3:1
ἐγὼ ἀνὴρ ὁ βλέπων πτωχείαν ἐν ῥάβδῳ θυμοῦ αὐτοῦ ἐπ’ ἐμέ
I am the man who has seen poverty under the rod of his wrath against me.
我是那在他忿怒的杖下看見窮乏的人。
3:2
παρέλαβέν με καὶ ἀπήγαγεν εἰς σκότος καὶ οὐ φῶς
He took me and led me away into darkness and not into light.
他帶走我,領我進入黑暗,不在光明中。
3:3
πλὴν ἐν ἐμοὶ ἐπέστρεψεν χεῖρα αὐτοῦ ὅλην τὴν ἡμέραν
Indeed, against me he turned his hand all the day long.
他終日反覆伸手攻擊我。
3:4
ἐπαλαίωσεν σάρκας μου καὶ δέρμα μου ὀστέα μου συνέτριψεν
He has made my flesh and my skin waste away; he has broken my bones.
他使我的皮肉枯老,折斷我的骨頭。
3:5
ἀνῳκοδόμησεν κατ’ ἐμοῦ καὶ ἐκύκλωσεν κεφαλήν μου καὶ ἐμόχθησεν
He built up works against me; he encircled my head and wore me down.
他築壘攻擊我,環繞我的頭,使我困苦。
3:6
ἐν σκοτεινοῖς ἐκάθισέν με ὡς νεκροὺς αἰῶνος
He made me dwell in dark places, like those long dead.
他使我住在黑暗之處,像久已死去的人。
3:7
ἀνῳκοδόμησεν κατ’ ἐμοῦ καὶ οὐκ ἐξελεύσομαι ἐβάρυνεν χαλκόν μου
He walled me in so that I cannot go out; he made my bronze chain heavy.
他築牆圍住我,使我不能出去;他使我的銅鍊沉重。
3:8
καί γε κεκράξομαι καὶ βοήσω ἀπέφραξεν προσευχήν μου
Even when I cry out and call for help, he shuts out my prayer.
我雖哀求呼喊,他卻堵塞我的禱告。
3:9
ἀνῳκοδόμησεν ὁδούς μου ἐνέφραξεν τρίβους μου ἐτάραξεν
He walled up my ways; he blocked my paths; he threw them into confusion.
他堵住我的道路,攔阻我的路徑,使之混亂。
3:10
ἄρκος ἐνεδρεύουσα αὐτός μοι λέων ἐν κρυφαίοις
To me he is a bear lying in wait, a lion in hiding.
他向我如埋伏的熊,如在隱密處的獅子。
3:11
κατεδίωξεν ἀφεστηκότα καὶ κατέπαυσέν με ἔθετό με ἠφανισμένην
He hunted down one who had turned away and brought me to a halt; he made me desolate.
他追趕那離開的人,使我止住腳步,使我淒涼。
3:12
ἐνέτεινεν τόξον αὐτοῦ καὶ ἐστήλωσέν με ὡς σκοπὸν εἰς βέλος
He bent his bow and set me up as a target for the arrow.
他張弓,把我立作箭靶。
3:13
εἰσήγαγεν τοῖς νεφροῖς μου ἰοὺς φαρέτρας αὐτοῦ
He drove the arrows of his quiver into my inward parts.
他把箭袋中的箭射入我的肺腑。
3:14
ἐγενήθην γέλως παντὶ λαῷ μου ψαλμὸς αὐτῶν ὅλην τὴν ἡμέραν
I became a laughingstock to all my people, their song all the day long.
我成了我眾民的笑柄,終日作他們的歌。
3:15
ἐχόρτασέν με πικρίας ἐμέθυσέν με χολῆς
He filled me with bitterness; he made me drunk with gall.
他使我飽嘗苦楚,使我喝苦膽而醉。
3:16
καὶ ἐξέβαλεν ψήφῳ ὀδόντας μου ἐψώμισέν με σποδόν
He knocked out my teeth with a pebble; he fed me ashes.
他用石子打掉我的牙齒,拿灰餵我。
3:17
καὶ ἀπώσατο ἐξ εἰρήνης ψυχήν μου ἐπελαθόμην ἀγαθὰ
He thrust my soul away from peace; I forgot what is good.
