15:1 ⧉ ⤴︎ וַעֲזַרְיָ֙הוּ֙ בֶּן ־עוֹדֵ֔ד הָיְתָ֥ה עָלָ֖יו ר֥וּחַ אֱלֹהִֽים ׃
καὶ Αζαριας υἱὸς Ωδηδ ἐγένετο ἐπ’ αὐτὸν πνεῦμα κυρίου
Azarias autem filius Oded , facto in se spiritu Dei ,
ወአዛርያስ ፡ ወልደ ፡ አዳድ ፡ መልአ ፡ ላዕሌሁ ፡ መንፈሰ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ።
The Spirit of God came on Azariah the son of Oded.
15:2 ⧉ ⤴︎ וַיֵּצֵא֮ לִפְנֵ֣י אָסָא֒ וַיֹּ֣אמֶר ל֔וֹ שְׁמָע֕וּנִי אָסָ֖א וְכׇל ־יְהוּדָ֣ה וּבִנְיָמִ֑ן יְהֹוָ֤ה עִמָּכֶם֙ בִּֽהְיוֹתְכֶ֣ם עִמּ֔וֹ וְאִֽם ־תִּדְרְשֻׁ֙הוּ֙ יִמָּצֵ֣א לָכֶ֔ם וְאִם ־תַּעַזְבֻ֖הוּ יַעֲזֹ֥ב אֶתְכֶֽם ׃ {ס}
καὶ ἐξῆλθεν εἰς ἀπάντησιν Ασα καὶ παντὶ Ιουδα καὶ Βενιαμιν καὶ εἶπεν ἀκούσατέ μου Ασα καὶ πᾶς Ιουδα καὶ Βενιαμιν κύριος μεθ’ ὑμῶν ἐν τῷ εἶναι ὑμᾶς μετ’ αὐτοῦ καὶ ἐὰν ἐκζητήσητε αὐτόν εὑρεθήσεται ὑμῖν καὶ ἐὰν ἐγκαταλίπητε αὐτόν ἐγκαταλείψει ὑμᾶς
egressus est in occursum Asa , et dixit ei : Audite me , Asa , et omnis Juda et Benjamin : Dominus vobiscum , quia fuistis cum eo . Si quaesieritis eum , invenietis : si autem dereliqueritis eum , derelinquet vos .
ወወፅአ ፡ ለቀበላ ፡ አሣ ፡ ንጉሥ ፡ ወኵሉ ፡ ሕዝበ ፡ ይሁዳ ፡ ወብንያም ፡ ወይቤ ፡ ስምዑኒ ፡ አሣ ፡ ወኵሉ ፡ ሕዝበ ፡ ይሁዳ ፡ ወብንያም ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ምስሌክሙ ፡ ሀሎ ፡ ሶበ ፡ አንትሙ ፡ ኮንክሙ ፡ ምስሌሁ ፡ ወእመኒ ፡ ኃሠሥክምዎ ፡ ይትረከብ ፡ ለክሙ ፡ ወእመኒ ፡ ረሳዕክምዎ ፡ ይገድፈክሙ ።
He went out to meet Asa, and said to him, “Hear me, Asa, and all Judah and Benjamin! Yahweh is with you while you are with him; and if you seek him, he will be found by you; but if you forsake him, he will forsake you.
15:3 ⧉ ⤴︎ וְיָמִ֥ים רַבִּ֖ים לְיִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל לְלֹ֣א ׀ אֱלֹהֵ֣י אֱמֶ֗ת וּלְלֹ֛א כֹּהֵ֥ן מוֹרֶ֖ה וּלְלֹ֥א תוֹרָֽה ׃
καὶ ἡμέραι πολλαὶ τῷ Ισραηλ ἐν οὐ θεῷ ἀληθινῷ καὶ οὐχ ἱερέως ὑποδεικνύοντος καὶ ἐν οὐ νόμῳ
Transibant autem multi dies in Israël absque Deo vero , et absque sacerdote doctore , et absque lege .
ወብዙኀት ፡ እማንቱ ፡ መዋዕሊሁ ፡ ለእስራኤል ፡ ወእምአሜሃ ፡ ኢያምለክዎ ፡ ለአምላክ ፡ ዘበአማን ፡ ወአልቦ ፡ አምላክ ፡ ዘበኀቤሆሙ ፡ ወአልቦ ፡ ካህን ፡ ዘይርዕዮሙ ፡ ወአልቦ ፡ ሕግ ።
Now for a long time Israel was without the true God, without a teaching priest, and without law.
