እመሕያው፡ ንሣእ፡ ለከ፡ ፩በትረ፡ ወጸሐፍ፡ ውስቴታ፡ ይሁዳ፡ ወደቂቀ፡ እስራኤል፡ እለ፡ የኀብርዎ። ወንሣእ፡ ለከ፡ ካልእተ፡ በትረ፡ ወትጽሕፎ፡ ለዮሴፍ፡ በትረ፡ ኤፍሬም፣፡ ወለኵሉ፡ ደቂቀ፡ እስራኤል፡ እለ፡ ተወሰኩ፡ ኀቤሁ።
“You, son of man, take one stick and write on it, ‘For Judah, and for the children of Israel his companions.’ Then take another stick, and write on it, ‘For Joseph, the stick of Ephraim, and for all the house of Israel his companions.’
37:17
וְקָרַ֨ב אֹתָ֜ם אֶחָ֧ד אֶל־אֶחָ֛ד לְךָ֖ לְעֵ֣ץ אֶחָ֑ד וְהָי֥וּ לַאֲחָדִ֖ים בְּיָדֶֽךָ׃
καὶ συνάψεις αὐτὰς πρὸς ἀλλήλας σαυτῷ εἰς ῥάβδον μίαν τοῦ δῆσαι αὐτάς καὶ ἔσονται ἐν τῇ χειρί σου
Et adjunge illa unum ad alterum tibi in lignum unum : et erunt in unionem in manu tua.
ወትፀምሮን፡ ለክልኤሆን፡ ወተአስሮን፡ ወትሬስዮን፡ አሐደ፡ በትረ፡ ወየሀልዋ፡ ውስተ፡ እዴከ።
Then join them for yourself to one another into one stick, that they may become one in your hand.
37:18
וְכַֽאֲשֶׁר֙ יֹאמְר֣וּ אֵלֶ֔יךָ בְּנֵ֥י עַמְּךָ֖ לֵאמֹ֑ר הֲלֽוֹא־תַגִּ֥יד לָ֖נוּ מָה־אֵ֥לֶּה לָּֽךְ׃
καὶ ἔσται ὅταν λέγωσιν πρὸς σὲ οἱ υἱοὶ τοῦ λαοῦ σου οὐκ ἀναγγελεῖς ἡμῖν τί ἐστιν ταῦτά σοι
Cum autem dixerint ad te filii populi tui, loquentes : Nonne indicas nobis quid in his tibi velis ?
ወሶበ፡ ይብሉከ፡ ደቂቀ፡ ሕዝብከ፡ ኢትነግረነኑ፡ ምንት፡ ከመዝ።
“When the children of your people speak to you, saying, ‘Won’t you show us what you mean by these?’
37:19
דַּבֵּ֣ר אֲלֵהֶ֗ם כֹּה־אָמַר֮ אֲדֹנָ֣י יֱהֹוִה֒ הִנֵּה֩ אֲנִ֨י לֹקֵ֜חַ אֶת־עֵ֤ץ יוֹסֵף֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר בְּיַד־אֶפְרַ֔יִם וְשִׁבְטֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל חֲבֵרָ֑ו וְנָתַתִּי֩ אוֹתָ֨ם עָלָ֜יו אֶת־עֵ֣ץ יְהוּדָ֗ה וַֽעֲשִׂיתִם֙ לְעֵ֣ץ אֶחָ֔ד וְהָי֥וּ אֶחָ֖ד בְּיָדִֽי׃
καὶ ἐρεῖς πρὸς αὐτούς τάδε λέγει κύριος ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ λήμψομαι τὴν φυλὴν Ιωσηφ τὴν διὰ χειρὸς Εφραιμ καὶ τὰς φυλὰς Ισραηλ τὰς προσκειμένας πρὸς αὐτὸν καὶ δώσω αὐτοὺς ἐπὶ τὴν φυλὴν Ιουδα καὶ ἔσονται εἰς ῥάβδον μίαν ἐν τῇ χειρὶ Ιουδα
loqueris ad eos : Haec dicit Dominus Deus : Ecce ego assumam lignum Joseph, quod est in manu Ephraim, et tribus Israël, quae sunt ei adjunctae, et dabo eas pariter cum ligno Juda, et faciam eas in lignum unum : et erunt unum in manu ejus.
በሎሙ፡ ከመዝ፡ ይቤ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ እግዚእ፡ ናሁ፡ አነ፡ እነሥእ፡ በትረ፡ ዮሴፍ፡ ዘውስተ፡ እደ፡ ኤፍሬም፡ ወሕዝበ፡ እስራኤል፡ ዘኀቤሁ፡ ወእሁቦሙ፡ ውስተ፡ ሕዝበ፡ ይሁዳ፡ ወይከውኑ፡ አሐደ፡ በትረ፡ ውስተ፡ እደ፡ ይሁዳ።
tell them, ‘The Lord Yahweh says: “Behold, I will take the stick of Joseph, which is in the hand of Ephraim, and the tribes of Israel his companions; and I will put them with it, with the stick of Judah, and make them one stick, and they will be one in my hand.