他使我的心遠離平安,我忘記了福樂。
3:18
καὶ εἶπα ἀπώλετο νεῖκός μου καὶ ἡ ἐλπίς μου ἀπὸ κυρίου
And I said, 'My endurance has perished, and my hope that came from the Lord.'
我就說:我的力量和我從主而來的指望都滅沒了。
3:19
ἐμνήσθην ἀπὸ πτωχείας μου καὶ ἐκ διωγμοῦ μου πικρίας καὶ χολῆς μου
I remembered, out of my poverty and my persecution, my bitterness and my gall.
我記起我的窮乏、我所受的逼迫、我的苦楚和我的苦膽。
3:20
μνησθήσεται καὶ καταδολεσχήσει ἐπ’ ἐμὲ ἡ ψυχή μου
My soul will remember and will brood over me.
我的心必記起這些,在我裡面反覆思想。
3:21
ταύτην τάξω εἰς τὴν καρδίαν μου διὰ τοῦτο ὑπομενῶ
This I will set upon my heart; therefore I will wait.
我要把這放在心上,因此我就忍耐等候。
3:25
ἀγαθὸς κύριος τοῖς ὑπομένουσιν αὐτόν ψυχῇ ἣ ζητήσει αὐτὸν ἀγαθὸν
The Lord is good to those who wait for him, good to the soul that seeks him.
主對等候他的人是良善的,對尋求他的心也是美好的。
3:26
καὶ ὑπομενεῖ καὶ ἡσυχάσει εἰς τὸ σωτήριον κυρίου
He will wait and be still for the salvation of the Lord.
人當等候,靜默安息,直到主的拯救。
3:27
ἀγαθὸν ἀνδρὶ ὅταν ἄρῃ ζυγὸν ἐν νεότητι αὐτοῦ
It is good for a man to bear a yoke in his youth.
人在幼年負軛,原是好的。
3:28
καθήσεται κατὰ μόνας καὶ σιωπήσεται ὅτι ἦρεν ἐφ’ ἑαυτῷ
He will sit alone and keep silent, because he has taken it upon himself.
他要獨自靜坐無言,因為這是他自己所負的。
3:30
δώσει τῷ παίοντι αὐτὸν σιαγόνα χορτασθήσεται ὀνειδισμῶν
He will give his cheek to the one who strikes him; he will be filled with reproaches.
他要把臉頰轉向打他的人,飽受辱罵。
3:31
ὅτι οὐκ εἰς τὸν αἰῶνα ἀπώσεται κύριος
For the Lord will not cast off forever.
因為主必不永遠丟棄人。
3:32
ὅτι ὁ ταπεινώσας οἰκτιρήσει κατὰ τὸ πλῆθος τοῦ ἐλέους αὐτοῦ
For the one who has humbled will show compassion according to the abundance of his mercy.
那使人卑微的,必照他豐盛的憐憫施憐恤。
3:33
ὅτι οὐκ ἀπεκρίθη ἀπὸ καρδίας αὐτοῦ καὶ ἐταπείνωσεν υἱοὺς ἀνδρός
For he did not answer out of his own heart when he humbled the sons of men.
因為他使世人卑微,並不是出於自己的心回答的。
3:34
τοῦ ταπεινῶσαι ὑπὸ τοὺς πόδας αὐτοῦ πάντας δεσμίους γῆς
To crush under his feet all the prisoners of the earth,
把地上一切被囚的人踐踏在腳下,
3:35
τοῦ ἐκκλῖναι κρίσιν ἀνδρὸς κατέναντι προσώπου ὑψίστου
to turn aside a man's justice before the face of the Most High,
在至高者面前屈枉人的案件,
3:36
καταδικάσαι ἄνθρωπον ἐν τῷ κρίνεσθαι αὐτὸν κύριος οὐκ εἶπεν
to condemn a person in his lawsuit — of these the Lord did not speak.
在人受審時定他的罪——這些事主都沒有說過。
3:37
τίς οὕτως εἶπεν καὶ ἐγενήθη κύριος οὐκ ἐνετείλατο
Who has spoken thus, and it came to pass? The Lord did not command it.