15:4 ⧉ ⤴︎ וַיָּ֙שׇׁב֙ בַּצַּר ־ל֔וֹ עַל ־יְהֹוָ֖ה אֱלֹהֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל וַיְבַקְשֻׁ֖הוּ וַיִּמָּצֵ֥א לָהֶֽם ׃
καὶ ἐπιστρέψει ἐπὶ κύριον θεὸν Ισραηλ καὶ εὑρεθήσεται αὐτοῖς
Cumque reversi fuerint in angustia sua ad Dominum Deum Israël , et quaesierint eum , reperient eum .
ወይትመየጥ ፡ ቦሙ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ አምላከ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ ወይትራከቦሙ ።
But when in their distress they turned to Yahweh, the God of Israel, and sought him, he was found by them.
15:5 ⧉ ⤴︎ וּבָעִתִּ֣ים הָהֵ֔ם אֵ֥ין שָׁל֖וֹם לַיּוֹצֵ֣א וְלַבָּ֑א כִּ֚י מְהוּמֹ֣ת רַבּ֔וֹת עַ֥ל כׇּל ־יֹשְׁבֵ֖י הָאֲרָצֽוֹת ׃
καὶ ἐν ἐκείνῳ τῷ καιρῷ οὐκ ἔστιν εἰρήνη τῷ ἐκπορευομένῳ καὶ τῷ εἰσπορευομένῳ ὅτι ἔκστασις κυρίου ἐπὶ πάντας τοὺς κατοικοῦντας τὰς χώρας
In tempore illo , non erit pax egredienti et ingredienti , sed terrores undique in cunctis habitatoribus terrarum :
ወበውእቱ ፡ መዋዕል ፡ አልቦ ፡ ሰላም ፡ ለዘይወፅእ ፡ ወለዘይበውእ ፡ እስመ ፡ መዓተ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ላዕለ ፡ ኵሎሙ ፡ እለ ፡ የኃድሩ ፡ ውስተ ፡ በሐውርት ።
In those times there was no peace to him who went out, nor to him who came in; but great troubles were on all the inhabitants of the lands.
15:6 ⧉ ⤴︎ וְכֻתְּת֥וּ גוֹי ־בְּג֖וֹי וְעִ֣יר בְּעִ֑יר כִּֽי ־אֱלֹהִ֥ים הֲמָמָ֖ם בְּכׇל ־צָרָֽה ׃
καὶ πολεμήσει ἔθνος πρὸς ἔθνος καὶ πόλις πρὸς πόλιν ὅτι ὁ θεὸς ἐξέστησεν αὐτοὺς ἐν πάσῃ θλίψει
pugnavit enim gens contra gentem , et civitas contra civitatem , quia Dominus conturbabit eos in omni angustia .
ወይትቃተሉሕዝብ ፡ ለሕዝብ ፡ ወሀገር ፡ ለሀገር ፡ እስመ ፡ አደንገፆሙ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ በኵሉ ፡ ምንዳቤ ።
They were broken in pieces, nation against nation, and city against city; for God troubled them with all adversity.
15:7 ⧉ ⤴︎ וְאַתֶּ֣ם חִזְק֔וּ וְאַל ־יִרְפּ֖וּ יְדֵיכֶ֑ם כִּ֛י יֵ֥שׁ שָׂכָ֖ר לִפְעֻלַּתְכֶֽם ׃ {ס}
καὶ ὑμεῖς ἰσχύσατε καὶ μὴ ἐκλυέσθωσαν αἱ χεῖρες ὑμῶν ὅτι ἔστιν μισθὸς τῇ ἐργασίᾳ ὑμῶν
Vos ergo confortamini , et non dissolvantur manus vestrae : erit enim merces operi vestro .
ወአንትሙሰ ፡ ጽንዑ ፡ ወኢይድክማ ፡ እደዊክሙ ፡ እስመ ፡ ብክሙ ፡ ዕሤተ ፡ ምግባሪክሙ ።
But you be strong! Don’t let your hands be slack, for your work will be rewarded.”