37:20
וְהָי֨וּ הָעֵצִ֜ים אֲֽשֶׁר־תִּכְתֹּ֧ב עֲלֵיהֶ֛ם בְּיָדְךָ֖ לְעֵינֵיהֶֽם׃
καὶ ἔσονται αἱ ῥάβδοι ἐφ’ αἷς σὺ ἔγραψας ἐπ’ αὐταῖς ἐν τῇ χειρί σου ἐνώπιον αὐτῶν
Erunt autem ligna super quae scripseris in manu tua in oculis eorum.
ወይኩና፡ ውስተ፡ እዴከ፡ አብትር፡ እለ፡ ጸሐፍከ፡ በቅድሜሆሙ።
The sticks on which you write will be in your hand before their eyes.”’
37:21
וְדַבֵּ֣ר אֲלֵיהֶ֗ם כֹּה־אָמַר֮ אֲדֹנָ֣י יֱהֹוִה֒ הִנֵּ֨ה אֲנִ֤י לֹקֵ֙חַ֙ אֶת־בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל מִבֵּ֥ין הַגּוֹיִ֖ם אֲשֶׁ֣ר הָֽלְכוּ־שָׁ֑ם וְקִבַּצְתִּ֤י אֹתָם֙ מִסָּבִ֔יב וְהֵבֵאתִ֥י אוֹתָ֖ם אֶל־אַדְמָתָֽם׃
καὶ ἐρεῖς αὐτοῖς τάδε λέγει κύριος κύριος ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ λαμβάνω πάντα οἶκον Ισραηλ ἐκ μέσου τῶν ἐθνῶν οὗ εἰσήλθοσαν ἐκεῖ καὶ συνάξω αὐτοὺς ἀπὸ πάντων τῶν περικύκλῳ αὐτῶν καὶ εἰσάξω αὐτοὺς εἰς τὴν γῆν τοῦ Ισραηλ
Et dices ad eos : Haec dicit Dominus Deus : Ecce ego assumam filios Israël de medio nationum ad quas abierunt : et congregabo eos undique, et adducam eos ad humum suam.
ወትብሎሙ፡ ከመዝ፡ ይቤ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ እግዚእ፡ ናሁ፡ አነ፡ አነሥኦሙ፡ ለኵሎሙ፡ ቤተ፡ እስራኤል፡ እማእከሎሙ፡ ለሕዝብ፡ እለ፡ ቦኡ፡ ህየ፡ ወአስተጋብኦሙ፡ እምኵሉ፡ እለ፡ ዐውዶሙ፡ ወእወስዶሙ፡ ምድረ፡ እስራኤል።
Say to them, ‘The Lord Yahweh says: “Behold, I will take the children of Israel from among the nations where they have gone, and will gather them on every side, and bring them into their own land.
37:22
וְעָשִׂ֣יתִי אֹ֠תָ֠ם לְג֨וֹי אֶחָ֤ד בָּאָ֙רֶץ֙ בְּהָרֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל וּמֶ֧לֶךְ אֶחָ֛ד יִהְיֶ֥ה לְכֻלָּ֖ם לְמֶ֑לֶךְ וְלֹ֤א (יהיה) [יִֽהְיוּ־]עוֹד֙ לִשְׁנֵ֣י גוֹיִ֔ם וְלֹ֨א יֵחָ֥צוּ ע֛וֹד לִשְׁתֵּ֥י מַמְלָכ֖וֹת עֽוֹד׃
καὶ δώσω αὐτοὺς εἰς ἔθνος ἓν ἐν τῇ γῇ μου καὶ ἐν τοῖς ὄρεσιν Ισραηλ καὶ ἄρχων εἷς ἔσται αὐτῶν καὶ οὐκ ἔσονται ἔτι εἰς δύο ἔθνη οὐδὲ μὴ διαιρεθῶσιν οὐκέτι εἰς δύο βασιλείας
Et faciam eos in gentem unam in terra in montibus Israël, et rex unus erit omnibus imperans : et non erunt ultra duae gentes, nec dividentur amplius in duo regna,
ወእሬስዮሙ፡ አሐደ፡ ሕዝበ፡ በምድርየ፡ ወበደወለ፡ እስራኤል። ወአሐደ፡ ይከውን፡ መልአኮሙ፡ ወይነግሥ፣፡ ወኢይትናፈቁ፡ እንከ፡ ለክልኤ፡ ሕዝብ፡ ወኢይነግሡ፡ ሎሙ፡ ፪፡ ነገሥት።
I will make them one nation in the land, on the mountains of Israel. One king will be king to them all. They will no longer be two nations. They won’t be divided into two kingdoms any more at all.
