ፍጻሜ ፡ መዝሙር ፡ ዘዳዊት ። ይብል ፡ አብድ ፡ በልቡ ፡ አልቦ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፤
Yahweh looked down from heaven on the children of men, to see if there were any who understood, who sought after God.
耶和華從天上垂看世人， 要看有明白的沒有， 有尋求上帝的沒有。
14:3▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ኀስሩ ፡ ወረኵሱ ፡ በምግባሪሆሙ ፤ አልቦ ፡ ዘይገብራ ፡ ለሠናይት ፡ አልቦ ፡ ወኢአሐዱ ።
They have all gone aside. They have together become corrupt. There is no one who does good, no, not one.
他們都偏離正路， 一同變為污穢； 並沒有行善的， 連一個也沒有。
14:4▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
እግዚአብሔር ፡ ሐወጸ ፡ እምሰማይ ፡ ላዕለ ፡ እጓለ ፡ እምሕያው ፤ ከመ ፡ ይርአይ ፡ እመቦ ፡ ጠቢበ ፡ ዘየኀሦ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ።
Have all the workers of iniquity no knowledge, who eat up my people as they eat bread, and don’t call on Yahweh?
作孽的都沒有知識嗎？ 他們吞吃我的百姓，如同吃飯一樣， 並不求告耶和華。
14:5▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ኵሉ ፡ ዐረየ ፡ ወኅቡረ ፡ ዐለወ ፤ አልቦ ፡ ዘይገብራ ፡ ለሠናይት ፡ አልቦ ፡ ወኢአሐዱ ።
There they were in great fear, for God is in the generation of the righteous.
他們在那裏大大地害怕， 因為上帝在義人的族類中。
14:6▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
ከመ ፡ መቃብር ፡ ክሡት ፡ ጐራዒቶሙ ፡ ወጸልሐዉ ፡ በልሳናቲሆሙ ፡ ሕምዘ ፡ አርዌ ፡ ምድር ፡ ታሕተ ፡ ከነፍሪሆሙ ።
You frustrate the plan of the poor, because Yahweh is his refuge.
你們叫困苦人的謀算變為羞辱； 然而耶和華是他的避難所。
14:7▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
መሪር ፡ አፋሆሙ ፡ ወምሉእ ፡ መርገም ፤ በሊኅ ፡ እገሪሆሙ ፡ ለክዒወ ፡ ደም ። ኀሳር ፡ ወቅጥቃጤ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ፍኖቶሙ ፤ ወኢያአምርዋ ፡ ለፍኖተ ፡ ሰላም ። ወአልቦ ፡ ፍርሀተ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ቅድመ ፡ አዕይንቲሆሙ ። ወኢያአምሩ ፡ ኵሎሙ ፡ ገበርተ ፡ ዐመፃ ፤ እለ ፡ ይውኅጥዎሙ ፡ ለሕዝብየ ፡ ከመ ፡ በሊዐ ፡ እክል ። ወለእግዚአብሔርሰ ፡ ኢጸውዕዎ ። ወበህየ ፡ ፈርሁ ፡ ወገረሞሙ ፡ ዘኢኮነ ፡ ግሩመ ፤ እስመ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ውስተ ፡ ትውልደ ፡ ጻድቃን ። ወአስተኀፈርክሙ ፡ ምክረ ፡ ነዳይ ፤ እስመ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ተስፋሆሙ ፡ ውእቱ ። መኑ ፡ ይሁብ ፡ መድኀኒተ ፡ እምጽዮን ፡ ለእስራኤል ። አመ ፡ ሜጠ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ፄዋ ፡ ሕዝቡ ፤ ይትፌሣሕ ፡ ያዕቆብ ፡ ወይትሐሠይ ፡ እስራኤል ።
Oh that the salvation of Israel would come out of Zion! When Yahweh restores the fortunes of his people, then Jacob shall rejoice, and Israel shall be glad.
但願以色列的救恩從錫安而出。 耶和華救回他被擄的子民那時， 雅各要快樂，以色列要歡喜。
