28:1
וַיְהִ֥י דְבַר־יְהֹוָ֖ה אֵלַ֥י לֵאמֹֽר׃
καὶ ἐγένετο λόγος κυρίου πρός με λέγων
Et factus est sermo Domini ad me, dicens :
ወነበበኒ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ወይቤለኒ።
Yahweh’s word came again to me, saying,
28:2
בֶּן־אָדָ֡ם אֱמֹר֩ לִנְגִ֨יד צֹ֜ר כֹּה־אָמַ֣ר׀ אֲדֹנָ֣י יֱהֹוִ֗ה יַ֣עַן גָּבַ֤הּ לִבְּךָ֙ וַתֹּ֙אמֶר֙ אֵ֣ל אָ֔נִי מוֹשַׁ֧ב אֱלֹהִ֛ים יָשַׁ֖בְתִּי בְּלֵ֣ב יַמִּ֑ים וְאַתָּ֤ה אָדָם֙ וְֽלֹא־אֵ֔ל וַתִּתֵּ֥ן לִבְּךָ֖ כְּלֵ֥ב אֱלֹהִֽים׃
καὶ σύ υἱὲ ἀνθρώπου εἰπὸν τῷ ἄρχοντι Τύρου τάδε λέγει κύριος ἀνθ’ ὧν ὑψώθη σου ἡ καρδία καὶ εἶπας θεός εἰμι ἐγώ κατοικίαν θεοῦ κατῴκηκα ἐν καρδίᾳ θαλάσσης σὺ δὲ εἶ ἄνθρωπος καὶ οὐ θεὸς καὶ ἔδωκας τὴν καρδίαν σου ὡς καρδίαν θεοῦ
Fili hominis, dic principi Tyri : Haec dicit Dominus Deus : Eo quod elevatum est cor tuum, et dixisti : Deus ego sum, et in cathedra Dei sedi in corde maris, cum sis homo, et non deus : et dedisti cor tuum quasi cor Dei :
አንተ፡ ወልደ፡ እጓለ፡ እመሕያው፡ በሎ፡ ለመልአከ፡ ጢሮስ፡ ከመዝ፡ ይቤ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ እግዚእ፡ እስመአ፡ ተዐበየ፡ ልብከ፡ ወትቤ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ አነ፣፡ ከመ፡ ይነብር፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ማእከለ፡ ባሕር፡ እነብር፡ አነ፣፡ እንዘ፡ ሰብእ፡ አንተ፡ ወኢኮንከ፡ እግዚአብሔር፣፡ ወረሰይከ፡ ልብከ፡ ከመ፡ ልበ፡ እግዚአብሔር።
“Son of man, tell the prince of Tyre, ‘The Lord Yahweh says: “Because your heart is lifted up, and you have said, ‘I am a god, I sit in the seat of God, in the middle of the seas;’ yet you are man, and no god, though you set your heart as the heart of a god—
28:3
הִנֵּ֥ה חָכָ֛ם אַתָּ֖ה (מדנאל) [מִדָּֽנִיֵּ֑אל] כׇּל־סָת֖וּם לֹ֥א עֲמָמֽוּךָ׃
μὴ σοφώτερος εἶ σὺ τοῦ Δανιηλ σοφοὶ οὐκ ἐπαίδευσάν σε τῇ ἐπιστήμῃ αὐτῶν
ecce sapientior es tu Daniele : omne secretum non est absconditum a te :
አንተኑ፡ ትጠብብ፡ እምዳንኤል፡ ወጠቢባንሂ፡ ኢመሀሩከ፡ በጥበቦሙ።
behold, you are wiser than Daniel. There is no secret that is hidden from you.
28:4
בְּחׇכְמָֽתְךָ֙ וּבִתְבוּנָ֣תְךָ֔ עָשִׂ֥יתָ לְּךָ֖ חָ֑יִל וַתַּ֛עַשׂ זָהָ֥ב וָכֶ֖סֶף בְּאוֹצְרוֹתֶֽיךָ׃
μὴ ἐν τῇ ἐπιστήμῃ σου ἢ ἐν τῇ φρονήσει σου ἐποίησας σεαυτῷ δύναμιν καὶ χρυσίον καὶ ἀργύριον ἐν τοῖς θησαυροῖς σου
in sapientia et prudentia tua fecisti tibi fortitudinem, et acquisisti aurum et argentum in thesauris tuis :
በጥበብከኑ፡ ወበአእምሮትከ፡ ገበርከ፡ ለከ፡ ዘንተ፡ ኃይለ፡ ወአጥረይከ፡ ለከ፡ ወርቀ፡ ወብሩረ፡ ውስተ፡ መዛግብቲከ።
By your wisdom and by your understanding you have gotten yourself riches, and have gotten gold and silver into your treasuries.
