10:1
አመ፡ ዐሠርቱ፡ ዓመተ፡ መንግሥቱ፡ ለቂሮስ፡ ንጉሠ፡ ፋርስ፡ ተከሥተ፡ ቃለ፡ እግዚአ፡ ብሔር፡ ለዳንኤል፡ ወተሰምየ፡ ስሙ፡ ብልጣሳር፡ ወእሙን፡ ነገሩ፡ ወኀይል፡ ዐቢይ፡ ተውህበ፡ ሎቱ፡ በውስተ፡ ራእይ።
In the third year of Cyrus king of Persia a message was revealed to Daniel, whose name was called Belteshazzar; and the message was true, even a great warfare. He understood the message, and had understanding of the vision.
波斯王塞魯士第三年，有事顯給稱為伯提沙撒的但以理。這事是真的，是指着大爭戰；但以理通達這事，明白這異象。
10:2
ወውእተ፡ አሚረ፡ አነ፡ ዳንኤል፡ ሀለውኩ፡ እላሑ፡ ሠለስተ፡ ሰንበታተ፡ መዋዕለ።
In those days I, Daniel, was mourning three whole weeks.
當那時，我－但以理悲傷了三個七日。
10:3
ኢፈቶኩ፡ እክለ፡ እብላዕ፡ ወኢቦአ፡ ውስተ፡ አፉየ፡ ሥጋ፡ ወወይን፡ ወቅብአ፡ ኢተቀባእኩ፡ እስከ፡ ተፈጸመ፡ ሠለስቱ፡ ሰንበታት፡ መዋዕል።
I ate no pleasant food. No meat or wine came into my mouth. I didn’t anoint myself at all, until three whole weeks were fulfilled.
美味我沒有吃，酒肉沒有入我的口，也沒有用油抹我的身，直到滿了三個七日。
10:4
ወኮነ፡ አመ፡ ዐሠርቱ፡ ወሰማንቱ፡ ዓመት፡ በዕሥራ፡ ጽባሕ፡ በረቡዐ፡ ሠርቀ፡ ወርኅ፡ ቀዳሚ፡ ወሀለውኩ፡ አነ፡ ኀበ፡ ፈለግ፡ ዐቢይ።
In the twenty-fourth day of the first month, as I was by the side of the great river, which is Hiddekel,
正月二十四日，我在底格里斯大河邊，
10:5
ወነጸርኩ፡ ወርኢኩ፡ ብእሴ፡ አሐደ፡ ይለብስ፡ ጠበደን፡ ወቅኑት፡ ሐቌሁ፡ በወርቀ፡ አፈዝ።
I lifted up my eyes and looked, and behold, there was a man clothed in linen, whose waist was adorned with pure gold of Uphaz.
舉目觀看，見有一人身穿細麻衣，腰束烏法精金帶。
10:6
ወነፍሰቱሂ፡ ከመ፡ ተርስስ፡ ወገጹሂ፡ ከመ፡ ራእየ፡ መብረቅ፡ ወአዕይንቲሁኒ፡ ከመ፡ መኃታወ፡ እሳት፡ ወእገሪሁ፡ ወእደዊሁ፡ ከመ፡ ብርት፡ ርሱን፡ ወቃለ፡ ነገሩ፡ ከመ፡ ድምፀ፡ አሕዛብ፡ ብዙኅ።
His body also was like beryl, and his face as the appearance of lightning, and his eyes as flaming torches. His arms and his feet were like burnished bronze. The voice of his words was like the voice of a multitude.
他身體如水蒼玉，面貌如閃電，眼目如火把，手和腳如光明的銅，說話的聲音如大眾的聲音。
10:7
ወርኢኩ፡ አነ፡ ዳንኤል፡ ባሕቲትየ፡ ዘራእየ፡ ወዕደው፡ እለ፡ ምስሌየ፡ ኢርእዩ፡ ዘራእየ፡ ዳእሙ፡ ዐቢይ፡ ድንጋጼ፡ አኀዞሙ፡ ወእምፍርሀት፡ ጐዩ።
I, Daniel, alone saw the vision, for the men who were with me didn’t see the vision, but a great quaking fell on them, and they fled to hide themselves.