誰這樣說了,事就成了呢?主並沒有吩咐。
3:38
ἐκ στόματος ὑψίστου οὐκ ἐξελεύσεται τὰ κακὰ καὶ τὸ ἀγαθόν
Out of the mouth of the Most High the evils and the good will not come forth.
災禍與福樂,都不從至高者的口中出來。
3:39
τί γογγύσει ἄνθρωπος ζῶν ἀνὴρ περὶ τῆς ἁμαρτίας αὐτοῦ
Why should a living person grumble — a man, about his own sin?
活著的人,為自己的罪,何必發怨言呢?
3:40
ἐξηρευνήθη ἡ ὁδὸς ἡμῶν καὶ ἠτάσθη καὶ ἐπιστρέψωμεν ἕως κυρίου
Our way has been searched out and examined; let us return to the Lord.
我們的道路已被查究省察;讓我們歸向主。
3:41
ἀναλάβωμεν καρδίας ἡμῶν ἐπὶ χειρῶν πρὸς ὑψηλὸν ἐν οὐρανῷ
Let us lift up our hearts along with our hands to the Most High in heaven.
讓我們把心與手一同舉向天上的至高者。
3:42
ἡμαρτήσαμεν ἠσεβήσαμεν καὶ οὐχ ἱλάσθης
We have sinned, we have acted impiously, and you have not been merciful.
我們犯罪悖逆,你並未施憐憫。
3:43
ἐπεσκέπασας ἐν θυμῷ καὶ ἀπεδίωξας ἡμᾶς ἀπέκτεινας οὐκ ἐφείσω
You covered yourself in wrath and drove us away; you killed and did not spare.
你在烈怒中遮蔽自己,追趕我們;你殺戮,並不顧惜。
3:44
ἐπεσκέπασας νεφέλην σεαυτῷ εἵνεκεν προσευχῆς
You covered yourself with a cloud, shutting out prayer.
你用雲彩遮蔽自己,隔開了禱告。
3:45
καμμύσαι με καὶ ἀπωσθῆναι ἔθηκας ἡμᾶς ἐν μέσῳ τῶν λαῶν
You made me close my eyes and be cast away; you set us in the midst of the peoples.
你使我閉目、被丟棄,把我們置於萬民中間。
3:46
διήνοιξαν ἐφ’ ἡμᾶς τὸ στόμα αὐτῶν πάντες οἱ ἐχθροὶ ἡμῶν
All our enemies have opened their mouths wide against us.
我們一切的仇敵都向我們大張其口。
3:47
φόβος καὶ θυμὸς ἐγενήθη ἡμῖν ἔπαρσις καὶ συντριβή
Fear and fury have come upon us, upheaval and ruin.
恐懼和忿怒臨到我們,高舉與毀壞也臨到我們。
3:48
ἀφέσεις ὑδάτων κατάξει ὁ ὀφθαλμός μου ἐπὶ τὸ σύντριμμα τῆς θυγατρὸς τοῦ λαοῦ μου
My eye will pour down streams of water over the ruin of the daughter of my people.
我的眼必流下淚水如同江河,因我百姓的女子遭了毀壞。
3:49
ὁ ὀφθαλμός μου κατεπόθη καὶ οὐ σιγήσομαι τοῦ μὴ εἶναι ἔκνηψιν
My eye is consumed, and I will not be silent; there is no relief,
我的眼睛已被吞沒,我必不止息,也得不著歇緩,
3:50
ἕως οὗ διακύψῃ καὶ ἴδῃ κύριος ἐξ οὐρανοῦ
until the Lord looks down and sees from heaven.
直到主從天垂看察視。
3:51
ὁ ὀφθαλμός μου ἐπιφυλλιεῖ ἐπὶ τὴν ψυχήν μου παρὰ πάσας θυγατέρας πόλεως
My eye gleans away at my soul, more than at all the daughters of the city.
我的眼摘盡我的性命,過於城中一切的女子。
3:52
θηρεύοντες ἐθήρευσάν με ὡς στρουθίον οἱ ἐχθροί μου δωρεάν
My enemies hunted me down like a sparrow, without cause.