15:8 ⧉ ⤴︎ וְכִשְׁמֹ֨עַ אָסָ֜א הַדְּבָרִ֣ים הָאֵ֗לֶּה וְהַנְּבוּאָה֮ עֹדֵ֣ד הַנָּבִיא֒ הִתְחַזַּ֗ק וַיַּעֲבֵ֤ר הַשִּׁקּוּצִים֙ מִכׇּל ־אֶ֤רֶץ יְהוּדָה֙ וּבִנְיָמִ֔ן וּמִן ־הֶ֣עָרִ֔ים אֲשֶׁ֥ר לָכַ֖ד מֵהַ֣ר אֶפְרָ֑יִם וַיְחַדֵּשׁ֙ אֶת ־מִזְבַּ֣ח יְהֹוָ֔ה אֲשֶׁ֕ר לִפְנֵ֖י אוּלָ֥ם יְהֹוָֽה ׃
καὶ ἐν τῷ ἀκοῦσαι τοὺς λόγους τούτους καὶ τὴν προφητείαν Αδαδ τοῦ προφήτου καὶ κατίσχυσεν καὶ ἐξέβαλεν τὰ βδελύγματα ἀπὸ πάσης τῆς γῆς Ιουδα καὶ Βενιαμιν καὶ ἀπὸ τῶν πόλεων ὧν κατέσχεν ἐν ὄρει Εφραιμ καὶ ἐνεκαίνισεν τὸ θυσιαστήριον κυρίου ὃ ἦν ἔμπροσθεν τοῦ ναοῦ κυρίου
Quod cum audisset Asa , verba scilicet , et prophetiam Azariae filii Oded prophetae , confortatus est , et abstulit idola de omni terra Juda et de Benjamin , et ex urbibus quas ceperat , montis Ephraim : et dedicavit altare Domini quod erat ante porticum Domini .
ወሶመ ፡ ሰምዐ ፡ አሣ ፡ እሎንተ ፡ ቃላተ ፡ ወዘንተ ፡ ትንቢተ ፡ አዛርያስ ፡ ነቢይ ፡ ጸንዐ ፡ ወአውጽአ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ርኵሰ ፡ እምኵሉ ፡ አህጉረ ፡ ይሁዳ ፡ ወብንያም ፡ ወእምኵሉ ፡ አህጉር ፡ ዘአኃዘ ፡ እምደብረ ፡ ኤፍሬም ፡ ወሐደሰ ፡ ምሥዋዐ ፡ ቤተ ፡ እገዚአብሔር ፡ ዘሀሎ ፡ አንፃረ ፡ ቤተ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ።
When Asa heard these words and the prophecy of Oded the prophet, he took courage, and put away the abominations out of all the land of Judah and Benjamin, and out of the cities which he had taken from the hill country of Ephraim; and he renewed Yahweh’s altar that was before Yahweh’s porch.
15:9 ⧉ ⤴︎ וַיִּקְבֹּ֗ץ אֶת ־כׇּל ־יְהוּדָה֙ וּבִנְיָמִ֔ן וְהַגָּרִים֙ עִמָּהֶ֔ם מֵאֶפְרַ֥יִם וּמְנַשֶּׁ֖ה וּמִשִּׁמְע֑וֹן כִּֽי ־נָפְל֨וּ עָלָ֤יו מִיִּשְׂרָאֵל֙ לָרֹ֔ב בִּרְאֹתָ֕ם כִּֽי ־יְהֹוָ֥ה אֱלֹהָ֖יו עִמּֽוֹ ׃ {פ}
καὶ ἐξεκκλησίασεν τὸν Ιουδαν καὶ Βενιαμιν καὶ τοὺς προσηλύτους τοὺς παροικοῦντας μετ’ αὐτοῦ ἀπὸ Εφραιμ καὶ ἀπὸ Μανασση καὶ ἀπὸ Συμεων ὅτι προσετέθησαν πρὸς αὐτὸν πολλοὶ τοῦ Ισραηλ ἐν τῷ ἰδεῖν αὐτοὺς ὅτι κύριος ὁ θεὸς αὐτοῦ μετ’ αὐτοῦ
Congregavitque universum Judam et Benjamin , et advenas cum eis de Ephraim , et de Manasse , et de Simeon : plures enim ad eum confugerant ex Israël , videntes quod Dominus Deus illius esset cum eo .