28:5
בְּרֹ֧ב חׇכְמָתְךָ֛ בִּרְכֻלָּתְךָ֖ הִרְבִּ֣יתָ חֵילֶ֑ךָ וַיִּגְבַּ֥הּ לְבָבְךָ֖ בְּחֵילֶֽךָ׃ {ס}
ἐν τῇ πολλῇ ἐπιστήμῃ σου καὶ ἐμπορίᾳ σου ἐπλήθυνας δύναμίν σου ὑψώθη ἡ καρδία σου ἐν τῇ δυνάμει σου
in multitudine sapientiae tuae, et in negotiatione tua multiplicasti tibi fortitudinem, et elevatum est cor tuum in robore tuo :
ወእመ፡ አኮ፡ በምክርከ፡ ወተግባርከ፡ አብዛኅከ፡ ኃይለከ፡ ወአዕበይከ፡ ልበከ፡ በኃይልከ።
By your great wisdom and by your trading you have increased your riches, and your heart is lifted up because of your riches—”
28:6
לָכֵ֕ן כֹּ֥ה אָמַ֖ר אֲדֹנָ֣י יֱהֹוִ֑ה יַ֛עַן תִּתְּךָ֥ אֶת־לְבָבְךָ֖ כְּלֵ֥ב אֱלֹהִֽים׃
διὰ τοῦτο τάδε λέγει κύριος ἐπειδὴ δέδωκας τὴν καρδίαν σου ὡς καρδίαν θεοῦ
propterea haec dicit Dominus Deus : Eo quod elevatum est cor tuum quasi cor dei,
በበይነ፡ ዝንቱ፡ ከመዝ፡ ይቤ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ እስመ፡ ረሰይከ፡ ልበከ፡ ከመ፡ ልበ፡ እግዚአብሔር።
“‘therefore the Lord Yahweh says: “Because you have set your heart as the heart of God,
28:7
לָכֵ֗ן הִנְנִ֨י מֵבִ֤יא עָלֶ֙יךָ֙ זָרִ֔ים עָרִיצֵ֖י גּוֹיִ֑ם וְהֵרִ֤יקוּ חַרְבוֹתָם֙ עַל־יְפִ֣י חׇכְמָתֶ֔ךָ וְחִלְּל֖וּ יִפְעָתֶֽךָ׃
ἀντὶ τούτου ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ ἐπάγω ἐπὶ σὲ ἀλλοτρίους λοιμοὺς ἀπὸ ἐθνῶν καὶ ἐκκενώσουσιν τὰς μαχαίρας αὐτῶν ἐπὶ σὲ καὶ ἐπὶ τὸ κάλλος τῆς ἐπιστήμης σου καὶ στρώσουσιν τὸ κάλλος σου εἰς ἀπώλειαν
idcirco ecce ego adducam super te alienos, robustissimos gentium : et nudabunt gladios suos super pulchritudinem sapientiae tuae, et polluent decorem tuum.
በበይነ፡ ዝንቱ፡ ናሁ፡ አነ፡ አመጽእ፡ ላዕሌከ፡ ነኪራነ፡ አሕዛበ፡ እኩያነ፡ ወይደራበዩከ፡ በኵያንዊሆሙ፡ በዲበ፡ ሥነ፡ ሥርዓትከ፡ ወይነፅኅዋ፡ ለሥንከ፡ ውስተ፡ ሞት።
therefore, behold, I will bring strangers on you, the terrible of the nations. They will draw their swords against the beauty of your wisdom. They will defile your brightness.
28:8
לַשַּׁ֖חַת יוֹרִד֑וּךָ וָמַ֛תָּה מְמוֹתֵ֥י חָלָ֖ל בְּלֵ֥ב יַמִּֽים׃
καὶ καταβιβάσουσίν σε καὶ ἀποθανῇ θανάτῳ τραυματιῶν ἐν καρδίᾳ θαλάσσης
Interficient, et detrahent te : et morieris in interitu occisorum in corde maris.
