34:1
וַיַּ֨עַל מֹשֶׁ֜ה מֵעַרְבֹ֤ת מוֹאָב֙ אֶל־הַ֣ר נְב֔וֹ רֹ֚אשׁ הַפִּסְגָּ֔ה אֲשֶׁ֖ר עַל־פְּנֵ֣י יְרֵח֑וֹ וַיַּרְאֵ֨הוּ יְהֹוָ֧ה אֶת־כׇּל־הָאָ֛רֶץ אֶת־הַגִּלְעָ֖ד עַד־דָּֽן׃
καὶ ἀνέβη Μωυσῆς ἀπὸ Αραβωθ Μωαβ ἐπὶ τὸ ὄρος Ναβαυ ἐπὶ κορυφὴν Φασγα ἥ ἐστιν ἐπὶ προσώπου Ιεριχω καὶ ἔδειξεν αὐτῷ κύριος πᾶσαν τὴν γῆν Γαλααδ ἕως Δαν
Ascendit ergo Moyses de campestribus Moab super montem Nebo, in verticem Phasga contra Jericho : ostenditque ei Dominus omnem terram Galaad usque Dan,
ወዐርገ ፡ ሙሴ ፡ እምነ ፡ አራቦ[ት] ፡ ዘሞአብ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ደብረ ፡ ና[በው] ፡ ውስተ ፡ ርእሰ ፡ ፈስጋ ፡ ዘሀለወ ፡ ቅድመ ፡ ኢያሪኮ ፡ ወአርአዮ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ምድረ ፡ ገላአድ ፤
Moses went up from the plains of Moab to Mount Nebo, to the top of Pisgah, that is opposite Jericho. Yahweh showed him all the land of Gilead to Dan,
34:2
וְאֵת֙ כׇּל־נַפְתָּלִ֔י וְאֶת־אֶ֥רֶץ אֶפְרַ֖יִם וּמְנַשֶּׁ֑ה וְאֵת֙ כׇּל־אֶ֣רֶץ יְהוּדָ֔ה עַ֖ד הַיָּ֥ם הָאַחֲרֽוֹן׃
καὶ πᾶσαν τὴν γῆν Νεφθαλι καὶ πᾶσαν τὴν γῆν Εφραιμ καὶ Μανασση καὶ πᾶσαν τὴν γῆν Ιουδα ἕως τῆς θαλάσσης τῆς ἐσχάτης
et universum Nephthali, terramque Ephraim et Manasse, et omnem terram Juda usque ad mare novissimum,
ወኵሎ ፡ ምድረ ፡ ንፍታሌም ፡ ወኵሎ ፡ ምድረ ፡ ምናሴ ፡ ወኵሎ ፡ ምድረ ፡ ይሁዳ ፡ እስከ ፡ ደኃሪት ፡ ባሕር ፤
and all Naphtali, and the land of Ephraim and Manasseh, and all the land of Judah, to the Western Sea,
34:3
וְאֶת־הַנֶּ֗גֶב וְֽאֶת־הַכִּכָּ֞ר בִּקְעַ֧ת יְרֵח֛וֹ עִ֥יר הַתְּמָרִ֖ים עַד־צֹֽעַר׃
καὶ τὴν ἔρημον καὶ τὰ περίχωρα Ιεριχω πόλιν φοινίκων ἕως Σηγωρ
et australem partem, et latitudinem campi Jericho civitatis palmarum usque Segor.
ወገዳሙ ፡ ወአድያሚሃ ፡ ለኢያሪኮ ፡ ሀገረ ፡ ፊንቆን ፡ እስከ ፡ ሴይር ።
and the south, and the Plain of the valley of Jericho the city of palm trees, to Zoar.
