12:1

ἐκύκλωσέν με ἐν ψεύδει Εφραιμ καὶ ἐν ἀσεβείαις οἶκος Ισραηλ καὶ Ιουδα νῦν ἔγνω αὐτοὺς ὁ θεός καὶ λαὸς ἅγιος κεκλήσεται θεοῦ

Ephraim has surrounded me with falsehood, and the house of Israel and Judah with acts of impiety. Now God has known them, and they shall be called a holy people of God.

以法蓮用謊言圍繞我，以色列家和猶大用不敬虔的事圍繞我。如今神認識了他們，他們必被稱為神的聖民。

12:2

ὁ δὲ Εφραιμ πονηρὸν πνεῦμα ἐδίωξεν καύσωνα ὅλην τὴν ἡμέραν κενὰ καὶ μάταια ἐπλήθυνεν καὶ διαθήκην μετὰ Ἀσσυρίων διέθετο καὶ ἔλαιον εἰς Αἴγυπτον ἐνεπορεύετο

But Ephraim pursued an evil wind, a scorching heat, all the day long; he multiplied empty and vain things, and made a covenant with the Assyrians, and traded oil into Egypt.

以法蓮追逐惡風，就是終日的熱風；他增多虛空和虛妄的事，與亞述人立約，又把油販運到埃及去。

12:3

καὶ κρίσις τῷ κυρίῳ πρὸς Ιουδαν τοῦ ἐκδικῆσαι τὸν Ιακωβ κατὰ τὰς ὁδοὺς αὐτοῦ καὶ κατὰ τὰ ἐπιτηδεύματα αὐτοῦ ἀνταποδώσει αὐτῷ

And the Lord has a case against Judah, to punish Jacob according to his ways, and according to his practices he will repay him.

主與猶大有爭訟，要按雅各所行的道路懲罰他，按他的行為報應他。

12:4

ἐν τῇ κοιλίᾳ ἐπτέρνισεν τὸν ἀδελφὸν αὐτοῦ καὶ ἐν κόποις αὐτοῦ ἐνίσχυσεν πρὸς θεὸν

In the womb he supplanted his brother, and in his labors he prevailed with God.

他在母腹中就抓住他兄弟的腳跟，又在自己的勞苦中向神顯出剛強。

12:5

καὶ ἐνίσχυσεν μετὰ ἀγγέλου καὶ ἠδυνάσθη ἔκλαυσαν καὶ ἐδεήθησάν μου ἐν τῷ οἴκῳ Ων εὕροσάν με καὶ ἐκεῖ ἐλαλήθη πρὸς αὐτόν

And he prevailed with an angel and was able. They wept and made supplication to me. In the house of On they found me, and there it was spoken to him.

他與天使較力，並且得勝。他們哭泣懇求我。他們在安家尋見了我，在那裡有話對他說。

12:6

ὁ δὲ κύριος ὁ θεὸς ὁ παντοκράτωρ ἔσται μνημόσυνον αὐτοῦ

And the Lord God the Almighty shall be his memorial.

主，全能的神，他的記念必是如此。

12:7

καὶ σὺ ἐν θεῷ σου ἐπιστρέψεις ἔλεον καὶ κρίμα φυλάσσου καὶ ἔγγιζε πρὸς τὸν θεόν σου διὰ παντός

And you, in your God you shall return; keep mercy and judgment, and draw near to your God continually.

至於你，你要靠你的神歸回；要謹守憐憫和公平，要時常親近你的神。

12:8

Χανααν ἐν χειρὶ αὐτοῦ ζυγὸς ἀδικίας καταδυναστεύειν ἠγάπησε

Canaan—in his hand is a balance of injustice; he loved to oppress.

迦南人手中有不義的天平，他喜愛欺壓。

12:9

καὶ εἶπεν Εφραιμ πλὴν πεπλούτηκα εὕρηκα ἀναψυχὴν ἐμαυτῷ πάντες οἱ πόνοι αὐτοῦ οὐχ εὑρεθήσονται αὐτῷ δῑ ἀδικίας ἃς ἥμαρτεν

And Ephraim said: Nevertheless I have grown rich, I have found refreshment for myself. All his labors shall not be found for him, because of the injustices in which he sinned.

以法蓮說：我竟然發了財，為自己尋得了安逸。他一切的勞碌都必尋不著，因著他所犯的諸般不義。