ወአስተጋብአ ፡ ሕዝበ ፡ ይሁዳ ፡ ወብንያም ፡ ወፈላስያን ፡ እለ ፡ የኃድሩ ፡ ምስሌሁ ፡ እምሕዝበ ፡ ኤፍሬም ፡ ወምናሴ ፡ ወእምህዝበ ፡ ስምዖን ፡ እስመ ፡ ገብኡ ፡ ወተፃፈቁ ፡ ኀቤሁ ፡ ብዙኀን ፡ እም ፡ እስራኤል ፡ ሶበ ፡ ርእዩ ፡ ከመ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ አምላኩ ፡ ምስሌሁ ።
He gathered all Judah and Benjamin, and those who lived with them out of Ephraim, Manasseh, and Simeon; for they came to him out of Israel in abundance when they saw that Yahweh his God was with him.
15:10 ⧉ ⤴︎ וַיִּקָּבְצ֥וּ יְרוּשָׁלַ֖͏ִם בַּחֹ֣דֶשׁ הַשְּׁלִשִׁ֑י לִשְׁנַ֥ת חֲמֵשׁ ־עֶשְׂרֵ֖ה לְמַלְכ֥וּת אָסָֽא ׃
καὶ συνήχθησαν εἰς Ιερουσαλημ ἐν τῷ μηνὶ τῷ τρίτῳ ἐν τῷ πεντεκαιδεκάτῳ ἔτει τῆς βασιλείας Ασα
Cumque venissent in Jerusalem mense tertio , anno decimoquinto regni Asa ,
ወተጋብኡ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ኢየሩሳሌም ፡ በሣልስ ፡ ወርኅ ፡ በዓሥር ፡ ወኃምስ ፡ ዓመተ ፡ መንግሥቱ ፡ ለአሣ ፡ ንጉሠ ፡ ይሁዳ ።
So they gathered themselves together at Jerusalem in the third month, in the fifteenth year of Asa’s reign.
15:11 ⧉ ⤴︎ וַיִּזְבְּח֤וּ לַֽיהֹוָה֙ בַּיּ֣וֹם הַה֔וּא מִן ־הַשָּׁלָ֖ל הֵבִ֑יאוּ בָּקָר֙ שְׁבַ֣ע מֵא֔וֹת וְצֹ֖אן שִׁבְעַ֥ת אֲלָפִֽים ׃
καὶ ἔθυσεν τῷ κυρίῳ ἐν ἐκείνῃ τῇ ἡμέρᾳ ἀπὸ τῶν σκύλων ὧν ἤνεγκαν μόσχους ἑπτακοσίους καὶ πρόβατα ἑπτακισχίλια
immolaverunt Domino in die illa de manubiis et praeda quam adduxerant , boves septingentos , et arietes septem millia .
ወሦዐ ፡ አሜሃ ፡ በይእቲ ፡ ዕለት ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ እምህርካ ፡ ዘአምጽአ ፡ ሰብዓተ ፡ ምእተ ፡ አልሕምተ ፡ ወሰብዓተ ፡ ምእተ ፡ አባግዐ ፡ ወሰብዓተ ፡ ምእተ ፡ አጣሌ ።
They sacrificed to Yahweh in that day, from the plunder which they had brought, seven hundred head of cattle and seven thousand sheep.
15:12 ⧉ ⤴︎ וַיָּבֹ֣אוּ בַבְּרִ֔ית לִדְר֕וֹשׁ אֶת ־יְהֹוָ֖ה אֱלֹהֵ֣י אֲבוֹתֵיהֶ֑ם בְּכׇל ־לְבָבָ֖ם וּבְכׇל ־נַפְשָֽׁם ׃
καὶ διῆλθεν ἐν διαθήκῃ ζητῆσαι κύριον θεὸν τῶν πατέρων αὐτῶν ἐξ ὅλης τῆς καρδίας καὶ ἐξ ὅλης τῆς ψυχῆς
Et intravit ex more ad corroborandum foedus ut quaererent Dominum Deum patrum suorum in toto corde , et in tota anima sua .