34:4
וַיֹּ֨אמֶר יְהֹוָ֜ה אֵלָ֗יו זֹ֤את הָאָ֙רֶץ֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר נִ֠שְׁבַּ֠עְתִּי לְאַבְרָהָ֨ם לְיִצְחָ֤ק וּֽלְיַעֲקֹב֙ לֵאמֹ֔ר לְזַרְעֲךָ֖ אֶתְּנֶ֑נָּה הֶרְאִיתִ֣יךָ בְעֵינֶ֔יךָ וְשָׁ֖מָּה לֹ֥א תַעֲבֹֽר׃
καὶ εἶπεν κύριος πρὸς Μωυσῆν αὕτη ἡ γῆ ἣν ὤμοσα Αβρααμ καὶ Ισαακ καὶ Ιακωβ λέγων τῷ σπέρματι ὑμῶν δώσω αὐτήν καὶ ἔδειξα αὐτὴν τοῖς ὀφθαλμοῖς σου καὶ ἐκεῖ οὐκ εἰσελεύσῃ
Dixitque Dominus ad eum : Haec est terra, pro qua juravi Abraham, Isaac, et Jacob, dicens : Semini tuo dabo eam. Vidisti eam oculis tuis, et non transibis ad illam.
ወይቤሎ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ለሙሴ ፡ ዛቲ ፡ ምድር ፡ እንተ ፡ መሐልኩ ፡ ለአብርሃም ፡ ወለይስሐቅ ፡ ወለያዕቆብ ፡ ወእቤሎሙ ፡ ለዘርእከ ፡ እሁባ ፡ ወናሁ ፡ አርአይኩካሃ ፡ [ለከ ፡ በአዕይንቲከ ፡] ወህየ ፡ ባሕቱ ፡ ኢትበውእ ።
Yahweh said to him, “This is the land which I swore to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, saying, ‘I will give it to your offspring.’ I have caused you to see it with your eyes, but you shall not go over there.”
34:5
וַיָּ֨מׇת שָׁ֜ם מֹשֶׁ֧ה עֶבֶד־יְהֹוָ֛ה בְּאֶ֥רֶץ מוֹאָ֖ב עַל־פִּ֥י יְהֹוָֽה׃
καὶ ἐτελεύτησεν Μωυσῆς οἰκέτης κυρίου ἐν γῇ Μωαβ διὰ ῥήματος κυρίου
Mortuusque est ibi Moyses servus Domini, in terra Moab, jubente Domino :
ወሞተ ፡ ሙሴ ፡ ቍልዔሁ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ በምድረ ፡ ሞአብ ፡ በቃለ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ።
So Moses the servant of Yahweh died there in the land of Moab, according to Yahweh’s word.
34:6
וַיִּקְבֹּ֨ר אֹת֤וֹ בַגַּי֙ בְּאֶ֣רֶץ מוֹאָ֔ב מ֖וּל בֵּ֣ית פְּע֑וֹר וְלֹא־יָדַ֥ע אִישׁ֙ אֶת־קְבֻ֣רָת֔וֹ עַ֖ד הַיּ֥וֹם הַזֶּֽה׃
καὶ ἔθαψαν αὐτὸν ἐν Γαι ἐν γῇ Μωαβ ἐγγὺς οἴκου Φογωρ καὶ οὐκ οἶδεν οὐδεὶς τὴν ταφὴν αὐτοῦ ἕως τῆς ἡμέρας ταύτης
et sepelivit eum in valle terrae Moab contra Phogor : et non cognovit homo sepulchrum ejus usque in praesentem diem.
ወቀበርዎ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ምድር ፡ ቅሩበ ፡ ቤተ ፡ ፌጎር ፡ ወአልቦ ፡ ዘያአምር ፡ መኑሂ ፡ መቃብሮ ፡ እስከ ፡ ዛቲ ፡ ዕለት ።
He buried him in the valley in the land of Moab opposite Beth Peor, but no man knows where his tomb is to this day.
