In die vigesima et quarta mensis , in sexto mense , in anno secundo Darii regis .
這是在大流士王第二年六月二十四日。
in the twenty-fourth day of the month, in the sixth month, in the second year of Darius the king.

In septimo mense , vigesima et prima mensis , factum est verbum Domini in manu Aggaei prophetae , dicens :
七月二十一日，耶和華的話臨到先知哈該說：
In the seventh month, in the twenty-first day of the month, Yahweh’s word came by Haggai the prophet, saying,

Loquere ad Zorobabel , filium Salathiel , ducem Juda , et ad Jesum , filium Josedec , sacerdotem magnum , et ad reliquos populi , dicens :
「你要曉諭猶大省長撒拉鐵的兒子所羅巴伯和約撒答的兒子大祭司約書亞，並剩下的百姓，說：
“Speak now to Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah, and to Joshua the son of Jehozadak, the high priest, and to the remnant of the people, saying,

Quis in vobis est derelictus , qui vidit domum istam in gloria sua prima ? et quid vos videtis hanc nunc ? numquid non ita est , quasi non sit in oculis vestris ?
你們中間存留的，有誰見過這殿從前的榮耀呢？現在你們看着如何？豈不在眼中看如無有嗎？」
‘Who is left among you who saw this house in its former glory? How do you see it now? Isn’t it in your eyes as nothing?

Et nunc confortare , Zorobabel , dicit Dominus ; et confortare , Jesu , fili Josedec , sacerdos magne ; et confortare , omnis populus terrae , dicit Dominus exercituum : et facite (quoniam ego vobiscum sum , dicit Dominus exercituum )
耶和華說：「所羅巴伯啊，雖然如此，你當剛強！約撒答的兒子大祭司約書亞啊，你也當剛強！這地的百姓，你們都當剛強做工，因為我與你們同在。這是萬軍之耶和華說的。
Yet now be strong, Zerubbabel,’ says Yahweh. ‘Be strong, Joshua son of Jehozadak, the high priest. Be strong, all you people of the land,’ says Yahweh, ‘and work, for I am with you,’ says Yahweh of Armies.

verbum quod pepigi vobiscum cum egrederemini de terra Aegypti : et spiritus meus erit in medio vestrum : nolite timere .
這是照着你們出埃及我與你們立約的話。那時，我的靈住在你們中間，你們不要懼怕。」
This is the word that I covenanted with you when you came out of Egypt, and my Spirit lived among you. ‘Don’t be afraid.’

Quia haec dicit Dominus exercituum : Adhuc unum modicum est , et ego commovebo caelum , et terram , et mare , et aridam .
萬軍之耶和華如此說：「過不多時，我必再一次震動天地、滄海，與旱地。
For this is what Yahweh of Armies says: ‘Yet once more, it is a little while, and I will shake the heavens, the earth, the sea, and the dry land;
2:8▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
Et movebo omnes gentes , et veniet desideratus cunctis gentibus : et implebo domum istam gloria , dicit Dominus exercituum .
我必震動萬國；萬國的珍寶必都運來 ，我就使這殿滿了榮耀。這是萬軍之耶和華說的。」
and I will shake all nations. The treasure of all nations will come, and I will fill this house with glory, says Yahweh of Armies.

Meum est argentum , et meum est aurum , dicit Dominus exercituum .
萬軍之耶和華說：「銀子是我的，金子也是我的。
The silver is mine, and the gold is mine,’ says Yahweh of Armies.

Magna erit gloria domus istius novissimae plus quam primae , dicit Dominus exercituum : et in loco isto dabo pacem , dicit Dominus exercituum .
這殿後來的榮耀必大過先前的榮耀；在這地方我必賜平安。這是萬軍之耶和華說的。」
‘The latter glory of this house will be greater than the former,’ says Yahweh of Armies; ‘and in this place I will give peace,’ says Yahweh of Armies.”

In vigesima et quarta noni mensis , in anno secundo Darii regis , factum est verbum Domini ad Aggaeum prophetam , dicens :
大流士王第二年九月二十四日，耶和華的話臨到先知哈該說：
In the twenty-fourth day of the ninth month, in the second year of Darius, Yahweh’s word came by Haggai the prophet, saying,

Haec dicit Dominus exercituum : Interroga sacerdotes legem , dicens :
萬軍之耶和華如此說：「你要向祭司問律法，
“Yahweh of Armies says: Ask now the priests concerning the law, saying,