這異象惟有我－但以理一人看見，同着我的人沒有看見。他們卻大大戰兢，逃跑隱藏，
10:8
ወአነ፡ ባሕቲትየ፡ ተረፍኩ፡ ወርኢኩ፡ ዘራእየ፡ ዐቢየ፡ ወኢተርፈ፡ ላዕሌየ፡ ኀይልየ፡ ወክብርየ፡ ተወለጠ፡ ወበልየ፡ ወኢአኀዝኩ፡ ኅይለ።
So I was left alone and saw this great vision. No strength remained in me; for my face grew deathly pale, and I retained no strength.
只剩下我一人。我見了這大異象便渾身無力，面貌失色，毫無氣力。
10:9
ወሰማዕኩ፡ ቃለ፡ ነገሩ፡ ወሰሚዕየ፡ ቃለ፡ ነገሩ፡ ደንገፅኩ፡ ወገጽየኒ፡ ውስተ፡ ምድር።
Yet I heard the voice of his words. When I heard the voice of his words, then I fell into a deep sleep on my face, with my face toward the ground.
我卻聽見他說話的聲音，一聽見就面伏在地沉睡了。
10:10
ወናሁ፡ እድ፡ አኀዘኒ፡ ወአቀመኒ፡ በብረኪየ።
Behold, a hand touched me, which set me on my knees and on the palms of my hands.
忽然，有一手按在我身上，使我用膝和手掌支持微起。
10:11
ወይቤለኒ፡ ዳንኤል፡ ብእሴ፡ ፍትወት፡ ለቡ፡ ዘነገረ፡ ዘነገርኩከ፡ አነ፡ ወቁም፡ በኀይልከ፡ እስመ፡ ይእዜ፡ ተፈነውኩ፡ ኀቤከ፡ ወሶበ፡ ይቤለኒ፡ ዘነገረ፡ ተንሣእኩ፡ ርዒድየ።
He said to me, “Daniel, you greatly beloved man, understand the words that I speak to you, and stand upright, for I have been sent to you, now.” When he had spoken this word to me, I stood trembling.
他對我說：「大蒙眷愛的但以理啊，要明白我與你所說的話，只管站起來，因為我現在奉差遣來到你這裏。」他對我說這話，我便戰戰兢兢地立起來。
10:12
ወይቤለኒ፡ ኢትፍራህ፡ ዳንኤል፡ እስመ፡ እምቀዳሚት፡ ዕለት፡ ዘአግባእከ፡ ልበከ፡ ቅድመ፡ እግዚአ፡ ብሔር፡ ከመ፡ ትስራሕሂ፡ ወትለቡ፡ ለአምላክከ፡ ተሰምዐ፡ ነገርከ፡ ወአነ፡ መጻእኩ፡ በእንተ፡ ቃልከ።
Then he said to me, “Don’t be afraid, Daniel; for from the first day that you set your heart to understand, and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard. I have come for your words’ sake.
他就說：「但以理啊，不要懼怕！因為從你第一日專心求明白將來的事，又在你上帝面前刻苦己心，你的言語已蒙應允；我是因你的言語而來。
10:13
ወመልአከ፡ ንጉሠ፡ ፋርስ፡ ይቀውም፡ ቅድሜየ፡ ወዕሥራ፡ ወአሐቲ፡ ዕለት፡ ወናሁ፡ ሚካኤል፡ አሐዱ፡ እመላእክት፡ ቀደምት፡ መጽአ፡ ርድአኒ፡ ወኪያሁ፡ ኀደጉ፡ ህየ፡ ምስለ፡ መልአከ፡ ንጉሠ፡ ፋርስ።
But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me twenty-one days; but, behold, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me because I remained there with the kings of Persia.
但波斯國的魔君攔阻我二十一日。忽然有大君 中的一位米迦勒來幫助我，我就停留在波斯諸王那裏。
10:14
ወመጻእኩ፡ እንግርከ፡ ዘይረረክቦሙ፡ ለሕዝብከ፡ በደኀሪ፡ መዋዕል፡ እስመ፡ ርእየ፡ በዕለቱ።
Now I have come to make you understand what will happen to your people in the latter days, for the vision is yet for many days.”