34:7
וּמֹשֶׁ֗ה בֶּן־מֵאָ֧ה וְעֶשְׂרִ֛ים שָׁנָ֖ה בְּמֹת֑וֹ לֹא־כָהֲתָ֥ה עֵינ֖וֹ וְלֹא־נָ֥ס לֵחֹֽה׃
Μωυσῆς δὲ ἦν ἑκατὸν καὶ εἴκοσι ἐτῶν ἐν τῷ τελευτᾶν αὐτόν οὐκ ἠμαυρώθησαν οἱ ὀφθαλμοὶ αὐτοῦ οὐδὲ ἐφθάρησαν τὰ χελύνια αὐτοῦ
Moyses centum et viginti annorum erat quando mortuus est : non caligavit oculus ejus, nec dentes illius moti sunt.
ወምእት ፡ ወዕሥራ ፡ ዓመት ፡ ሎቱ ፡ ለሙሴ ፡ አመ ፡ ሞተ ፡ ወኢተሐምጋ ፡ አዕይንቲሁ ፡ ወኢማሰና ።
Moses was one hundred twenty years old when he died. His eye was not dim, nor his strength gone.
34:8
וַיִּבְכּוּ֩ בְנֵ֨י יִשְׂרָאֵ֧ל אֶת־מֹשֶׁ֛ה בְּעַֽרְבֹ֥ת מוֹאָ֖ב שְׁלֹשִׁ֣ים י֑וֹם וַֽיִּתְּמ֔וּ יְמֵ֥י בְכִ֖י אֵ֥בֶל מֹשֶֽׁה׃
καὶ ἔκλαυσαν οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ τὸν Μωυσῆν ἐν Αραβωθ Μωαβ ἐπὶ τοῦ Ιορδάνου κατὰ Ιεριχω τριάκοντα ἡμέρας καὶ συνετελέσθησαν αἱ ἡμέραι πένθους κλαυθμοῦ Μωυσῆ
Fleveruntque eum filii Israël in campestribus Moab triginta diebus : et completi sunt dies planctus lugentium Moysen.
ወበከይዎ ፡ ደቂቀ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ ለሙሴ ፡ በአራቦት ፡ ዘሞአብ ፡ በኀበ ፡ ዮርዳንስ ፡ ዘመንገለ ፡ ኢያሪኮ ፡ ሠላሳ ፡ መዋዕለ ፡ ወተፈጸመ ፡ መዋዕለ ፡ ላሑ ፡ ለሙሴ ፡ ዘበከይዎ ።
The children of Israel wept for Moses in the plains of Moab thirty days, until the days of weeping in the mourning for Moses were ended.
34:9
וִיהוֹשֻׁ֣עַ בִּן־נ֗וּן מָלֵא֙ ר֣וּחַ חׇכְמָ֔ה כִּֽי־סָמַ֥ךְ מֹשֶׁ֛ה אֶת־יָדָ֖יו עָלָ֑יו וַיִּשְׁמְע֨וּ אֵלָ֤יו בְּנֵֽי־יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ וַֽיַּעֲשׂ֔וּ כַּאֲשֶׁ֛ר צִוָּ֥ה יְהֹוָ֖ה אֶת־מֹשֶֽׁה׃
καὶ Ἰησοῦς υἱὸς Ναυη ἐνεπλήσθη πνεύματος συνέσεως ἐπέθηκεν γὰρ Μωυσῆς τὰς χεῖρας αὐτοῦ ἐπ’ αὐτόν καὶ εἰσήκουσαν αὐτοῦ οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ καὶ ἐποίησαν καθότι ἐνετείλατο κύριος τῷ Μωυσῇ
Josue vero filius Nun repletus est spiritu sapientiae, quia Moyses posuit super eum manus suas. Et obedierunt ei filii Israël, feceruntque sicut praecepit Dominus Moysi.