ወያወርዱከ፡ (ወይቀትሉከ፣)፡ ወትመውት፡ (በኃፂን)፡ ወይዌርዉ፡ በድነከ፡ ውስተ፡ ልበ፡ ባሕር።
They will bring you down to the pit. You will die the death of those who are slain in the heart of the seas.
28:9
הֶאָמֹ֤ר תֹּאמַר֙ אֱלֹהִ֣ים אָ֔נִי לִפְנֵ֖י הֹרְגֶ֑ךָ וְאַתָּ֥ה אָדָ֛ם וְלֹא־אֵ֖ל בְּיַ֥ד מְחַלְלֶֽיךָ׃
μὴ λέγων ἐρεῖς θεός εἰμι ἐγώ ἐνώπιον τῶν ἀναιρούντων σε σὺ δὲ εἶ ἄνθρωπος καὶ οὐ θεός ἐν πλήθει
Numquid dicens loqueris : Deus ego sum, coram interficientibus te, cum sis homo, et non deus, in manu occidentium te ?
እስኩ፡ በሎሙ፡ ለእለ፡ ይቀትሉከ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ አነ፡ እንዘ፡ ሰብእ፡ አንተ፡ ወኢኮንከ፡ እግዚአብሔር።
Will you yet say before him who kills you, ‘I am God’? But you are man, and not God, in the hand of him who wounds you.
28:10
מוֹתֵ֧י עֲרֵלִ֛ים תָּמ֖וּת בְּיַד־זָרִ֑ים כִּ֚י אֲנִ֣י דִבַּ֔רְתִּי נְאֻ֖ם אֲדֹנָ֥י יֱהֹוִֽה׃ {פ}
ἀπεριτμήτων ἀπολῇ ἐν χερσὶν ἀλλοτρίων ὅτι ἐγὼ ἐλάλησα λέγει κύριος
Morte incircumcisorum morieris in manu alienorum, quia ego locutus sum, ait Dominus Deus.
ወብዙኃን፡ እለ፡ ይረግዙከ፡ ወትመውት፡ ሞተ፡ ቈላፋን፡ ወይቀትሉከ፡ ቈላፋን፡ ወትመውት፡ በእዴሆሙ፡ እስመ፡ አነ፡ ነበብኩ፡ ይቤ፡ እግዚአብሔር።
You will die the death of the uncircumcised by the hand of strangers; for I have spoken it,” says the Lord Yahweh.’”
28:11
וַיְהִ֥י דְבַר־יְהֹוָ֖ה אֵלַ֥י לֵאמֹֽר׃
καὶ ἐγένετο λόγος κυρίου πρός με λέγων
Et factus est sermo Domini ad me, dicens : Fili hominis, leva planctum super regem Tyri,
ወነበበኒ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ወይቤለኒ፡ ወልደ፡ እጓለ፡ እመሕያው፡ ብክዮ፡ ወአስቆቅዎ፡ ለንጉሠ፡ ጢሮስ።
Moreover Yahweh’s word came to me, saying,
28:12
בֶּן־אָדָ֕ם שָׂ֥א קִינָ֖ה עַל־מֶ֣לֶךְ צ֑וֹר וְאָמַ֣רְתָּ לּ֗וֹ כֹּ֤ה אָמַר֙ אֲדֹנָ֣י יֱהֹוִ֔ה אַתָּה֙ חוֹתֵ֣ם תׇּכְנִ֔ית מָלֵ֥א חׇכְמָ֖ה וּכְלִ֥יל יֹֽפִי׃
υἱὲ ἀνθρώπου λαβὲ θρῆνον ἐπὶ τὸν ἄρχοντα Τύρου καὶ εἰπὸν αὐτῷ τάδε λέγει κύριος κύριος σὺ ἀποσφράγισμα ὁμοιώσεως καὶ στέφανος κάλλους
et dices ei : Haec dicit Dominus Deus : Tu signaculum similitudinis, plenus sapientia, et perfectus decore.
ወበሎ፡ ከመዝ፡ ይቤ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ትመስል፡ አንተ፡ ፍቱሐ፡ ማኅተመ፡ ዘተኬነውዎ፡ ጠበብት፡ ወምኩሐ፡ ሥን።
“Son of man, take up a lamentation over the king of Tyre, and tell him, ‘The Lord Yahweh says: “You were the seal of full measure, full of wisdom, and perfect in beauty.