現在我來，要使你明白本國之民日後必遭遇的事，因為這異象關乎後來許多的日子。」
10:15
ወሶበ፡ ነገረኒ፡ ዘነገረ፡ ሜጥኩ፡ ገጽየ፡ ውስተ፡ ምድር።
When he had spoken these words to me, I set my face toward the ground and was mute.
他向我這樣說，我就臉面朝地，啞口無聲。
10:16
ወደንገፅኩ፡ ወናሁ፡ ከመ፡ አምሳለ፡ ወልደ፡ እጓለ፡ እመ፡ ሕያው፡ ወገሰሰኒ፡ ከናፍርየ፡ ወከሠትኩ፡ አፉየ፡ ወነበብኩ፡ ወእቤሎ፡ ለዘ፡ ይቀውም፡ ቅድሜየ፡ እግዚኦ፡ እምግርማከ፡ ተመስወት፡ ነፍስየ፡ በላዕሌየ፡ ወኀጣእኩ፡ ኀይለ።
Behold, one in the likeness of the sons of men touched my lips. Then I opened my mouth, and spoke and said to him who stood before me, “My lord, by reason of the vision my sorrows have overtaken me, and I retain no strength.
不料，有一位像人的，摸我的嘴唇，我便開口向那站在我面前的說：「我主啊，因見這異象，我大大愁苦，毫無氣力。
10:17
ወእፎ፡ ይክል፡ ገብርከ፡ እግዚኦ፡ ተናግሮ፡ ምስለ፡ እግዚእየ፡ ዘንተ፡ ወአነሂ፡ እምይእዜ፡ ኢይቀውም፡ ኀይልየ፡ ወኢተርፈ፡ እምነ፡ መንፈስየ።
For how can the servant of this my lord talk with this my lord? For as for me, immediately there remained no strength in me. There was no breath left in me.”
我主的僕人怎能與我主說話呢？我一見異象就渾身無力，毫無氣息。」
10:18
ወደገመ፡ ገሰሰኒ፡ ከመ፡ ረራእየ፡ ብእሲ፡ ወአጽንዐኒ።
Then one like the appearance of a man touched me again, and he strengthened me.
有一位形狀像人的又摸我，使我有力量。
10:19
ወይቤለኒ፡ ኢትፍራህ፡ ብእሴ፡ ፍትወት፡ አንተ፡ ሰላም፡ ብከ፡ ጽናዕ፡ ወተዐገሥ፡ ወእንዘ፡ አጽናዕከኒ።
He said, “Greatly beloved man, don’t be afraid. Peace be to you. Be strong. Yes, be strong.” When he spoke to me, I was strengthened, and said, “Let my lord speak, for you have strengthened me.”
他說：「大蒙眷愛的人哪，不要懼怕，願你平安！你總要堅強。」他一向我說話，我便覺得有力量，說：「我主請說，因你使我有力量。」
10:20
ወይቤለኒ፡ ሶበ፡ ታአምር፡ ለምንት፡ መጻእኩ፡ ኀቤከ፡ ወይእዜኒ፡ እትመየጥ፡ ከመ፡ እጽብኦ፡ ለመልአከ፡ ፋርስ፡ ወወፂእየ፡ አነ፡ መጽአ፡ መልአክ፡ አርሚያን።
Then he said, “Do you know why I have come to you? Now I will return to fight with the prince of Persia. When I go out, behold, the prince of Greece will come.
他就說：「你知道我為何來見你嗎？現在我要回去與波斯的魔君爭戰，我去後，希臘 的魔君必來。
10:21
ወአዘዘኒ፡ ዘዜነውዎ፡ በመጽሐፈ፡ ጽድቅ፡ ወአልቦ፡ መኑሂ፡ ዘየአብየኒ፡ በዝንቱ፡ ዳእሙ፡ ሚካኤል፡ መልአከክሙ።
But I will tell you that which is inscribed in the writing of truth. There is no one who holds with me against these but Michael your prince.
但我要將那錄在真確書上的事告訴你。除了你們的大君米迦勒之外，沒有幫助我抵擋這兩魔君的。」