37:23
וְלֹ֧א יִֽטַּמְּא֣וּ ע֗וֹד בְּגִלּֽוּלֵיהֶם֙ וּבְשִׁקּ֣וּצֵיהֶ֔ם וּבְכֹ֖ל פִּשְׁעֵיהֶ֑ם וְהוֹשַׁעְתִּ֣י אֹתָ֗ם מִכֹּ֤ל מוֹשְׁבֹֽתֵיהֶם֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר חָטְא֣וּ בָהֶ֔ם וְטִהַרְתִּ֤י אוֹתָם֙ וְהָיוּ־לִ֣י לְעָ֔ם וַאֲנִ֕י אֶהְיֶ֥ה לָהֶ֖ם לֵאלֹהִֽים׃
ἵνα μὴ μιαίνωνται ἔτι ἐν τοῖς εἰδώλοις αὐτῶν καὶ ῥύσομαι αὐτοὺς ἀπὸ πασῶν τῶν ἀνομιῶν αὐτῶν ὧν ἡμάρτοσαν ἐν αὐταῖς καὶ καθαριῶ αὐτούς καὶ ἔσονταί μοι εἰς λαόν καὶ ἐγὼ κύριος ἔσομαι αὐτοῖς εἰς θεόν
neque polluentur ultra in idolis suis, et abominationibus suis, et cunctis iniquitatibus suis : et salvos eos faciam de universis sedibus in quibus peccaverunt, et emundabo eos : et erunt mihi populus, et ego ero eis Deus.
ከመ፡ ኢይርኰሱ፡ በጣዖቶሙ፡ ወበኃሣሮሙ፡ ወበኵሉ፡ ኃጢአቶሙ። ወአድኅኖሙ፡ እምኵሉ፡ ጌጋዮሙ፡ ዘቦቱ፡ ስሕቱ፡ ወአጸርዮሙ፣፡ ወይከውኑኒ፡ ሕዝብየ፡ ወአነሂ፡ እከውኖሙ፡ አምላኮሙ።
They won’t defile themselves any more with their idols, nor with their detestable things, nor with any of their transgressions; but I will save them out of all their dwelling places in which they have sinned, and will cleanse them. So they will be my people, and I will be their God.
37:24
וְעַבְדִּ֤י דָוִד֙ מֶ֣לֶךְ עֲלֵיהֶ֔ם וְרוֹעֶ֥ה אֶחָ֖ד יִהְיֶ֣ה לְכֻלָּ֑ם וּבְמִשְׁפָּטַ֣י יֵלֵ֔כוּ וְחֻקּוֹתַ֥י יִשְׁמְר֖וּ וְעָשׂ֥וּ אוֹתָֽם׃
καὶ ὁ δοῦλός μου Δαυιδ ἄρχων ἐν μέσῳ αὐτῶν καὶ ποιμὴν εἷς ἔσται πάντων ὅτι ἐν τοῖς προστάγμασίν μου πορεύσονται καὶ τὰ κρίματά μου φυλάξονται καὶ ποιήσουσιν αὐτά
Et servus meus David rex super eos, et pastor unus erit omnium eorum. In judiciis meis ambulabunt, et mandata mea custodient, et facient ea :
ወገብርየ፡ ዳዊት፡ ንጉሥ፡ በማእከሎሙ፣፡ ወይከውን፡ ፩ኖላዊ፡ ለኵሎሙ፣፡ እስመ፡ የሐውሩ፡ በትእዛዝየ፡ ወየዐቅቡ፡ ኵነኔየ፡ ወይገብርዎ።
“‘“My servant David will be king over them. They all will have one shepherd. They will also walk in my ordinances and observe my statutes, and do them.
37:25
וְיָשְׁב֣וּ עַל־הָאָ֗רֶץ אֲשֶׁ֤ר נָתַ֙תִּי֙ לְעַבְדִּ֣י לְיַֽעֲקֹ֔ב אֲשֶׁ֥ר יָֽשְׁבוּ־בָ֖הּ אֲבֽוֹתֵיכֶ֑ם וְיָשְׁב֣וּ עָלֶ֡יהָ הֵ֠מָּה וּבְנֵיהֶ֞ם וּבְנֵ֤י בְנֵיהֶם֙ עַד־עוֹלָ֔ם וְדָוִ֣ד עַבְדִּ֔י נָשִׂ֥יא לָהֶ֖ם לְעוֹלָֽם׃
καὶ κατοικήσουσιν ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς αὐτῶν ἣν ἐγὼ δέδωκα τῷ δούλῳ μου Ιακωβ οὗ κατῴκησαν ἐκεῖ οἱ πατέρες αὐτῶν καὶ κατοικήσουσιν ἐπ’ αὐτῆς αὐτοί καὶ Δαυιδ ὁ δοῦλός μου ἄρχων αὐτῶν ἔσται εἰς τὸν αἰῶνα
et habitabunt super terram quam dedi servo meo Jacob, in qua habitaverunt patres vestri : et habitabunt super eam ipsi, et filii eorum, et filii filiorum eorum, usque in sempiternum : et David servus meus princeps eorum in perpetuum.