28:13
בְּעֵ֨דֶן גַּן־אֱלֹהִ֜ים הָיִ֗יתָ כׇּל־אֶ֨בֶן יְקָרָ֤ה מְסֻכָתֶ֙ךָ֙ אֹ֣דֶם פִּטְדָ֞ה וְיָהֲלֹ֗ם תַּרְשִׁ֥ישׁ שֹׁ֙הַם֙ וְיָ֣שְׁפֵ֔ה סַפִּ֣יר נֹ֔פֶךְ וּבָרְקַ֖ת וְזָהָ֑ב מְלֶ֨אכֶת תֻּפֶּ֤יךָ וּנְקָבֶ֙יךָ֙ בָּ֔ךְ בְּי֥וֹם הִבָּרַאֲךָ֖ כּוֹנָֽנוּ׃
ἐν τῇ τρυφῇ τοῦ παραδείσου τοῦ θεοῦ ἐγενήθης πᾶν λίθον χρηστὸν ἐνδέδεσαι σάρδιον καὶ τοπάζιον καὶ σμάραγδον καὶ ἄνθρακα καὶ σάπφειρον καὶ ἴασπιν καὶ ἀργύριον καὶ χρυσίον καὶ λιγύριον καὶ ἀχάτην καὶ ἀμέθυστον καὶ χρυσόλιθον καὶ βηρύλλιον καὶ ὀνύχιον καὶ χρυσίου ἐνέπλησας τοὺς θησαυρούς σου καὶ τὰς ἀποθήκας σου ἐν σοὶ ἀφ’ ἧς ἡμέρας ἐκτίσθης σύ
In deliciis paradisi Dei fuisti : omnis lapis pretiosus operimentum tuum, sardius, topazius, et jaspis, chrysolithus, et onyx, et beryllus, sapphirus, et carbunculus, et smaragdus : aurum, opus decoris tui : et foramina tua, in die qua conditus es, praeparata sunt.
ወተፈጋዕከ፡ በአዕጻዳተ፡ ቀምሕከ፡ ውስተ፡ ኤዶም፡ ገነተ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ በኀበ፡ ተደለውከ፡ ወተሠርገውከ፡ ኵሎ፡ ዕንቈ፡ ሰርድዮን፡ ወጳዝዮን፡ ወመረግድ፡ ወያክንት፡ ቀይሕ፡ ወጸሊም፡ ወኢያስጲድ፡ ወሰርዲኖን፡ ወአኬጤን፡ ወአሜተስጦን፡ ወከርሴምቶን፡ ወቢረሌ፡ ወአንክዮን፡ ወመላእከ፡ ወርቀ፡ መዛግብቲከ፡ ወመሣይምቲከ፡ እምአመ፡ ተፈጠርከ።
You were in Eden, the garden of God. Every precious stone adorned you: ruby, topaz, emerald, chrysolite, onyx, jasper, sapphire, turquoise, and beryl. Gold work of tambourines and of pipes was in you. They were prepared in the day that you were created.
28:14
אַ֨תְּ־כְּר֔וּב מִמְשַׁ֖ח הַסּוֹכֵ֑ךְ וּנְתַתִּ֗יךָ בְּהַ֨ר קֹ֤דֶשׁ אֱלֹהִים֙ הָיִ֔יתָ בְּת֥וֹךְ אַבְנֵי־אֵ֖שׁ הִתְהַלָּֽכְתָּ׃
μετὰ τοῦ χερουβ ἔθηκά σε ἐν ὄρει ἁγίῳ θεοῦ ἐγενήθης ἐν μέσῳ λίθων πυρίνων
Tu cherub extentus, et protegens, et posui te in monte sancto Dei : in medio lapidum ignitorum ambulasti,
ኀበ፡ ኪሩብ፡ ሤምኩከ፡ ውስተ፡ ደወለ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ቅዱስ፡ ዘተወለድከ፡ ማእከለ፡ አእባነ፡ እሳተ፡ ቀይሕ።
You were the anointed cherub who covers. Then I set you up on the holy mountain of God. You have walked up and down in the middle of the stones of fire.
