לַמְנַצֵּ֤חַ ׀ עַל ־י֬וֹנַת אֵ֣לֶם רְ֭חֹקִים לְדָוִ֣ד מִכְתָּ֑ם בֶּאֱחֹ֨ז אוֹת֖וֹ פְלִשְׁתִּ֣ים בְּגַֽת ׃
For the Chief Musician; set to “Silent Dove in Distant Lands.” A miktam by David, when the Philistines seized him in Gath.
非利士人在迦特拿住大衛，那時他作了這金詩，交與伶長。調用「遠方無聲鴿」。
56:1▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
חׇנֵּ֣נִי אֱ֭לֹהִים כִּֽי ־שְׁאָפַ֣נִי אֱנ֑וֹשׁ כׇּל ־הַ֝יּ֗וֹם לֹחֵ֥ם יִלְחָצֵֽנִי ׃
Be merciful to me, God, for man wants to swallow me up. All day long, he attacks and oppresses me.
上帝啊，求你憐憫我，因為人要把我吞了， 終日攻擊欺壓我。
56:2▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
שָׁאֲפ֣וּ שׁ֭וֹרְרַי כׇּל ־הַיּ֑וֹם כִּֽי ־רַבִּ֨ים לֹחֲמִ֖ים לִ֣י מָרֽוֹם ׃
My enemies want to swallow me up all day long, for they are many who fight proudly against me.
我的仇敵終日要把我吞了， 因逞驕傲攻擊我的人甚多。
56:3▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
י֥וֹם אִירָ֑א אֲ֝נִ֗י אֵלֶ֥יךָ אֶבְטָֽח ׃
When I am afraid, I will put my trust in you.
我懼怕的時候要倚靠你。

בֵּאלֹהִים֮ אֲהַלֵּ֢ל דְּבָ֫ר֥וֹ בֵּאלֹהִ֣ים בָּ֭טַחְתִּי לֹ֣א אִירָ֑א מַה ־יַּעֲשֶׂ֖ה בָשָׂ֣ר לִֽי ׃
In God, I praise his word. In God, I put my trust. I will not be afraid. What can flesh do to me?
我倚靠上帝，我要讚美他的話； 我倚靠上帝，必不懼怕。 血氣之輩能把我怎麼樣呢？
56:5▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
כׇּל ־הַ֭יּוֹם דְּבָרַ֣י יְעַצֵּ֑בוּ עָלַ֖י כׇּל ־מַחְשְׁבֹתָ֣ם לָרָֽע ׃
All day long they twist my words. All their thoughts are against me for evil.
他們終日顛倒我的話； 他們一切的心思都是要害我。
56:6▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
יָג֤וּרוּ ׀ (יצפינו ) [יִצְפּ֗וֹנוּ ] הֵ֭מָּה עֲקֵבַ֣י יִשְׁמֹ֑רוּ כַּ֝אֲשֶׁ֗ר קִוּ֥וּ נַפְשִֽׁי ׃
They conspire and lurk, watching my steps. They are eager to take my life.
他們聚集，埋伏窺探我的腳蹤， 等候要害我的命。
56:7▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
עַל ־אָ֥וֶן פַּלֶּט ־לָ֑מוֹ בְּ֝אַ֗ף עַמִּ֤ים ׀ הוֹרֵ֬ד אֱלֹהִֽים ׃
Shall they escape by iniquity? In anger cast down the peoples, God.
他們豈能因罪孽逃脫嗎？ 上帝啊，求你在怒中使眾民墮落！
56:8▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
נֹדִי֮ סָפַ֢רְתָּ֫ה אָ֥תָּה שִׂ֣ימָה דִמְעָתִ֣י בְנֹאדֶ֑ךָ הֲ֝לֹ֗א בְּסִפְרָתֶֽךָ ׃
You count my wanderings. You put my tears into your container. Aren’t they in your book?
我幾次流離，你都記數； 求你把我眼淚裝在你的皮袋裏。 這不都記在你冊子上嗎？
56:9▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
אָ֨ז יָ֘שׁ֤וּבוּ אוֹיְבַ֣י אָ֭חוֹר בְּי֣וֹם אֶקְרָ֑א זֶֽה ־יָ֝דַ֗עְתִּי כִּֽי ־אֱלֹהִ֥ים לִֽי ׃
Then my enemies shall turn back in the day that I call. I know this: that God is for me.
我呼求的日子，我的仇敵都要轉身退後。 上帝幫助我，這是我所知道的。
56:10▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
בֵּ֭אלֹהִים אֲהַלֵּ֣ל דָּבָ֑ר בַּ֝יהֹוָ֗ה אֲהַלֵּ֥ל דָּבָֽר ׃
In God, I will praise his word. In Yahweh, I will praise his word.
我倚靠上帝，我要讚美他的話； 我倚靠耶和華，我要讚美他的話。
56:11▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
בֵּאלֹהִ֣ים בָּ֭טַחְתִּי לֹּ֣א אִירָ֑א מַה ־יַּעֲשֶׂ֖ה אָדָ֣ם לִֽי ׃
I have put my trust in God. I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?
我倚靠上帝，必不懼怕。 人能把我怎麼樣呢？
56:12▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
עָלַ֣י אֱלֹהִ֣ים נְדָרֶ֑יךָ אֲשַׁלֵּ֖ם תּוֹדֹ֣ת לָֽךְ ׃
Your vows are on me, God. I will give thank offerings to you.
上帝啊，我向你所許的願在我身上； 我要將感謝祭獻給你。
56:13▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
כִּ֤י הִצַּ֪לְתָּ נַפְשִׁ֡י מִמָּוֶת֮ הֲלֹ֥א רַגְלַ֗י מִ֫דֶּ֥חִי לְ֭הִֽתְהַלֵּךְ לִפְנֵ֣י אֱלֹהִ֑ים בְּ֝א֗וֹר הַחַיִּֽים ׃ {פ}
For you have delivered my soul from death, and prevented my feet from falling, that I may walk before God in the light of the living.
因為你救我的命脫離死亡。 你豈不是救護我的腳不跌倒、 使我在生命光中行在上帝面前嗎？
