9:1

ቈላተ፡ ጊላቡሂ፡ ወአድባረ፡ ሊባኖስ፡ ሶበ፡ ኢወርድ፡ ላዕሌሆሙ፡ ዝናመ፡ ምሕረት፡ እምኀበ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ኢያብቍሉ፡ ሣዕረ፡ ለእንስሳ፡ ወለአራዊት።

The valleys of Gilboa and the mountains of Lebanon, when the rain of mercy from the Lord does not come down upon them, do not put forth grass for the cattle and for the wild beasts.

基利波的山谷與利巴嫩的山嶺，若沒有從主而來憐憫的雨降在它們上面，就不長草供牲畜與野獸食用。

9:2

ወአድባረ፡ ገልዓድኒ፡ ወቈላተ፡ ኢለምኒ፡ ኢይሁብ፡ ሐመልማለ፡ ለዓጣሌ፡ ወለአባሕኵ፡ እለ፡ ይትረእዩ፡ ወለእንስሳ፡ ገዳምኒ፡ ወይጠል፡ ወቶራት፡ ወኀያላት።

And the mountains of Gilead and the valleys of Elam too give no greenery for the goats and for the herds that are seen, and for the beasts of the wilderness, both the gazelles and the bulls and the strong ones.

基列的山嶺與以攔的山谷，也不為山羊與所見的牲畜、並曠野的走獸，就是羚羊、公牛與強壯的獸，發出青草。

9:3

ወከማሁ፡ ዕልዋን፡ ወመናፍቃን፡ እለ፡ ቀዲሙ፡ አጥረዋይ፡ ለዕልወት፡ ወለስሕተት፡ ለእመ፡ ኢወረደ፡ ላዕሌሆሙ፡ ጠለ፡ ምሕረት፡ እምኀበ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ኢትይነሥኡ፡ ሙታን፡ ወመሠርያን፡ ወምጠዓውያን፡ ቆጵሮሰ፡ ወዲማሶ፡ መስተዋድያን።

And likewise the rebels and the heretics who from of old got themselves possession of rebellion and error, if the dew of mercy from the Lord does not come down upon them, the dead cannot rise, nor the sorcerers and seducers, the Cypriots and the men of Dema, the slanderers.

照樣，那些自古便沉溺於悖逆與謬妄的悖逆者與異端者，若沒有從主而來憐憫的甘露降在他們上面，死人也不能復活，連那些行邪術的、引誘人的，並居比路人與底瑪的人，就是好讒謗的人，也不能。

9:4

ወእለ፡ ይነብሩ፡ ሰገለ፡ ወሥራየ፡ ወመስተቃትላነ።

And those who practise divination and sorcery and stir up strife;

還有那些行占卜、行巫術、挑起爭鬥的人；

9:5

ወእለ፡ ይዜምው፡ ዘእንበለ፡ ሕግ፡ ወአትናውያን፡ ወሜዶን፡ እለ፡ ይትአመኑ፡ በጣዖቶሙ፡ ወየሐልዩ፡ ሎሙ፡ ወይትወነዩ፡ ሎሙ፡ በከበሮ፡ ወበመሰንቆ፡ ወበእንዚራ።

and those who commit fornication without law, and the Athenians and Medes who trust in their idols and sing to them and make merry before them with the drum and the lyre and the harp;

並那些不守律法行淫亂的人，以及那些信靠自己偶像的雅典人與瑪代人，他們向偶像歌唱，用鼓、琴與豎琴在它們面前作樂；

9:6

ወየዓብዱ፡ ምስለ፡ ጣዖቶሙ፡ ወይዜምዉ፡ በግብረ፡ እደዊሆሙ፡ እለ፡ ኢያድኅኑ፡ ርእሶሙ፡ እለ፡ እሙንቱ፡ ይትኰነኑ፡ በዕለተ፡ ዳይን፡ አመ፡ ትንሣኤ።

and those who play the madman with their idols and make merry with the work of their own hands, which cannot save themselves; these shall be condemned in the day of judgment, at the resurrection.

並那些與偶像一同癲狂、向自己手所造之物作樂的人，這些偶像連自己都不能拯救；這等人到復活的審判之日，必受刑罰。

9:7

አአብድ፡ ወአእዩየ፡ ሕሊና፡ ይመስለከኑ፡ ዘኢይትነሥኡ፡ ምውታን።

O fool, blinded in understanding, does it seem to you that the dead do not rise?

愚昧人哪，你心眼瞎了的人哪，難道你以為死人不能復活嗎？

9:8

ኢተሐሊኪ፡ ከመዝ፡ እስመ፡ ኢትነውም፡ ህየ፡ ሶበ፡ ይትነፋሕ፡ ቀርን፡ በትንሣኤ፡ ሙታን፡ በአፈ፡ ሚካኤል፡ ሊቀ፡ መላእክት።

Think not so; for you shall not sleep there when the trumpet is blown at the resurrection of the dead by the mouth of Michael the archangel.

你不要這樣想；因為到天使長米迦勒口中吹響復活的號角時，你必不再沉睡。

9:9

አድባር፡ ወአውግር፡ ይቴሐቱ፡ አፍላግ፡ ወማዕምቅ፡ ይኤርዩ፡ ወይከውኑ፡ መጽያሕቶ፡ ርቱዓ።

The mountains and the hills shall be made low, and the rivers and the depths shall be levelled and become a straight path.

大山與小山都要削平，江河與深淵都要填平，成為平坦的大道。

9:10

ወይከውን፡ ትንሣኤ፡ ለኵሉ፡ ዘሥጋ።

And there shall be a resurrection for all flesh.

凡有血氣的，都必要復活。