28:15
תָּמִ֤ים אַתָּה֙ בִּדְרָכֶ֔יךָ מִיּ֖וֹם הִבָּֽרְאָ֑ךְ עַד־נִמְצָ֥א עַוְלָ֖תָה בָּֽךְ׃
ἐγενήθης ἄμωμος σὺ ἐν ταῖς ἡμέραις σου ἀφ’ ἧς ἡμέρας σὺ ἐκτίσθης ἕως εὑρέθη τὰ ἀδικήματα ἐν σοί
perfectus in viis tuis a die conditionis tuae, donec inventa est iniquitas in te.
ወተወለድከ፡ አንተ፡ በመዋዕሊከ፡ ዘአልቦ፡ ነውር፣፡ አንተ፡ በፍኖትከ፡ እምአመ፡ ተፈጠርከ፡ እስከ፡ አመ፡ ተረከበ፡ ጌጋይ፡ ላዕሌከ።
You were perfect in your ways from the day that you were created, until unrighteousness was found in you.
28:16
בְּרֹ֣ב רְכֻלָּתְךָ֗ מָל֧וּ תוֹכְךָ֛ חָמָ֖ס וַֽתֶּחֱטָ֑א וָאֲחַלֶּלְךָ֩ מֵהַ֨ר אֱלֹהִ֤ים וָֽאַבֶּדְךָ֙ כְּר֣וּב הַסֹּכֵ֔ךְ מִתּ֖וֹךְ אַבְנֵי־אֵֽשׁ׃
ἀπὸ πλήθους τῆς ἐμπορίας σου ἔπλησας τὰ ταμίειά σου ἀνομίας καὶ ἥμαρτες καὶ ἐτραυματίσθης ἀπὸ ὄρους τοῦ θεοῦ καὶ ἤγαγέν σε τὸ χερουβ ἐκ μέσου λίθων πυρίνων
In multitudine negotiationis tuae repleta sunt interiora tua iniquitate, et peccasti : et ejeci te de monte Dei, et perdidi te, o cherub protegens, de medio lapidum ignitorum.
እምብዝኀ፡ ተግባርከ፡ መላእከ፡ ዓመፃ፡ ውስተ፡ አብያቲከ፡ ወአበስከ፡ ወቈሰልከ፡ በደብረ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ወያወፅአከ፡ እማእከለ፡ እብነ፡ ቀይሓት፡ ኪሩብ።
By the abundance of your commerce, your insides were filled with violence, and you have sinned. Therefore I have cast you as profane out of God’s mountain. I have destroyed you, covering cherub, from the middle of the stones of fire.
28:17
גָּבַ֤הּ לִבְּךָ֙ בְּיׇפְיֶ֔ךָ שִׁחַ֥תָּ חׇכְמָתְךָ֖ עַל־יִפְעָתֶ֑ךָ עַל־אֶ֣רֶץ הִשְׁלַכְתִּ֗יךָ לִפְנֵ֧י מְלָכִ֛ים נְתַתִּ֖יךָ לְרַ֥אֲוָה בָֽךְ׃
ὑψώθη ἡ καρδία σου ἐπὶ τῷ κάλλει σου διεφθάρη ἡ ἐπιστήμη σου μετὰ τοῦ κάλλους σου διὰ πλῆθος ἁμαρτιῶν σου ἐπὶ τὴν γῆν ἔρριψά σε ἐναντίον βασιλέων ἔδωκά σε παραδειγματισθῆναι
Et elevatum est cor tuum in decore tuo ; perdidisti sapientiam tuam in decore tuo : in terram projeci te ; ante faciem regum dedi te ut cernerent te.
ወተዝኅረ፡ ልብከ፡ በሥንከ፡ ወማሰነት፡ ሥርዓትከ፡ ምስለ፡ ላህይከ። በብዝኀ፡ ኃጢአትከ፡ ነፃኅኩከ፡ ውስተ፡ ምድር፡ ወአዘዝኩ፡ ይሥጥሑከ፡ በቅድመ፡ ነገሥት፡ ከመ፡ ይሣለቁከ።
Your heart was lifted up because of your beauty. You have corrupted your wisdom by reason of your splendor. I have cast you to the ground. I have laid you before kings, that they may see you.