ወኢየሱስ ፡ ወልደ ፡ ነዌ ፡ ተመልአ ፡ መንፈሰ ፡ ጥበብ ፡ እስመ ፡ ወደየ ፡ እዴሁ ፡ ሙሴ ፡ ላዕሌሁ ፡ ወተአዘዙ ፡ ሎቱ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ደቂቀ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ ወገብሩ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ዘከመ ፡ አዘዞ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ለሙሴ ።
Joshua the son of Nun was full of the spirit of wisdom, for Moses had laid his hands on him. The children of Israel listened to him, and did as Yahweh commanded Moses.
34:10
וְלֹא־קָ֨ם נָבִ֥יא ע֛וֹד בְּיִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל כְּמֹשֶׁ֑ה אֲשֶׁר֙ יְדָע֣וֹ יְהֹוָ֔ה פָּנִ֖ים אֶל־פָּנִֽים׃
καὶ οὐκ ἀνέστη ἔτι προφήτης ἐν Ισραηλ ὡς Μωυσῆς ὃν ἔγνω κύριος αὐτὸν πρόσωπον κατὰ πρόσωπον
Et non surrexit ultra propheta in Israël sicut Moyses, quem nosset Dominus facie ad faciem,
ወኢተንሥአ ፡ እንከ ፡ ነቢይ ፡ ውስተ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ ዘከመ ፡ ሙሴ ፡ ዘተናገሮ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ ገጸ ፡ በገጽ ፤
Since then, there has not arisen a prophet in Israel like Moses, whom Yahweh knew face to face,
34:11
לְכׇל־הָ֨אֹתֹ֜ת וְהַמּוֹפְתִ֗ים אֲשֶׁ֤ר שְׁלָחוֹ֙ יְהֹוָ֔ה לַעֲשׂ֖וֹת בְּאֶ֣רֶץ מִצְרָ֑יִם לְפַרְעֹ֥ה וּלְכׇל־עֲבָדָ֖יו וּלְכׇל־אַרְצֽוֹ׃
ἐν πᾶσι τοῖς σημείοις καὶ τέρασιν ὃν ἀπέστειλεν αὐτὸν κύριος ποιῆσαι αὐτὰ ἐν γῇ Αἰγύπτῳ Φαραω καὶ τοῖς θεράπουσιν αὐτοῦ καὶ πάσῃ τῇ γῇ αὐτοῦ
in omnibus signis atque portentis, quae misit per eum, ut faceret in terra Aegypti Pharaoni, et omnibus servis ejus, universaeque terrae illius,
ወበኵሉ ፡ ተአምር ፡ ወመድምም ፡ ዘፈነዎ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ከመ ፡ ይግበሮ ፡ በምድረ ፡ ግብጽ ፡ ላዕለ ፡ ፈርዖን ፡ ወላዕለ ፡ መገብቱ ፡ ወላዕለ ፡ ምድሩ ፤
in all the signs and the wonders which Yahweh sent him to do in the land of Egypt, to Pharaoh, and to all his servants, and to all his land,
34:12
וּלְכֹל֙ הַיָּ֣ד הַחֲזָקָ֔ה וּלְכֹ֖ל הַמּוֹרָ֣א הַגָּד֑וֹל אֲשֶׁר֙ עָשָׂ֣ה מֹשֶׁ֔ה לְעֵינֵ֖י כׇּל־יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
τὰ θαυμάσια τὰ μεγάλα καὶ τὴν χεῖρα τὴν κραταιάν ἃ ἐποίησεν Μωυσῆς ἔναντι παντὸς Ισραηλ
et cunctam manum robustam, magnaque mirabilia, quae fecit Moyses coram universo Israël.
ዐበይት ፡ መድምም ፡ ወእድ ፡ ጽንዕት ፡ ወመዝራዕት ፡ ልዑል ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ዘገብረ ፡ ሙሴ ፡ በቅድመ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ እስራኤል ። (ተፈጸመ ፡ ዳግም ፡ ኦሪት ።)
and in all the mighty hand, and in all the awesome deeds, which Moses did in the sight of all Israel.