ወይነብሩ፡ ውስተ፡ ምድሮሙ፡ ዘወሀብክዎ፡ ለገብርየ፡ ያዕቆብ፡ ኀበ፡ ነበሩ፡ ህየ፡ አበዊሆሙ፣፡ ይነብሩ፡ ውስቴታ፡ እሙንቱኒ፡ ወደቂቆሙኒ፡ ወደቂቀ፡ ደቂቆሙኒ፡ እስከ፡ ለዓለም፡ ወዳዊት፡ ገብርየ፡ መልአኮሙ፡ ለዓለም።
They will dwell in the land that I have given to Jacob my servant, in which your fathers lived. They will dwell therein, they, and their children, and their children’s children, forever. David my servant will be their prince forever.
37:26
וְכָרַתִּ֤י לָהֶם֙ בְּרִ֣ית שָׁל֔וֹם בְּרִ֥ית עוֹלָ֖ם יִהְיֶ֣ה אוֹתָ֑ם וּנְתַתִּים֙ וְהִרְבֵּיתִ֣י אוֹתָ֔ם וְנָתַתִּ֧י אֶת־מִקְדָּשִׁ֛י בְּתוֹכָ֖ם לְעוֹלָֽם׃
καὶ διαθήσομαι αὐτοῖς διαθήκην εἰρήνης διαθήκη αἰωνία ἔσται μετ’ αὐτῶν καὶ θήσω τὰ ἅγιά μου ἐν μέσῳ αὐτῶν εἰς τὸν αἰῶνα
Et percutiam illis foedus pacis : pactum sempiternum erit eis. Et fundabo eos, et multiplicabo, et dabo sanctificationem meam in medio eorum in perpetuum.
ወእሠርዕ፡ ሎሙ፡ ሥርዓተ፡ ሰላም፣፡ ሕገ፡ ዘለዓለም፡ ይከውን፡ ምስሌሆሙ። ወእሠይም፡ ቅድሳትየ፡ ማእከሎሙ፡ ለዓለም።
Moreover I will make a covenant of peace with them. It will be an everlasting covenant with them. I will place them, multiply them, and will set my sanctuary among them forever more.
37:27
וְהָיָ֤ה מִשְׁכָּנִי֙ עֲלֵיהֶ֔ם וְהָיִ֥יתִי לָהֶ֖ם לֵאלֹהִ֑ים וְהֵ֖מָּה יִהְיוּ־לִ֥י לְעָֽם׃
καὶ ἔσται ἡ κατασκήνωσίς μου ἐν αὐτοῖς καὶ ἔσομαι αὐτοῖς θεός καὶ αὐτοί μου ἔσονται λαός
Et erit tabernaculum meum in eis : et ero eis Deus, et ipsi erunt mihi populus.
ወይከውን፡ ማኅደርየ፡ ኀቤሆሙ፣፡ ወእከውኖሙ፡ አምላኮሙ፡ ወእሙንቱኒ፡ ይከውኑኒ፡ ሕዝብየ።
My tent also will be with them. I will be their God, and they will be my people.
37:28
וְיָֽדְעוּ֙ הַגּוֹיִ֔ם כִּ֚י אֲנִ֣י יְהֹוָ֔ה מְקַדֵּ֖שׁ אֶת־יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל בִּהְי֧וֹת מִקְדָּשִׁ֛י בְּתוֹכָ֖ם לְעוֹלָֽם׃ {פ}
καὶ γνώσονται τὰ ἔθνη ὅτι ἐγώ εἰμι κύριος ὁ ἁγιάζων αὐτοὺς ἐν τῷ εἶναι τὰ ἅγιά μου ἐν μέσῳ αὐτῶν εἰς τὸν αἰῶνα
Et scient gentes quia ego Dominus sanctificator Israël, cum fuerit sanctificatio mea in medio eorum in perpetuum.
ወየአምሩ፡ አሕዛብ፡ ከመ፡ አነ፡ ውእቱ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ዘእቄድሶሙ፡ ለእስራኤል፡ ሶበ፡ ነበረ፡ ቤተ፡ መቅደስየ፡ በማእከሌሆሙ፡ ለዓለም።
The nations will know that I am Yahweh who sanctifies Israel, when my sanctuary is among them forever more.”’”