28:18
מֵרֹ֣ב עֲוֺנֶ֗יךָ בְּעֶ֙וֶל֙ רְכֻלָּ֣תְךָ֔ חִלַּ֖לְתָּ מִקְדָּשֶׁ֑יךָ וָאוֹצִא־אֵ֤שׁ מִתּֽוֹכְךָ֙ הִ֣יא אֲכָלַ֔תְךָ וָאֶתֶּנְךָ֤ לְאֵ֙פֶר֙ עַל־הָאָ֔רֶץ לְעֵינֵ֖י כׇּל־רֹאֶֽיךָ׃
διὰ τὸ πλῆθος τῶν ἁμαρτιῶν σου καὶ τῶν ἀδικιῶν τῆς ἐμπορίας σου ἐβεβήλωσας τὰ ἱερά σου καὶ ἐξάξω πῦρ ἐκ μέσου σου τοῦτο καταφάγεταί σε καὶ δώσω σε εἰς σποδὸν ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς σου ἐναντίον πάντων τῶν ὁρώντων σε
In multitudine iniquitatum tuarum, et iniquitate negotiationis tuae, polluisti sanctificationem tuam : producam ergo ignem de medio tui, qui comedat te, et dabo te in cinerem super terram, in conspectu omnium videntium te.
በብዝኀ፡ ጌጋይከ፡ ወዓመፃከ፡ ዘገበርከ፡ ወአርኰስከ፡ መቅደሰከ፡ ወአወፅእ፡ እሳተ፡ እማእከሌከ፡ እንተ፡ ትበልዐከ፡ ወእሬስየከ፡ ሐመደ፡ ውስተ፡ ምድርከ፡ በቅድመ፡ ኵሎሙ፡ እለ፡ ይኔጽሩከ።
By the multitude of your iniquities, in the unrighteousness of your commerce, you have profaned your sanctuaries. Therefore I have brought out a fire from the middle of you. It has devoured you. I have turned you to ashes on the earth in the sight of all those who see you.
28:19
כׇּל־יֽוֹדְעֶ֙יךָ֙ בָּֽעַמִּ֔ים שָׁמְמ֖וּ עָלֶ֑יךָ בַּלָּה֣וֹת הָיִ֔יתָ וְאֵינְךָ֖ עַד־עוֹלָֽם׃ {פ}
καὶ πάντες οἱ ἐπιστάμενοί σε ἐν τοῖς ἔθνεσιν στυγνάσουσιν ἐπὶ σέ ἀπώλεια ἐγένου καὶ οὐχ ὑπάρξεις ἔτι εἰς τὸν αἰῶνα
Omnes qui viderint te in gentibus, obstupescent super te : nihili factus es, et non eris in perpetuum.
ወኵሎሙ፡ አሕዛብ፡ እለ፡ የአምሩከ፡ ይበክዩከ። እስመ፡ ተሐጐልከ፡ ወኢትሄሉ፡ እንከ፡ ለዓለም።
All those who know you among the peoples will be astonished at you. You have become a terror, and you will exist no more.”’”
28:20
וַיְהִ֥י דְבַר־יְהֹוָ֖ה אֵלַ֥י לֵאמֹֽר׃
καὶ ἐγένετο λόγος κυρίου πρός με λέγων
Et factus est sermo Domini ad me, dicens :
ወነበበኒ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ወይቤለኒ።
Yahweh’s word came to me, saying,
28:21
בֶּן־אָדָ֕ם שִׂ֥ים פָּנֶ֖יךָ אֶל־צִיד֑וֹן וְהִנָּבֵ֖א עָלֶֽיהָ׃
υἱὲ ἀνθρώπου στήρισον τὸ πρόσωπόν σου ἐπὶ Σιδῶνα καὶ προφήτευσον ἐπ’ αὐτὴν
Fili hominis, pone faciem tuam contra Sidonem, et prophetabis de ea :
ወልደ፡ እጓለ፡ እመሕያው፡ አጽንዕ፡ ገጸከ፡ ዲበ፡ ሲዶና፡ ወተነበይ፡ ዛቲ።
“Son of man, set your face toward Sidon, and prophesy against it,
28:22
וְאָמַרְתָּ֗ כֹּ֤ה אָמַר֙ אֲדֹנָ֣י יֱהֹוִ֔ה הִנְנִ֤י עָלַ֙יִךְ֙ צִיד֔וֹן וְנִכְבַּדְתִּ֖י בְּתוֹכֵ֑ךְ וְֽיָדְע֞וּ כִּֽי־אֲנִ֣י יְהֹוָ֗ה בַּעֲשׂ֥וֹתִי בָ֛הּ שְׁפָטִ֖ים וְנִקְדַּ֥שְׁתִּי בָֽהּ׃
καὶ εἰπόν τάδε λέγει κύριος ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ ἐπὶ σέ Σιδών καὶ ἐνδοξασθήσομαι ἐν σοί καὶ γνώσῃ ὅτι ἐγώ εἰμι κύριος ἐν τῷ ποιῆσαί με ἐν σοὶ κρίματα καὶ ἁγιασθήσομαι ἐν σοί
et dices : Haec dicit Dominus Deus : Ecce ego ad te, Sidon, et glorificabor in medio tui : et scient quia ego Dominus, cum fecero in ea judicia, et sanctificatus fuero in ea.
