30:1
ወነገሮሙ ፡ ሙሴ ፡ ለደቂቀ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ዘከመ ፡ አዘዞ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ለሙሴ ።
摩西曉諭以色列各支派的首領說：「耶和華所吩咐的乃是這樣：
Moses spoke to the heads of the tribes of the children of Israel, saying, “This is the thing which Yahweh has commanded.
30:2
ወነገሮሙ ፡ ሙሴ ፡ ለመላእክተ ፡ ሕዝብ ፡ ደቂቀ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ ወይቤሎሙ ፡ ዝንቱ ፡ ውእቱ ፡ ቃል ፡ ዘአዘዘ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ።
人若向耶和華許願或起誓，要約束自己，就不可食言，必要按口中所出的一切話行。
When a man vows a vow to Yahweh, or swears an oath to bind his soul with a bond, he shall not break his word. He shall do according to all that proceeds out of his mouth.
30:3
ብእሲ ፡ ብእሲ ፡ ለእመቦ ፡ ዘበፅዐ ፡ ብፅዐተ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ ወለእመኒ ፡ መሐለ ፡ መሐላ ፡ አው ፡ ፈለጠ ፡ ፍሉጠ ፡ በእንተ ፡ ነፍሱ ፡ ኢይገምን ፡ ቃሎ ፤ ኵሎ ፡ ዘወፅአ ፡ እምአፉሁ ፡ ይግበር ።
女子年幼、還在父家的時候，若向耶和華許願，要約束自己，
“Also, when a woman vows a vow to Yahweh and binds herself by a pledge, being in her father’s house, in her youth,
30:4
ወለእመኒ ፡ ብእሲት ፡ በፅዐት ፡ ብፅዓተ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ አው ፡ ፈለጠት ፡ ፍሉጠ ፡ በቤተ ፡ አቡሃ ፡ በንእሳ ፤
她父親也聽見她所許的願並約束自己的話，卻向她默默不言，她所許的願並約束自己的話就都要為定。
and her father hears her vow and her pledge with which she has bound her soul, and her father says nothing to her, then all her vows shall stand, and every pledge with which she has bound her soul shall stand.
30:5
ወሰምዐ ፡ አቡሃ ፡ ጸሎታ ፡ ወኵሎ ፡ ብፅዓቲሃ ፡ ዘበፅዐት ፡ በእንተ ፡ ነፍሳ ፡ ወተጸመመ ፡ አቡሃ ፡ ወይቀውም ፡ ላዕሌሃ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ጸሎታ ፡ ወኵሉ ፡ ብፅዓቲሃ ፡ ዘበፅዐት ፡ በእንተ ፡ ነፍሳ ፡ ይነብር ፡ ዲቤሃ ።
但她父親聽見的日子若不應承她所許的願和約束自己的話，就都不得為定；耶和華也必赦免她，因為她父親不應承。
But if her father forbids her in the day that he hears, none of her vows or of her pledges with which she has bound her soul, shall stand. Yahweh will forgive her, because her father has forbidden her.
30:6
ወለእመሰ ፡ ገብረ ፡ ላቲ ፡ አቡሃ ፡ ወፈጸመ ፡ ላቲ ፡ በዕለተ ፡ ሰምዐ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ጸሎታ ፡ ወብፅዓቲሃ ፡ ዘበፅአት ፡ በእንተ ፡ ነፍሳ ፡ ኢይነብር ፡ ላዕሌሃ ፡ ወያነጽሐ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ በዕለተ ፡ ገብረ ፡ ላቲ ፡ አቡሃ ።
她若出了嫁，有願在身，或是口中出了約束自己的冒失話，
“If she has a husband, while her vows are on her, or the rash utterance of her lips with which she has bound her soul,
30:7
ወለአመሰ ፡ አውሰበት ፡ ብእሴ ፡ ወሀለወ ፡ ላዕሌሃ ፡ ጸሎታ ፡ ዘከመ ፡ ነበበት ፡ በከናፍሪሃ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ዘበፅአት ፡ በእንተ ፡ ነፍሳ ፤
她丈夫聽見的日子，卻向她默默不言，她所許的願並約束自己的話就都要為定。
and her husband hears it, and says nothing to her in the day that he hears it; then her vows shall stand, and her pledges with which she has bound her soul shall stand.
30:8
ወሰምዐ ፡ ምታ ፡ ወተጸመማ ፡ በዕለተ ፡ ሰምዐ ፡ ከማሁ ፡ ይቀውም ፡ ላዕሌሃ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ጸሎታ ፡ ወብፅዓቲሃ ፡ ዘበፅዐት ፡ በእንተ ፡ ነፍሳ ፡ ይቀውም ፡ ዲቤሃ ።
但她丈夫聽見的日子，若不應承，就算廢了她所許的願和她出口約束自己的冒失話；耶和華也必赦免她。
But if her husband forbids her in the day that he hears it, then he makes void her vow which is on her and the rash utterance of her lips, with which she has bound her soul. Yahweh will forgive her.
