6:1

ወተመየጥኩ፡ ወአንሣእኩ፡ አዕይንትየ፡ ወርኢኩ፡ አርባዕተ፡ ሠረገላተ፡ እንዘ፡ የሐዉሩ፡ ማእከለ፡ ክልኡቱ፡ አድባር፡ ወአድባርሂ፡ ዘብርት።

Again I lifted up my eyes, and saw, and behold, four chariots came out from between two mountains; and the mountains were mountains of bronze.

我又舉目觀看，見有四輛車從兩山中間出來；那山是銅山。

6:2

ወውስተ፡ ሠረገላ፡ ቀዳማይ፡ አፍራስ፡ ቀይሓን፡ ወዉስተ፡ ካልእ፡ ሠረገላ፡ አፍራስ፡ ጸሊማን።

In the first chariot were red horses. In the second chariot were black horses.

第一輛車套着紅馬，第二輛車套着黑馬。

6:3

ወዉሰተ፡ ሠረገላ፡ ሣልስ፡ አፍራስ፡ ፀዓዱዉ፡ ወዉስተ፡ ሠረገላ፡ ራብዕ፡ አፍራስ፡ ኮላኩሳን፡ ወሐመዳዉያን።

In the third chariot were white horses. In the fourth chariot were dappled horses, all of them powerful.

第三輛車套着白馬，第四輛車套着有斑點的壯馬。

6:4

ወእቤለኒ፡ ዝኩ፡ ማልእክ፡ ዘይትናገረኒ፡ እሉ፡ እሙንቱ፡ ነፋሳተ፡ ሰማይ፡ አርባዕቱ፡ ወየሐዉሩ፡ ይቁም፡ ቅደመ፡ እግዚአ፡ ኩላ፡ ምድር።

Then I asked the angel who talked with me, “What are these, my lord?”

我就問與我說話的天使說：「主啊，這是甚麼意思？」

6:5

ወዘኀበ፡ ጸለማን፡ አፍራስ፡ የሐዉሩ፡ ደቡብ፡ ወእሉ፡ አፍራስ፡ ፀዓዱዉ፡ የሐዉሩ፡ ደኅሬሆሙ፡ ወየዐዉሩ፡ ቀይሓን፡ ምድረ፡ ሰሜን።

The angel answered me, “These are the four winds of the sky, which go out from standing before the Lord of all the earth.

天使回答我說：「這是天的四風，是從普天下的主面前出來的。」

6:6

ወኮላኩላሳንስ፡ ይወፅኡ፡ ወይኔጸሩ፡ ወየሐዉሩ፡ ይሁድዋ፡ ለምድር፡ ወይቤ፡ ሖሩ፡ ወዕድዉ፡ ምድረ፡ ወፆድዋ፡ ለምድር።

The one with the black horses goes out toward the north country; and the white went out after them; and the dappled went out toward the south country.”

套着黑馬的車往北方去，白馬跟隨在後；有斑點的馬往南方去。

6:7

ወከልሐ፡ ወይቤለኒ፡ ናሁ፡ እለ፡ የሐዉሩ፡ ምድረ፡ ደቡብ፡ ያዕርፍዋ፡ ለመዐትየ፡ በምድረ፡ ደቡብ።

The strong went out, and sought to go that they might walk back and forth through the earth. He said, “Go around and through the earth!” So they walked back and forth through the earth.

壯馬出來，要在遍地走來走去。天使說：「你們只管在遍地走來走去。」牠們就照樣行了。

6:8

ወኮነ፡ ቃለ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ኀቤየ፡ ወይቤለኒ።

Then he called to me, and spoke to me, saying, “Behold, those who go toward the north country have quieted my spirit in the north country.”

他又呼叫我說：「看哪，往北方去的已在北方安慰我的心。」

6:9

ንሣእ፡ እምፃዋ፡ በኀበ፡ መላእክት፡ ወበኀበ፡ በቋዕያኒሃ፡ ወበኀበ፡ እለ፡ የአምርዋ፡ ወትበዉእ፡ አንተ፡ ይእተ፡ አሚረ፡ ቤተ፡ ኢዩስያስ፡ ወልደ፡ ሰፎንያስ፡ ዘመጸአ፡ እምባቢሉን።

Yahweh’s word came to me, saying,