ወበላ፡ ከመዝ፡ ይቤ፡ አዶናይ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ናሁ፡ አነ፡ ላዕሌኪ፡ ሲዶና፡ ወእሴባሕ፡ ብኪ፣፡ ወተአምሪ፡ ከመ፡ አነ፡ ውእቱ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ሶበ፡ ተበቀልኩኪ፡ ወእትቄደስ፡ ብኪ።
and say, ‘The Lord Yahweh says: “Behold, I am against you, Sidon. I will be glorified among you. Then they will know that I am Yahweh, when I have executed judgments in her, and am sanctified in her.
28:23
וְשִׁלַּחְתִּי־בָ֞הּ דֶּ֤בֶר וָדָם֙ בְּח֣וּצוֹתֶ֔יהָ וְנִפְלַ֤ל חָלָל֙ בְּתוֹכָ֔הּ בְּחֶ֥רֶב עָלֶ֖יהָ מִסָּבִ֑יב וְיָדְע֖וּ כִּי־אֲנִ֥י יְהֹוָֽה׃
αἷμα καὶ θάνατος ἐν ταῖς πλατείαις σου καὶ πεσοῦνται τετραυματισμένοι ἐν μαχαίραις ἐν σοὶ περικύκλῳ σου καὶ γνώσονται διότι ἐγώ εἰμι κύριος
Et immittam ei pestilentiam, et sanguinem in plateis ejus : et corruent interfecti in medio ejus gladio per circuitum, et scient quia ego Dominus.
ወእፌኑ፡ ላዕሌኪ፡ ሞተ፡ ወደመ፡ ውስተ፡ መርሕብኪ፡ ወይወድቁ፡ ውስተ፡ ማእከላ፡ ቅቱላን፡ በኵናት፡ በውስተ፡ ዐውድኪ፣፡ ወተአምሪ፡ ከመ፡ አነ፡ ውእቱ፡ እግዚአብሔር።
For I will send pestilence into her, and blood into her streets. The wounded will fall within her, with the sword on her on every side. Then they will know that I am Yahweh.
28:24
וְלֹא־יִהְיֶ֨ה ע֜וֹד לְבֵ֣ית יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל סִלּ֤וֹן מַמְאִיר֙ וְק֣וֹץ מַכְאִ֔ב מִכֹּל֙ סְבִ֣יבֹתָ֔ם הַשָּׁאטִ֖ים אוֹתָ֑ם וְיָ֣דְע֔וּ כִּ֥י אֲנִ֖י אֲדֹנָ֥י יֱהֹוִֽה׃ {פ}
καὶ οὐκ ἔσονται οὐκέτι τῷ οἴκῳ τοῦ Ισραηλ σκόλοψ πικρίας καὶ ἄκανθα ὀδύνης ἀπὸ πάντων τῶν περικύκλῳ αὐτῶν τῶν ἀτιμασάντων αὐτούς καὶ γνώσονται ὅτι ἐγώ εἰμι κύριος
Et non erit ultra domui Israël offendiculum amaritudinis, et spina dolorem inferens undique per circuitum eorum qui adversantur eis : et scient quia ego Dominus Deus.
ወአልቦ፡ እንከ፡ በውስተ፡ እስራኤል፡ ሦክ፡ ወአሜከላ፡ ወመሪር፡ ሕማም፡ እምኵሉ፡ እለ፡ ዐውዶሙ፡ ወእለ፡ አኅሠርዎሙ፣፡ ወየአምሩ፡ ከመ፡ አነ፡ ውእቱ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ አዶናይ።
“‘“There will no longer be a pricking brier to the house of Israel, nor a hurting thorn of any that are around them that scorned them. Then they will know that I am the Lord Yahweh.”