30:9
ወእመሰ ፡ ገብረ ፡ ላቲ ፡ ምታ ፡ ወፈጸመ ፡ በዕለተ ፡ ሰምዐ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ጸሎታ ፡ ወብፅዓቲሃ ፡ ዘበፅዐት ፡ በእንተ ፡ ነፍሳ ፡ ኢይነብር ፡ ላዕሌሃ ፡ እስመ ፡ ገብረ ፡ ላቲ ፡ ምታ ፡ ወያነጽሐ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ።
寡婦或是被休的婦人所許的願，就是她約束自己的話，都要為定。
“But the vow of a widow, or of her who is divorced, everything with which she has bound her soul shall stand against her.
30:10
ወጸሎታሂ ፡ ለመበለት ፡ ወለእንተ ፡ አውጽአ ፡ ምታ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ዘበፅአት ፡ በእንተ ፡ ነፍሳ ፡ ይሄሉ ፡ ላዕሌሃ ።
她若在丈夫家裏許了願或起了誓，約束自己，
“If she vowed in her husband’s house or bound her soul by a bond with an oath,
30:11
ወለእመኒ ፡ እንዘ ፡ ሀለወት ፡ ቤተ ፡ ምታ ፡ ጸለየት ፡ ወበፅአት ፡ በእንተ ፡ ነፍሳ ፤
丈夫聽見，卻向她默默不言，也沒有不應承，她所許的願並約束自己的話就都要為定。
and her husband heard it, and held his peace at her and didn’t disallow her, then all her vows shall stand, and every pledge with which she bound her soul shall stand.
30:12
ወሰምዐ ፡ ምታ ፡ ወተጸመማ ፡ ወኢገብረ ፡ ላቲ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ጸሎታ ፡ ይቀውም ፡ ላዕሌሃ ፡ ወኵሉ ፡ ብፅዓቲ ሃ ፡ ዘበፅዐት ፡ በእንተ ፡ ነፍሳ ፡ ይቀውም ፡ ዲቤሃ ።
丈夫聽見的日子，若把這兩樣全廢了，婦人口中所許的願或是約束自己的話就都不得為定，因她丈夫已經把這兩樣廢了；耶和華也必赦免她。
But if her husband made them null and void in the day that he heard them, then whatever proceeded out of her lips concerning her vows, or concerning the bond of her soul, shall not stand. Her husband has made them void. Yahweh will forgive her.
30:13
ወለእመሰ ፡ ገብረ ፡ ላቲ ፡ ምታ ፡ ወፈጸመ ፡ በዕለተ ፡ ሰምዐ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ዘወፅአ ፡ እምከናፍሪሃ ፡ ዘከመ ፡ ጸለየት ፡ ወዘከመ ፡ በፅአት ፡ በእንተ ፡ ነፍሳ ፡ ኢይነብር ፡ ላዕሌሃ ፡ እስመ ፡ ገብረ ፡ ላቲ ፡ ምታ ፡ ወያነጽሐ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ።
凡她所許的願和刻苦約束自己所起的誓，她丈夫可以堅定，也可以廢去。
Every vow, and every binding oath to afflict the soul, her husband may establish it, or her husband may make it void.
30:14
ወኵሉ ፡ ብፅዓት ፡ ወኵሉ ፡ ማእሰረ ፡ መሐላ ፡ ዘይከውን ፡ እኩየ ፡ ላዕለ ፡ ነፍሳ ፡ ምታ ፡ ያቀውም ፡ ላቲ ፡ ወምታ ፡ ይገብር ፡ ላቲ ።
倘若她丈夫天天向她默默不言，就算是堅定她所許的願和約束自己的話；因丈夫聽見的日子向她默默不言，就使這兩樣堅定。
But if her husband says nothing to her from day to day, then he establishes all her vows or all her pledges which are on her. He has established them, because he said nothing to her in the day that he heard them.
30:15
ወለእመሰ ፡ ተጸመማ ፡ ዕለተ ፡ እምዕለት ፡ [ያ] ቀውም ፡ ላዕሌሃ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ጸሎታ ፡ ወብፅዓቲሃኒ ፡ [ያ] ቀውም ፡ ዲቤሃ ፡ እስመ ፡ ተጸመማ ፡ በዕለተ ፡ ሰምዐ ።
但她丈夫聽見以後，若使這兩樣全廢了，就要擔當婦人的罪孽。」
But if he makes them null and void after he has heard them, then he shall bear her iniquity.”
30:16
ወለእመሰ ፡ ገብረ ፡ ላቲ ፡ እምድኅረ ፡ ዕለት ፡ እንተ ፡ ባቲ ፡ ሰምዐ ፡ ይከውኖ ፡ ኀጢአተ ። ዝንቱ ፡ ውእቱ ፡ ኵነኔ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ዘአዘዞ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ለሙሴ ፡ ማእከለ ፡ ብእሲ ፡ ወማእከለ ፡ ብእሲቱ ፡ ወማእከለ ፡ አብ ፡ ወወለቱ ፡ በንእሳ ፡ እንዘ ፡ ሀለወት ፡ ቤተ ፡ አቡሃ ።
這是丈夫待妻子，父親待女兒，女兒年幼、還在父家，耶和華所吩咐摩西的律例。
These are the statutes which Yahweh commanded Moses, between a man and his wife, between a father and his daughter, being in her youth, in her father’s house.