Si tulerit homo carnem sanctificatam in ora vestimenti sui , et tetigerit de summitate ejus panem , aut pulmentum , aut vinum , aut oleum , aut omnem cibum , numquid sanctificabitur ? Respondentes autem sacerdotes , dixerunt : Non .
說：若有人用衣襟兜聖肉，這衣襟挨着餅，或湯，或酒，或油，或別的食物，便算為聖嗎？」祭司說：「不算為聖。」
‘If someone carries holy meat in the fold of his garment, and with his fold touches bread, stew, wine, oil, or any food, will it become holy?’” The priests answered, “No.”
2:14▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
Et dixit Aggaeus : Si tetigerit pollutus in anima ex omnibus his , numquid contaminabitur ? Et responderunt sacerdotes , et dixerunt : Contaminabitur .
哈該又說：「若有人因摸死屍染了污穢，然後挨着這些物的哪一樣，這物算污穢嗎？」祭司說：「必算污穢。」
Then Haggai said, “If one who is unclean by reason of a dead body touches any of these, will it be unclean?” The priests answered, “It will be unclean.”
2:15▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
Et respondit Aggaeus , et dixit : Sic populus iste , et sic gens ista ante faciem meam , dicit Dominus , et sic omne opus manuum eorum : et omnia quae obtulerunt ibi , contaminata erunt .
於是哈該說：「耶和華說：這民這國，在我面前也是如此；他們手下的各樣工作都是如此；他們在壇上所獻的也是如此。」
Then Haggai answered, “‘So is this people, and so is this nation before me,’ says Yahweh; ‘and so is every work of their hands. That which they offer there is unclean.

Et nunc ponite corda vestra a die hac et supra , antequam poneretur lapis super lapidem in templo Domini .
現在你們要追想，此日以前，耶和華的殿沒有一塊石頭壘在石頭上的光景。
Now, please consider from this day and backward, before a stone was laid on a stone in Yahweh’s temple.

Cum accederetis ad acervum viginti modiorum , et fierent decem ; et intraretis ad torcular , ut exprimeretis quinquaginta lagenas , et fiebant viginti .
在那一切日子，有人來到穀堆，想得二十斗，只得了十斗。有人來到酒池，想得五十桶，只得了二十桶。
Through all that time, when one came to a heap of twenty measures, there were only ten. When one came to the wine vat to draw out fifty, there were only twenty.

Percussi vos vento urente , et aurugine , et grandine omnia opera manuum vestrarum : et non fuit in vobis qui reverteretur ad me , dicit Dominus .
在你們手下的各樣工作上，我以旱風、霉爛、冰雹攻擊你們，你們仍不歸向我。這是耶和華說的。
I struck you with blight, mildew, and hail in all the work of your hands; yet you didn’t turn to me,’ says Yahweh.
2:19▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
Ponite corda vestra ex die ista , et in futurum , a die vigesima et quarta noni mensis : a die qua fundamenta jacta sunt templi Domini , ponite super cor vestrum .
你們要追想此日以前，就是從這九月二十四日起，追想到立耶和華殿根基的日子。
‘Consider, please, from this day and backward, from the twenty-fourth day of the ninth month, since the day that the foundation of Yahweh’s temple was laid, consider it.
2:20▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
Numquid jam semen in germine est , et adhuc vinea , et ficus , et malogranatum , et lignum olivae non floruit ? ex die ista benedicam .
倉裏有穀種嗎？葡萄樹、無花果樹、石榴樹、橄欖樹都沒有結果子。從今日起，我必賜福與你們。
Is the seed yet in the barn? Yes, the vine, the fig tree, the pomegranate, and the olive tree haven’t produced. From today I will bless you.’”

Et factum est verbum Domini secundo ad Aggaeum in vigesima et quarta mensis , dicens :
這月二十四日，耶和華的話二次臨到哈該說：
Yahweh’s word came the second time to Haggai in the twenty-fourth day of the month, saying,
2:22▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
Loquere ad Zorobabel ducem Juda , dicens : Ego movebo caelum pariter et terram ,
「你要告訴猶大省長所羅巴伯說：我必震動天地。
“Speak to Zerubbabel, governor of Judah, saying, ‘I will shake the heavens and the earth.
2:23▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
et subvertam solium regnorum , et conteram fortitudinem regni gentium : et subvertam quadrigam et ascensorem ejus , et descendent equi , et ascensores eorum , vir in gladio fratris sui .
我必傾覆列國的寶座，除滅列邦的勢力，並傾覆戰車和坐在其上的。馬必跌倒，騎馬的敗落，各人被弟兄的刀所殺。
I will overthrow the throne of kingdoms. I will destroy the strength of the kingdoms of the nations. I will overthrow the chariots and those who ride in them. The horses and their riders will come down, everyone by the sword of his brother.
2:24▷ ⧉ ⤴︎
In die illa , dicit Dominus exercituum , assumam te , Zorobabel , fili Salathiel , serve meus , dicit Dominus : et ponam te quasi signaculum , quia te elegi , dicit Dominus exercituum .
萬軍之耶和華說：我僕人撒拉鐵的兒子所羅巴伯啊，到那日，我必以你為印，因我揀選了你。這是萬軍之耶和華說的。」
In that day, says Yahweh of Armies, I will take you, Zerubbabel my servant, the son of Shealtiel,’ says Yahweh, ‘and will make you like a signet ring, for I have chosen you,’ says Yahweh of Armies.”