28:25
כֹּה־אָמַר֮ אֲדֹנָ֣י יֱהֹוִה֒ בְּקַבְּצִ֣י׀ אֶת־בֵּ֣ית יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל מִן־הָֽעַמִּים֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר נָפֹ֣צוּ בָ֔ם וְנִקְדַּ֥שְׁתִּי בָ֖ם לְעֵינֵ֣י הַגּוֹיִ֑ם וְיָֽשְׁבוּ֙ עַל־אַדְמָתָ֔ם אֲשֶׁ֥ר נָתַ֖תִּי לְעַבְדִּ֥י לְיַעֲקֹֽב׃
τάδε λέγει κύριος κύριος καὶ συνάξω τὸν Ισραηλ ἐκ τῶν ἐθνῶν οὗ διεσκορπίσθησαν ἐκεῖ καὶ ἁγιασθήσομαι ἐν αὐτοῖς ἐνώπιον τῶν λαῶν καὶ τῶν ἐθνῶν καὶ κατοικήσουσιν ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς αὐτῶν ἣν δέδωκα τῷ δούλῳ μου Ιακωβ
Haec dicit Dominus Deus : Quando congregavero domum Israël de populis in quibus dispersi sunt, sanctificabor in eis coram gentibus : et habitabunt in terra sua, quam dedi servo meo Jacob :
ከመዝ፡ ይቤ፡ አዶናይ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ሶበ፡ አስተጋባእክዎሙ፡ ለቤተ፡ እስራኤል፡ እምአሕዛብ፡ ኀበ፡ ዘረውክዎሙ፡ ህየ፡ ወእትቄደስ፡ ቦሙ፡ በቅድመ፡ አሕዛብ፡ ወሕዝብ፡ ወይነብሩ፡ ውስተ፡ ምድሮሙ፡ እንተ፡ ወሀብክዎ፡ ለቍልዔየ፡ ያዕቆብ።
“‘The Lord Yahweh says: “When I have gathered the house of Israel from the peoples among whom they are scattered, and am shown as holy among them in the sight of the nations, then they will dwell in their own land which I gave to my servant Jacob.
28:26
וְיָשְׁב֣וּ עָלֶ֘יהָ֮ לָבֶ֒טַח֒ וּבָנ֤וּ בָתִּים֙ וְנָטְע֣וּ כְרָמִ֔ים וְיָשְׁב֖וּ לָבֶ֑טַח בַּעֲשׂוֹתִ֣י שְׁפָטִ֗ים בְּכֹ֨ל הַשָּׁאטִ֤ים אֹתָם֙ מִסְּבִ֣יבוֹתָ֔ם וְיָ֣דְע֔וּ כִּ֛י אֲנִ֥י יְהֹוָ֖ה אֱלֹהֵיהֶֽם׃ {פ}
καὶ κατοικήσουσιν ἐπ’ αὐτῆς ἐν ἐλπίδι καὶ οἰκοδομήσουσιν οἰκίας καὶ φυτεύσουσιν ἀμπελῶνας καὶ κατοικήσουσιν ἐν ἐλπίδι ὅταν ποιήσω κρίμα ἐν πᾶσιν τοῖς ἀτιμάσασιν αὐτοὺς ἐν τοῖς κύκλῳ αὐτῶν καὶ γνώσονται ὅτι ἐγώ εἰμι κύριος ὁ θεὸς αὐτῶν καὶ ὁ θεὸς τῶν πατέρων αὐτῶν
et habitabunt in ea securi, et aedificabunt domos, et plantabunt vineas, et habitabunt confidenter, cum fecero judicia in omnibus qui adversantur eis per circuitum : et scient quia ego Dominus Deus eorum.
ወይነብሩ፡ ውስቴታ፡ ተአሚኖሙ፡ ወየሐንጹ፡ አብያተ፡ ወወይነ፡ ይተክሉ፡ ወይነብሩ፡ ተአሚኖሙ፡ ሶበ፡ ተበቀልክዎሙ፡ ለእለ፡ አኅሠርዎሙ፡ እለ፡ ዐውዶሙ፣፡ ወየአምሩ፡ ከመ፡ አነ፡ ውእቱ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ አምላኮሙ፡ ወአምላከ፡ አበዊሆሙ።
They will dwell in it securely. Yes, they will build houses, plant vineyards, and will dwell securely when I have executed judgments on all those around them who have treated them with contempt. Then they will know that I am Yahweh their God.”’”