ወሖረ ፡ በኪዳን ፡ ከመ ፡ ይኅሥሦ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ አምላከ ፡ አበዊሁ ፡ እምኵሉ ፡ ልቡ ፡ ወእምኵሉ ፡ ሕሊናሁ ።
They entered into the covenant to seek Yahweh, the God of their fathers, with all their heart and with all their soul;
15:13 ⧉ ⤴︎ וְכֹ֨ל אֲשֶׁ֧ר לֹֽא ־יִדְרֹ֛שׁ לַיהֹוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֵֽי ־יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל יוּמָ֑ת לְמִן ־קָטֹן֙ וְעַד ־גָּד֔וֹל לְמֵאִ֖ישׁ וְעַד ־אִשָּֽׁה ׃
καὶ πᾶς ὃς ἐὰν μὴ ἐκζητήσῃ κύριον θεὸν Ισραηλ ἀποθανεῖται ἀπὸ νεωτέρου ἕως πρεσβυτέρου ἀπὸ ἀνδρὸς ἕως γυναικός
Si quis autem , inquit , non quaesierit Dominum Deum Israël , moriatur , a minimo usque ad maximum , a viro usque ad mulierem .
ወኵሉ ፡ ዘኢየኃሥሦ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ አምላከ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ ለይሙት ፡ እም ፡ ወሬዛ ፡ እስከ ፡ ልኂቅ ፡ ወእምብእሲ ፡ እስከ ፡ ብእሲት ።
and that whoever would not seek Yahweh, the God of Israel, should be put to death, whether small or great, whether man or woman.
15:14 ⧉ ⤴︎ וַיִּשָּֽׁבְעוּ֙ לַֽיהֹוָ֔ה בְּק֥וֹל גָּד֖וֹל וּבִתְרוּעָ֑ה וּבַחֲצֹצְר֖וֹת וּבְשׁוֹפָרֽוֹת ׃
καὶ ὤμοσαν ἐν τῷ κυρίῳ ἐν φωνῇ μεγάλῃ καὶ ἐν σάλπιγξιν καὶ ἐν κερατίναις
Juraveruntque Domino voce magna in jubilo , et in clangore tubae , et in sonitu buccinarum ,
ወመሐሉ ፡ በእግዚአብሔር ፡ በቃል ፡ ዓቢይ ፡ ወበአቅርንት ፡ ወበብዕዛ ።
They swore to Yahweh with a loud voice, with shouting, with trumpets, and with cornets.
15:15 ⧉ ⤴︎ וַיִּשְׂמְח֨וּ כׇל ־יְהוּדָ֜ה עַל ־הַשְּׁבוּעָ֗ה כִּ֤י בְכׇל ־לְבָבָם֙ נִשְׁבָּ֔עוּ וּבְכׇל ־רְצוֹנָ֣ם בִּקְשֻׁ֔הוּ וַיִּמָּצֵ֖א לָהֶ֑ם וַיָּ֧נַח יְהֹוָ֛ה לָהֶ֖ם מִסָּבִֽיב ׃
καὶ ηὐφράνθησαν πᾶς Ιουδα περὶ τοῦ ὅρκου ὅτι ἐξ ὅλης τῆς ψυχῆς ὤμοσαν καὶ ἐν πάσῃ θελήσει ἐζήτησαν αὐτόν καὶ εὑρέθη αὐτοῖς καὶ κατέπαυσεν αὐτοῖς κύριος κυκλόθεν
omnes qui erant in Juda , cum execratione : in omni enim corde suo juraverunt , et in tota voluntate quaesierunt eum , et invenerunt : praestititque eis Dominus requiem per circuitum .
ወተፈሥሑ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ይሁዳ ፡ በእንተ ፡ መሐላ ፡ እስመ ፡ እምኵሉ ፡ ልቦሙ ፡ ኃሠሥዎ ፡ ወተራከቦሙ ፡ ወአዕረፎሙ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ እምዓውዶሙ ።
All Judah rejoiced at the oath, for they had sworn with all their heart and sought him with their whole desire; and he was found by them. Then Yahweh gave them rest all around.
15:16 ⧉ ⤴︎ וְגַֽם ־מַעֲכָ֞ה אֵ֣ם ׀ אָסָ֣א הַמֶּ֗לֶךְ הֱסִירָהּ֙ מִגְּבִירָ֔ה אֲשֶׁר ־עָשְׂתָ֥ה לָאֲשֵׁרָ֖ה מִפְלָ֑צֶת וַיִּכְרֹ֤ת אָסָא֙ אֶת ־מִפְלַצְתָּ֔הּ וַיָּ֕דֶק וַיִּשְׂרֹ֖ף בְּנַ֥חַל קִדְרֽוֹן ׃
καὶ τὴν Μααχα τὴν μητέρα αὐτοῦ μετέστησεν τοῦ μὴ εἶναι τῇ Ἀστάρτῃ λειτουργοῦσαν καὶ κατέκοψεν τὸ εἴδωλον καὶ κατέκαυσεν ἐν χειμάρρῳ Κεδρων
Sed et Maacham matrem Asa regis ex augusto deposuit imperio , eo quod fecisset in luco simulacrum Priapi : quod omne contrivit , et in frustra comminuens combussit in torrente Cedron .