我的仇敵無故追捕我,如同追捕雀鳥。
3:53
ἐθανάτωσαν ἐν λάκκῳ ζωήν μου καὶ ἐπέθηκαν λίθον ἐπ’ ἐμοί
They put my life to death in a pit and laid a stone on me.
他們在坑中斷絕我的性命,又把石頭壓在我身上。
3:54
ὑπερεχύθη ὕδωρ ἐπὶ κεφαλήν μου εἶπα ἀπῶσμαι
Water flowed over my head; I said, 'I am cast away.'
眾水漫過我的頭,我說:我被丟棄了。
3:55
ἐπεκαλεσάμην τὸ ὄνομά σου κύριε ἐκ λάκκου κατωτάτου
I called on your name, O Lord, from the lowest pit.
主啊,我從極深的坑中呼求你的名。
3:56
φωνήν μου ἤκουσας μὴ κρύψῃς τὰ ὦτά σου εἰς τὴν δέησίν μου
You heard my voice; do not hide your ears from my plea.
你聽見了我的聲音;求你不要掩耳不聽我的懇求。
3:57
εἰς τὴν βοήθειάν μου ἤγγισας ἐν ᾗ σε ἡμέρᾳ ἐπεκαλεσάμην εἶπάς μοι μὴ φοβοῦ
You drew near to help me on the day I called on you; you said to me, 'Do not be afraid.'
我呼求你的日子,你就臨近幫助我,對我說:不要懼怕。
3:58
ἐδίκασας κύριε τὰς δίκας τῆς ψυχῆς μου ἐλυτρώσω τὴν ζωήν μου
You pleaded the causes of my soul, O Lord; you redeemed my life.
主啊,你為我的性命辨屈,救贖了我的生命。
3:59
εἶδες κύριε τὰς ταραχάς μου ἔκρινας τὴν κρίσιν μου
You saw my troubles, O Lord; you judged my case.
主啊,你看見了我所受的擾亂,你審斷了我的案件。
3:60
εἶδες πᾶσαν τὴν ἐκδίκησιν αὐτῶν εἰς πάντας διαλογισμοὺς αὐτῶν ἐν ἐμοί
You saw all their vengeance, and all their schemes against me.
你看見了他們一切的報復,和他們向我所設的一切計謀。
3:61
ἤκουσας τὸν ὀνειδισμὸν αὐτῶν πάντας τοὺς διαλογισμοὺς αὐτῶν κατ’ ἐμοῦ
You heard their reproach, all their schemes against me,
你聽見了他們的辱罵,和他們攻擊我的一切計謀,
3:62
χείλη ἐπανιστανομένων μοι καὶ μελέτας αὐτῶν κατ’ ἐμοῦ ὅλην τὴν ἡμέραν
the lips of those who rise against me, and their mutterings against me all day long.
就是那些起來攻擊我之人的嘴唇,並他們終日針對我的思念。
3:63
καθέδραν αὐτῶν καὶ ἀνάστασιν αὐτῶν ἐπίβλεψον ἐπὶ τοὺς ὀφθαλμοὺς αὐτῶν
Their sitting down and their rising up — look upon their eyes.
他們坐下、起來,求你留意看他們的眼目。
3:64
ἀποδώσεις αὐτοῖς ἀνταπόδομα κύριε κατὰ τὰ ἔργα τῶν χειρῶν αὐτῶν
You will repay them, O Lord, according to the works of their hands.
主啊,你必按他們手所作的報應他們。
3:65
ἀποδώσεις αὐτοῖς ὑπερασπισμὸν καρδίας μόχθον σου αὐτοῖς
You will give them a shielding of the heart; your affliction upon them.
你必使他們的心被遮蓋,又把你的苦楚加給他們。
3:66
καταδιώξεις ἐν ὀργῇ καὶ ἐξαναλώσεις αὐτοὺς ὑποκάτω τοῦ οὐρανοῦ κύριε
You will pursue them in anger and destroy them utterly from under heaven, O Lord.
主啊,你必在怒中追趕他們,把他們從天下全然除滅。
