ℹ️ This corpus has no verse-level morphological tagging. Lemmas come mainly from word-level tagging of other books in the same language (not from this verse), falling back to dictionary form-matching for the rest. Rare homographs can still be misread; verify against the original and a specialist lexicon where precision matters.
ℹ️ The Chinese and English alongside are this site's own translation, made directly from the original text on this page (not the CUV or the WEB, which follow the Masoretic Text and a different textual tradition).

And Rehoboam came to Jerusalem and assembled Judah and Benjamin, one hundred eighty thousand young men who make war; and he was fighting against Israel to restore the kingdom to Rehoboam.
Thus says the Lord: You shall not go up, and you shall not fight against your brothers. Return each to his own house, for this thing has come from me. And they obeyed the word of the Lord and turned back from going against Jeroboam.
For the Levites left the settlements of their possession and went to Judah, to Jerusalem, because Jeroboam and his sons cast them out from ministering to the Lord;
And he cast out from the tribes of Israel those who set their heart to seek the Lord God of Israel; and they came to Jerusalem to sacrifice to the Lord God of their fathers.
And they strengthened the kingdom of Judah and strengthened Rehoboam son of Solomon for three years, for he walked in the ways of David and Solomon three years.
And Rehoboam loved Maacha daughter of Abessalom above all his wives and his concubines; for he had eighteen wives and thirty concubines, and he begot twenty-eight sons and sixty daughters.
And he increased beyond all his sons in all the borders of Judah and Benjamin and in the fortified cities; and he gave them abundant provisions, and he sought a multitude of wives.