ወለመአካ ፡ እሙ ፡ አግኃሣ ፡ እምኵናና ፡ ከመ ፡ ኢትስግድ ፡ ለአስጣርጤስ ፡ ወቀጥቀጦ ፡ ለውእቱ ፡ ምስል ፡ ወአውዓዮ ፡ በውስተ ፡ ፈለገ ፡ ቄድሮስ ።
Also Maacah, the mother of Asa the king, he removed from being queen mother, because she had made an abominable image for an Asherah; so Asa cut down her image, ground it into dust, and burned it at the brook Kidron.
15:17 ⧉ ⤴︎ וְהַ֨בָּמ֔וֹת לֹא ־סָ֖רוּ מִיִּשְׂרָאֵ֑ל רַ֧ק לְבַב ־אָסָ֛א הָיָ֥ה שָׁלֵ֖ם כׇּל ־יָמָֽיו ׃
πλὴν τὰ ὑψηλὰ οὐκ ἀπέστησαν ἔτι ὑπῆρχεν ἐν τῷ Ισραηλ ἀλλ’ ἢ καρδία Ασα ἐγένετο πλήρης πάσας τὰς ἡμέρας αὐτοῦ
Excelsa autem derelicta sunt in Israël : attamen cor Asa erat perfectum cunctis diebus ejus ,
ወባሕቱ ፡ ኢሰሰሉ ፡ አውግር ፡ ዓዲሁ ፡ ሀለዉ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ይሁዳ ፡ ወውስተ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ ዘእንበለ ፡ ባሕቲቱ ፡ ልቡ ፡ ለአሣ ፡ ኮነ ፡ ፍጹመ ፡ በኀበ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ በኵሉ ፡ መዋዕሊሁ ።
But the high places were not taken away out of Israel; nevertheless the heart of Asa was perfect all his days.
15:18 ⧉ ⤴︎ וַיָּבֵ֞א אֶת ־קׇדְשֵׁ֥י אָבִ֛יו וְקׇדָשָׁ֖יו בֵּ֣ית הָאֱלֹהִ֑ים כֶּ֥סֶף וְזָהָ֖ב וְכֵלִֽים ׃
καὶ εἰσήνεγκεν τὰ ἅγια Δαυιδ τοῦ πατρὸς αὐτοῦ καὶ τὰ ἅγια οἴκου κυρίου τοῦ θεοῦ ἀργύριον καὶ χρυσίον καὶ σκεύη
eaque quae voverat pater suus , et ipse , intulit in domum Domini , argentum , et aurum , vasorumque diversam supellectilem .
ወአብአ ፡ ንዋየ ፡ ቅድሳት ፡ ዘዳዊት ፡ አቡሁ ፡ ወቅድሳተ ፡ ቤተ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ አምላኩ ፡ ዘወርቅ ፡ ወዘብሩር ።
He brought the things that his father had dedicated and that he himself had dedicated, silver, gold, and vessels into God’s house.
15:19 ⧉ ⤴︎ וּמִלְחָמָ֖ה לֹ֣א הָיָ֑תָה עַ֛ד שְׁנַת ־שְׁלֹשִׁ֥ים וְחָמֵ֖שׁ לְמַלְכ֥וּת אָסָֽא ׃ {פ}
καὶ πόλεμος οὐκ ἦν μετ’ αὐτοῦ ἕως τοῦ πέμπτου καὶ τριακοστοῦ ἔτους τῆς βασιλείας Ασα
Bellum vero non fuit usque ad trigesimum quintum annum regni Asa .
ወአልባ ፡ ዘተቃተሎ ፡ ለንጉሥ ፡ አሣ ፡ እስከ ፡ ሠላሳ ፡ ወኃምስቱ ፡ ዓመተ ፡ መንግሥቱ ።
There was no more war to the thirty-fifth year of Asa’s reign.
